Archbishop Claudio Celli, of the Pontifical Council for Social Communications- has stated that the church is using and benefiting from communications technology, but that many poorer nations and peoples are disadvantaged by lack of technology.
He was speaking on the 14th of this month, after signing an agreement with a company to further needs of those concerned.
