Authority of the bishop/ Merry Christmas

While we have reported on issues in South Africa, involving local bishops, and this is of not just one department: every citizen of the church is rightly bound to obey the just commands of bishops: nor does this mean there is always any recourse or purpose in such things: the bishop is given his authority, and that is just, and so: we must still love our bishops, even when we disagree with them. I truly hope that heresy, and pen rebellion against the Vatican will no longer be advertised by Priests in South Africa, and sold in Parishes without having to answer for their attacks on the Vatican, and the Pro-life movement: however: we are still rightly obligated to be at peace with our bishops, and to love them for their goodness. God bless, and merry Christmas: to our viewers, and our Bishops, and clergy in South Africa! And please pray for our brothers and sisters at the Southern Cross: to stop attacking Vatican Decisions, as is well documented overseas.

Response of Cardinal Napier on certain abuses in South Africa; including anti-Vatican sentiments aired in the Southern Cross

Cardinal Napier was informed of a Priest who got his congregation to sing happy Birthday to a member of it, and got them to clap for success in a recent fund raiser: something directly condemned by Pope Benedict XVI: as meaning that all meaning of the mass is lost: the mass centering on the Eucharist:

"You are obviously French-speaking, and that is why some of the points that you make in your correspondence do not come across as clearly as they would need to. That is a problem that would best be overcome by first speaking to someone face to face and only then putting your thoughts to paper.
Regarding the issues that you raise, namely 1) cheering and clapping in the Church at Margate and 2) the orthodoxy of the Southern Cross’s editorial policy and practice.

1)      Cheering and clapping in Church

The first thing to say is that anyone who attends Mass in St Peter’s Basilica in Rome, will know that it is quite common for the participants to cheer and applaud the Holy Father when he enters the Church for Mass, and that they do the same every time he mentions their country or nation in his message of greetings.

I had the good fortune to attend the African Synod held in St Peter’s in April-May 1994. The first thing that marked that Synod was the way in which Pope John Paul II accepted and even encouraged lively African style singing, which necessarily include ululating, cheering and clapping. I remember in particular that the choirs who sang at the opening and closing Masses used banjoes and drums among other instruments popular with African congregations.

The second element of good fortune that I attribute to the African Synod is proclamation of the principle of inculturation. Inculturation was introduced into Catholic thinking by Vatican II and was incorporated by the Holy Father in the post Synodal exhortation “Ecclesia in Africa”.

This important Church document sanctioned inculturation and then proceeded to spell out two criteria that were to be used to distinguish genuine from false inculturation. The first is “compatibility with the Gospel” and the second is “unity with the universal Church”.

So, the questions to be asked are: a) Is cheering and clapping incompatible with the Gospel? b) Does it break the unity of the particular Church with the universal Church?

I would say that in neither case does singing and clapping offend those two principles.

2)      The orthodoxy of the Southern Cross

In this case I would argue that from time to time, and on given issues, editorial practice does not follow stated policy as closely as one would expect. At times there may be justifiable divergence of opinion, at other times it would seem that editorial independence is being given priority.

If you are a regular reader of the Southern Cross you will know that I have often expressed my concern at its anti-magisterial bias. I do not mean that it openly opposes Church teaching but like a nagging sore keeps on putting the world’s view rather than the Church’s. This is often done I would say rather by the choice of letter for publication rather than by direct editorial statements.

As you can see I am not a total fan of the Southern Cross, but I would not seek to shut it up. I would prefer to see ordinary Catholics take issue with its position by affirming their faith in letter that tell their faith stories. I am confident that these stories would reveal a reality that is very different from the reality which certain people are trying to present through the Southern Cross.

By the way, the parish of Margate is in the Diocese of Umzimkulu, and is in the capable hands of one of the best young priests in the country. He is very much in touch with me as Apostolic Administrator and together with the other members of the Presybterium of that Diocese is very involved in seeking way to ensure that the Mass is a lived experience of our faith in the Real Presence of Jesus Christ, which becomes actualized when we receive Holy Communion and carry over its effects into our daily life.

