I've heard of avoiding a question... and I've heard of putting words in other peoples' mouths... but Obama does both... at the same time! Who's to say he wasn't asking to go to the toilet... answer that Obama;)!~
Obama, instead of actually passing DREAM, and giving children of illegal immigrants USA citizenship, instead chose the lesser of two options, and just won't deport them for now. Many see this as an election year gimmick. He himself, doesn't sound like he believes in the order.
