Article by Marc Aupiais
Following this year's elections, which were contested by opposition as rigged, and the violence in Kenya, including accusations recently of death squads being commissioned to kill ethnic groups, the church in Kenya is asking the government to secure food for refugees and improve the economy, as they believe that many deaths from malnourishment are preventable in the many internal refugee camps.
They claim that Kenya should not be a dumping ground for unwanted goods from elsewhere.