May I use this letter to offer you some advice, and I do so not to put you down, but to point you in the right direction, because I sense that you are genuinely concerned about your faith and the way your Church is living, teaching and passing it on.
“Try to be humble enough to see good in others, even when you don’t, or even can’t, agree with what you see them do or say”.
Why? Because it was the way Jesus interacted with the “sinners” of his time. It was the way he led them in great numbers to conversion  them.
I am sure that a similarly humble, honest and compassionate approach will help you lead many more to conversion than your current approach, which falls more into the category of “hammering the heretics into orthodoxy.

It was then pointed out that it was not the letters in the Southern Cross, which have been internationally condemned by the esteemed Trinity Communications, known for their connection, and the used of these by EWTN. No response was given.

While at time of publishing, no response was given, and while we have great respect for the Cardinal, we still are looking into what can be done on these issues, which we have got evidence of. We would like to remind our readers, that the bishops are the true heirs of the Apostles. Whether we agree or disagree: we cannot create animosity towards these men: only try the best we are able to obey our church, our pope first, and and then our bishops and others in line with Canon law. Much of what the Cardinal says is well said, and based on the experiences of a servant of the universal church. Perhaps, in future, something may be done, perhaps not.

Pope warns of threat of Gender Theory, as proven recently in Spanish Anti-Catholicism

Gay groupings, and Anglican persons, have viciously attacked the Catholic Pontiff Benedict XVI, for statements by the Pope: that Gender theory is incorrect: and that movements promoting this, and dangerous sexual habits: are as much a danger to the planet as climate issues. The fact that the papacy did not even use a term for homosexuals, shows that his aim was not discrimination, but protection of Catholic doctrine.

Anglicanism directly apposes the biblical definition of Marriage: allowing both for divorce, and for homosexuality: condemned as a practice in the bible: for which one would be prevented from entering heaven. Also, Anglicans allow sexually active priests, and women priests: against both Jesus command: and some shall become Eunuchs for the sake of God, and against the standards by which a priest is to be chosen: as listed in the bible. Due to these, the Anglican church is sharply divided, with many members having fled to Orthodoxy or Catholicism over such alterations. Anglicanism, is also the first Protestant church which changed their doctrine to allow for "Artificial contraception".

One of the reasons for Pope Benedict's concerns may lie in the link between activists for homosexuality, and activists for abortion, and for the secularization of the world. A ruling, which banned a judge in Spain from office, because he deemed a lesbian couple unfit parents: is an example of the paranoia which accompanies gender theory, which the Vatican openly condemns.

While some protesters may be irrationally claiming that the statements reaffirming Catholic dogma: by Pope Benedict XVI: will increase violence against homosexuals:

media reports, which sensationalized the papacy's statements as anti-gay assults: within the secular media: are much more likely to cause violence: against gays, as well as Catholics: as they exclude the manner in which, and context of Pope Benedict's statements.

Madrid, Spain: Persecution of Science and Catholicism continues: Judge fined, and banned from public office

Fernando Ferrin Calamita, was not allowed to take science, and experience into account, he was not allowed to take the disgusting effect that having no father figure, and being an oddity to friends: would have on a child: instead: the socialist, and radically anti-religious Spanish government: banned him from Public employment for 2 years, and fined him thousands of Euros: because he did his job, and refused a lesbian couple the "right" to adopt a child they desired to adopt.

Somehow, the issue had made it to his court: and Catholics, unlike others are not permitted to ignore the mountains of Psychological evidence which shows the incapacity of a lesbian couple to give a child a normal upbringing. Socialist Spain recently removed crucifixes from schools, refused a Christmas display in a government building (refusing pleas from the lawyers who made it: that Christmas is not just religious, but cultural), Spain's socialists have increasingly attacked Roman Catholicism in any public area, and have forced through highly questionable laws. Spain has entered controversy by new laws: including gay "marriage", and "rights", and other such regulations deemed by Catholicism to be false rights, condemned as false by at least 60 nations in the UN of late, and by the Vatican; like adoption laws which are deemed to harm children. While the Vatican apposes imprisoning, or killing those who practice homosexual acts, attraction to those of one's gender is not condemned: only endorsement of such, and homosexuality: as far is it is practiced and endorsed: which are condemned, but not purely as dangerous activities as health is concerned, and as such not advisable: but further: condemned in the Bible: as fornication: and an activity for which salvation is lost.


Note: Our definition of false rights: is based on definitions of when a law is applicable, and when it is oppression: in the Catechism of the Catholic church.

While protection of homosexuals from unjust discrimination is not considered a false law: gay marriage is considered by the church to promote dangerous activities: and therefor is classed as against the common good: and condemned as abuse of power by the Catholic church.

Media Study SA: Advancement of Catholic Media in Technology area:Vatican chooses Google to search, and Scripturelink launches new search engines

One of the defining features of our founding site, the Scripturelink Search Engine: was our Google search for the Vatican. Fortunately, the Vatican has now joined the search engine race: using a custom Google search engine to search their site. This according to LifeSiteNews.

Our own service, has of its own initiative, also decided to upgrade our search services: extending existing, but relatively unknown services. Vatican II can now be searched from a unique page, in 9 or ten languages, depending how many languages the Vatican has translated documents into: with the advantage of being able to search each document separately.

Further, we now search the Vatican's choice of bible, on their site, in four languages: English, Spanish, Latin, and Italian: with instructions on each: further: this search feature allows users to choose to search in one or all languages. Our Catechism, and Catechism Compendium engine mentioned below, also has this function: to search in the language you choose, out of those available.

We also now can search either the Catechism, or Catechism Compendium of the Catholic church, in all 13 languages in which one or the other are published on the Vatican site, in another new page, extending an existing small engine designed only to search the English version, then updated, and given a page on our site. We have also created Google gadgets for both our news headlines, as appearing on the sides of our sites, and a Google gadget of the Scripturelink Search engine (search for "South African Catholic" and scroll down).

Caritas Internationalis has also updated their website, unless we are picking up old Google alerts.

Basically, it seems, many Catholic sites, are advancing in technology. This is good. We do however need prayers when Google plans to transfer Pages sites into "sites", here, we may need to relaunch our entire scripturelink engine, and 15 other sites we have hosted with them: due to a lack of javascript in existing versions of "sites".

Basically, this is an issue where prayer is applicable. Radio Veritas, whom we have been in talks with, is also possibly one step closer to a license apart from their Satellite Television broadcast, again, prayers are needed: to place them on the radio waves in South Africa.

Obviously, if one uses a blog with some services, such as blogger or st.blogs, one is automatically submitted to search engines: and we have enough sites linking to our own service to certainly keep afloat on the world wide web: but a good way for new sites to be noticed, is via awards, and by high ratings. Yes, word of mouth helps, but having strategic links is a way to get traffic to an engine. Also, when services allow one to add a website address, it can help: especially in chat services and other such things. If a diocese has the opportunity to place a link on their site, so often, this is where allot of traffic comes from. We have even been directed to heretical sites, having been linked from user generated parts of the Johannesburg Archdiocese web service. Not that such is a good thing, but it shows that placing links aids a service.

Friendships

Sometimes we come across someone in our lives and after some time they become a friend, your paths cross and a friendship is been born. I meet a lot of people in my life everywhere I go, through work, friends, school, events and volunteer work. I'm lucky or they seem to gravitate towards me and conversations always start. It is easy to meet people and make friends in my life but it is a little more difficult to be a friend.

Being a true friend involves some serious input and effort. Instead of waiting for them to make you feel good you make it your goal to add value to their lives. That’s why you can’t be friends with every acquaintance you meet you can only truly be really good friends to few. It’s possible like me to meet lots of casual acquaintenances, but being a true friend takes time and trust on both sides.

Being a friend is a choice. We live in a fast paced life. I get impatient very quickly with anything that takes time even frustrated just when it takes a few seconds for the computer to warm-up, everything takes time, my patience wears thin, its go, go, go in a fast paced world …

Having a meaningful relationship with someone cannot be rushed, it is built. You meet acquaintances on the spot but a friendship develops over time.

Friendships are nurtured beyond common interests as you appreciate each other’s differences which are known from spending time together, like imagining a friend's face eatting fudge, who would have guessed you could close your eyes and imagine a friend doing just that. When the friendship matures it proves to be a source of strength and encouragement to both sides.

Everyone wants meaningful friendships and relationships that are based on trust and loyalty. You can have this type of friendship but it takes time your time, thank you for giving me your time. I wouldn’t be where I am or who I am without you and your time that you put into our friendship, thats all I know and I'm grateful for every second of it.

Zimbabwean "dictator": Robert Mugabe, must be made to go, via political means: this is according the Cardinal Napier, and the Southern African Catholic Biships Conference. They have lambasted South Africa's ruling ANC's 8 years of discussion without any fruit, saying they are saddened by the lack of results, and that Mugabe must be removed: and believe it is time to consider that fuel and electricity supplies from South Africa: to Zimbabwe be cut away, that Mugabe, and Zanu PF accounts, and assets in South Africa be cut off, and that South Africa's state power company stop supplying electricity to Zimbabwe.

Unlike a retired Anglican Bishop, the Catholic Bishops in the Southern African Conference: believe that no violent means are needed. Non-violent means will be enough.

South African Citizens have periodically had their power cut, due to shortages of supply, yet : still: electricity is supplied to a government, which is widely considered illigitimate. Legally, due to delays: the MDC leader, is the true president of Zimbabwe, this has not stopped South African support for further talks, which could lead up to an "election". Legally, the election already had happened, and the president was decided. This according to South African Legal experts, who spoke of the first election, before mass terror on a new scale was again unleashed on MDC's support bases, seemingly supported by the Zanu PF, or at least their followers. Subordination of politcal opposition, is oft institutional.

The ANC's militants, so visible of late, in their support for a Mr Jacob Zuma, who has caused an exodus from the ruling party, and whose supporters have threatened Genocide in the case of an electral loss: were often trained in Zimbabwe. As it is, South Africa's ANC, fulfill the requirements, of a party, which in voting for, one very likely will be excommunicated by Canon law: due to their support of racially selective policies, genocide (Article 2; secion d), via abortion and specific contraceptive campaigns, threats of genocide, and also due to their legalizing "gay marriage", and attempting to make conscientious objecting on moral grounds, against abortion: illegal.

The actual quote asked for "consideration" to be given to cutting of electricity and fuel supplies to Zimbabwe, from South African companies, and the South African Government. South Africa, and others in talks: were also accused of Colluding with Mugabe.

These follow the calls from a retired Anglican (non-catholic sect) bishop: for an invasion of Zimbabwe... which have quickly been contradicted, by an opposition party, and by this massive Organization's statements, asking for peaceful means, which are estimated to work; violence, could cause simply more harm.

True Freedom, A perspective, or a true reality?

I am walking, then running. The sound, white noise, it makes it to my ears. My legs are tired now, with energy leaving slowly. I run and walk on a beach, yet my freedom is disrupted: the beach smells, and ahead of me, there are blankets, and bits of persons' possessions. The beach, it: smells horrid, the water smells worse, ruin horror: it affects me as ugly: because ugly is our evolutionarry instinct by which we see that which is bad for one. There is decay, following a largely unnoticed tragedy. The beach I am on is private, for this reason it is cleaner. Clothes, and seaweed; are being burnt, all this after minor floods, a long way in the distance. Somehow, my experience had been affected by their tragedy. I would not swim on that trip. The sea was too dirty. The beach, had too many ugly things on it.

Freedom, and death have allot in common: both are utterly governed by rules. Both, when desired: are actually desires for peace and life.

Your mind may not comprehend it at first, but then, the reality hits one. There is no lasting peace 'cept that governed in justice. Evil, according to John Paul II, is governed only by the time it has to rule. Time indeed, where there is decay: turns it into every fatal flaw.

And so, on the death of Rome, Pagan "prophets" were angry, yet what could have justified the Christians: the Emperor, and the men who conquered her: except: if Rome, had not in fact existed for centuries. City of God: or City of Man, indeed: Rome, according to Augustine, had ceased to be years before the Christian kings took hold of her.

Freedom, it is odd, is it not: no nation desires anarchy, so freedom is not libertism. To be free, is it not to be at peace...? Once, I evilly desired to kill myself, each night, the temptation emerged. I had lost my faith in Mother church, perhaps In this, I had had no faith. I was dead indeed, gone beyond all, though still speaking with God in prayer, or with something, and I wanted not death, but: imagines: a darkness of peace. I have always loved the dark, yet for years it was nothing but horrid images. I wanted peace, not death: such is a truth, yet I could not have a fake peace, or fake anything: I needed an absolute peace, the kind which in fact is what we desire, when we say we want freedom. For our freedom, we submit to rational rules of men, for freedom, we create nations and laws, and states, and armies.

America, that complex, even negatively affecting nation, her foundation was "Freedom", yet immediately, she erected a government, and immediately, she began locking up her apponents to her "freedom". Her basis is a constitution, a group of changing laws.

Law, is the basis of freedom, and laws can steal right freedom. In permitting contraception, governments have created conditions which increased crime, and abortion. In allowing divorce: nations which allowed this evil: created a problem of millions of domestic dispute murders.

When laws and "freedoms" are not for the good of all, they cause every person to lose some or much freedom. Law, is what keeps a nation together, just laws, that is. It is very hard to overthrow an administration, without firstly proving in this that it is "unjust", and that one will be more "just".

Now: true freedom, is it not also safe freedom, or is it this vulnerable girl, her face still muddy, rushing for some small hopes in life? You see, we often call the desire for freedom: the birth of it, but there are different levels of freedom. Our desire for freedom, is one of the most definitive human conditions. Is it some small hope in the mind, some hopefull love only in the head of the thinking man?

Freedom, has nothing to do with the ability to do anything: but rather: the ability to do what one truly desires to do. If however, one is believing that one desires one thing, but desires something else: then this false desire hurts our freedom, it oppresses it!

One who is truly free, in fact: is one who does all that they desire to do, and nothing that they do not desire. I am not free, if I follow a desire I do not truly have, or which wrongly misrepresents another desire, or if I act in a wrong manifestation of this. Do you hate a person who is truly free, indeed, to you: such a person is a maniac, he is dangerous to you, for surely: his freedom: it is a danger to you, for he gains it by your losss, surely? Or surely not?

True freedom, is everlasting freedom: such freedom cannot be taken, and is no danger to those around it. True freedom, I may explain later, even as temporary freedom is utterly beautiful, when just!

Now, we must define two freedoms: the freedom of a man physically, and the freedom of the man spiritually.

A man who is free physically, can do what he rationally desires to do, so far as he is not hurting another's just freedom. Freedom is the only basis for any law. Any law, which unjustly, and unneccessarially restricts freedom, is not truly a law, it is unjust. For this purpose, and human dignity, all law shoul be based on truth, and rational, sane thought as a basis to view truth with.

The Other freedom, that to do as one wills, in fact, this is not the core desire, one wants such, out of fear: one wants to secure their life, what Religion calls the soul: that which animates us.

Freedom: is a means by which we secure existence: and in fact, every emotion a human being has: at its core involves the mimickry of the concept of Reality, that in and on which all exists. In fact, any freedom, is at its core a desire to survive, and to survive in right proportion: to mimick reality.

Now, if the purpose of every desire: lies in survival, and the quality of this, in a mimickry of the concept of "reality", our containing mediator.Then: indeed: a desire which is termed evil: is in fact a misrepresenting manifestation of a deeper desire, and not the desire itself. It is evil, because it steals our freedom, and often does that to others. The dignity of a man is so often manifested in his aeviternal freedom, and what is also his freedom from desires not his own, or rather: his right to this. In such, one is free, simply if one is able to continue to live. The purpose of our desire, is to survive, and the free man can do as he desires: thereby: the purpose of freedom is life: within proportion and reason. I indeed, am most free: when I live forever.

And so, if a man uses his freedom, he restricts it. One who choses to run left, is not able to make the choice in that situation: to run another place than left; instead. The man who uses his freedom, with a choice to restrict it: indeed, his belief in freedom: has become that by which he chooses to make himself captive to something. Perhaps his desire to do something is not freedom, but captivity. That "freedom" is something we give up: as in marriage, or in becomming citizens, or part of a religion: in fact, either what one considers as freedom, is not absolute, and not the ultimate aim, or else, what a foolish man considers freedom, is what a wise man considers slavery. In fact, doing what is natural, such as marrying, or remianing celebate in persuit of truth, this is the freedom of the mind: self control, and as much a right as any external one.

I stated, that my "freedom" on the beach: was "impeached" apon by other peoples' tragedy. I was uncomfortible, revolted, and caught in physical desires of throwing up. Now, my desires to throw up are desires given me by my body to stay alive: but these are only manifestations of my desire for life and freedom, therefore I am not more free by throwing up. I am most free in rules, in sane morality. In Limits, which keep me alive, here I am free. None of these desires are of much joy, and yet: happiness is not my ultimate ideal: life is. For securing life, I must desire to see the world as it truly is, this life which seeks truth in its proportion always: this brings hope, and causes life and freedom onto, even past death: should we choose to manifest true truth.

Now, to insure freedom, we limit it: because by freedom alone is freedom curtailed. If I lose a freedom, something gains from this, or believes it gains. Yet, true freedom, is eternal freedom. What is gained for a moment, then lost forever, is not to be a lifelong goal. To be free, is to have the ability to cause one's life to be better, or last longer. This is the true freedom we really desire. We don't want the freedom to die: not deep down. We want peace, we want to have a comprehension, an understanding of things: yet all again lies in one word: life. Every desire, is a desire to enhance, and insure our own existence.

To me, all who are most selfless, these are most selfish. You see, selfiless actions: they profit the self. One gets such joy in aiding persons, but more than such: to be selfless: is to seem eternal, to appear powerful, free. In fact, such a person is able to fulfill their right free desire to aid other, or God, or Freedom itself; an ideal: a servent of God.

We love selfless people as they are free: and freedom is the ability to remain alive somehow, to mimick our mediator: existence. Freedom and life are connected. This is why we call the laws by which people are protected: "freedoms", even "rights".

In this, at once, we say that laws are designed to free men, and these laws, we say are places where we are "free", or where some would say we should be so: we have a "freedom" of sorts from them: a "Right": to do things.

So, also, freedom is gained by changing environments: can not a freedom, be gained: via changing how we manifest our desires? More than that, what is free, and what is right: are intricately connected in language. I man who does that which is not right, is not free, if we are to look at this from both sides: in that a freedom is called a right, and a right a freedom: or at least this is the idea our language endows on us.

Selfishness has bad connotations, yet: only because of how it is oft manifested in a manner which does not aid others. The best thing for a man is to do the moral thing: so it is that a selfless person is selfish in right proportion, and not evil in such.

Now, if my only true desire is for life, and eternal freedom, I am always truly free as long as I can live, and always ensure my free existence, it may not be eternal, yet as long as my life is guaranteed, I am alive: and what is life, but that which brings order, and synchronous, specific action to my being. My life, is in fact mimickry of that container of all things: reality. Any who seek freedom, must admit: it be free forever, we must live life, so as not to fall into captivity to that which takes our eternal; life, and our eternal freedom (By Eternal here, I mean aeviternal).

As long, thereby: as I mimick reality in right proportion, I am always given my desire for life: in fact, then: death is but another part of such: if I died a moral man: then I am free forever, if death is the end of what I am. If however, life continues; still: I am free, for I am moral. In the end, the only limit on our chosen freedom, is how we manifest our desire: so as to be free forever, in Christ, or else slaves forever to manifestations of desire which we may perceive wrongly as desire: such things which will take us, and make us slaves to cirumstance. Therefore, the moral, just, faith, divinely loving, and sane: who see the world from the Catholic truth: these are free forever.

Indeed, morals are that which keep us free from internal captivity, and ethics help us prevent freedom from being challenged beyond that: and needed for morals. The first step to spiritual peace, is God, yet the second lies in understanding somehow, our true desires, which do not need to manifest in only one way always. Indeed, to truly manifest our desires, we must obey God: for, like obeying nations for our freedom, we obey God's endlessness in rules: to be free, through faith and Christ. The Cross, indeed, like marriage: was a final, limiting choice: yet a choice which was the route of man's freedom from sin. Throuh obedience to the Tradition, magisterium, and ethics of the Divine Eathly Body of God: the Church, we are free.

There will be a Tridentine Rite Mass, performed officially in Port Elizabeth, in January: It is being done by "Monsignor John Clark", of St.Vincent's Parish. However, it will be performed at Corpus Christi Parish, in Humewood.

We have in fact confirmed with the Parish in Question: Corpus Christi Parish, La Roche Drive, Humewood : that there will be a mass, according to the tridentine rite of the mass: at 09:00AM on Thursday January 1st 2009. It will be performed by a priest visiting from another Parish in Port Elizabeth. Future dates at Corpus Christi Parish Humewood: have yet to be finally decided, but Mgr. Clarke will continue to do this Mass in his own parish of St. Vincent's, Algoa Park, Port Elizabeth.

Spain's socialist, and anti-religiously secularist government has done it again. Recently, a judge risked, and is contesting a three year jail term, and 18 year bar from practising, after refusing to give a child to a homosexual couple, desiring to adopt, despite the fact they were seen as incapable of being good parents. Other European persecution, includes the removal of many powers from Luxembourg's monarch: after he refused to legalize abortions. Spain itself, has forced the removal of crucifixes from public areas such as schools and universities, and is known for pro-abortion, pro-"homosexual" "Marriage" policies, and for socialist policies.

Now, when a state prosecutor erected a nativity scene in the prosecutors office, it was quite suddenly removed by a judge. No argument that Christmas was part of Spanish culture could prevent the removal.

Laws are being examined in Spain to further define what is implied by so-called "Separation of Church and State". Such policies, from their route in the French rebellion, have always had the obvious target of Catholicism, however the removal of power from a moral watchdog was aptly demonstrated in the Second World War, as was brought up, after a previously Fascist politician in Italy, accused the Vatican of not doing enough: despite Italy existing after militarially conquering the papal states (previous report 17/Dec/2008).

Islamic citizens in Spain, increasingly feel persecuted, as exemplified in the Madrid train bombings (c.f. BBC World News (Secular) __/__/__). Catholicism, however of late has borne the brunt of institutional attacks.

When part of a left leaning," Sandinista National Liberation Front" marxist government, which overthrew their predecessors, but then had elections about 5 years later: in his own nation, D'Escoto accused the US of butchering his Nation, during a war, since then he has called George W. Bush, recently given special privilages on a visit to the Vatican, the Spiritual heir of Reagan, whom he (as a marxist government official): had apposed.

Awarding two pro-abortion (though also gay rights) advocates in the UN for “outstanding contribution to the promotion and protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms” (LifeSiteNews 05/DEC/2008) earlier this year, there was no naming of these people as butcherers. This despite their actions possibly being defined as genocide in the UN definition, although purposely creating conditions where 'unwanted' population groups are voluntarily culled by means of birth control campaigns has not been treated by the UN that way in a very long time, except in the convention itself.

He has also accused the Israeli government of treating the Palestinians in their territory, in the same manner as South Africans were treated by the Protestant Apartheid Government, previously in power in South Africa. D'Escoto has now claimed he is receiving death threats: without mentioning the source: to which he is being subdued to needs for new security measures: by.

Israel's ambassador to the United Nations, however has since taken offense: she has said that this is all lies, aimed at getting her not to attend the anniversary of the "Universal" declaration on human rights.

Catholics are free to present their own oppinions within reason, that does not make these the views of the church, however, Fr D'Escoto, was personally removed from the priesthood for his position in a marxist government. In fact, Gabriela Shalev, Israel's ambassador, who the defrocked priest's spokesperson has been accusing of slander for her statements, is also taking this seriously. The UN itself is taking new measures, to protect the defrocked priest, however, he is not the first UN official to make an enemy of Israel, or the United States: nor does that mean that they will automatically be the source of alleged death threats. He has made such emnity, not be religious belief, but via his attacks on the western world. He is viewed as advantageous to those supporting extreme left positions, however: he was elected, only from amongst South American competition: in accorance with a moving seat, and his only role is as a mediator of debate in the house. He has been accused of being partisan.

Gianfranco Fini, leader of what was once officially a "neo-fascist party" (BBC World News (Secular) 17/11/2008;The British "Times" (secular) 17/12/2008) "Alleanza Nazionale"(The British "Times" (secular) 17/12/2008) who BBC says droped his neo-Fascist agendas earlier in his career, in order to appeal to mainstream politics, has seemingly slipped back into old ways. As speaker of the Italian parliament, one of those parliaments in "Catholic" nations: in Europe: which has periodically of late passed laws hardly representative of a Catholic viewpoint, he now lays the blame for the deportion of the Jews, by the Fascists: to Nazi Germany: on the Vatican.

He says that the Vatican did not make any real effort to appose racial legislation, despite claims, aired in the article by the British "Times", that the Vatican made sharp condemnations of the laws.

Missing in his accusation, as "speaker" of the "Italian" "Parliament", is the fact the Italy exists, having militarially conquered the Vatican, and that it was a treaty by the Fascists during such rule of Italy's politics, when the Lateran treaty was created: confining the Vatican to what is now the country bearing its name. Also excluded are the many iniatives by the Pope of World War II, which: against established customs: caused Religious organizations of Catholics (such as nuns and others) on masse, especially religious organizations such as nunaries: to habor Jewish people.

Also missing is the fact that Vatican further condemnations, would have meant little at this time of persecution, the Vatican certainly could not have taken military action, what possible lack of action may be the source of the accusations is hard to immagine.

 Italy had kicked Catholicism out of that role via force, as it still does, via voices such as those of that man. This seems another anti-catholic attack, and the source of it, in a party, once known for its fascism: is revealing. Placing guilt on those who don't object loud enough, or can't object as they would have desired: is a typical strategy of those attempting to throw guilt away from themselves. Still, if there were guilt there might have been some place for apology: there is none: Pope Benedict XVI assures us of this, and we will see it ourselves, when the Secret Archive of the time are made public to scholars in a few years time. Una Voce SA, whom I am in talks with, in the matter of the Johannesburg Archdiocese' Latin mass attempts: have said that the Cathedral of Christ the King is Prepared to set up the Latin Mass Further on Sundays: at 17:30, with the first Sunday at 11:30 AM. This is in line with what a Vatican Source is quoted by mainstream Catholic News as his desire for the Latin Mass to compliment the Ordinary Rite, and be availible universally.

Listening for Permission to be "Me": A look at relationships, love, and life: in our exile from heaven

Relationships are neither heaven or hell, maybe they are all purgatory. Is a relationship supposed to be mediocre, I’m not settling for mediocre? We don’t want a tolerable coexistence. We all want “ecstasy” true companionship with an anticipated lifetime of this happiness, I want my knight in shining armor, to come flying in and sweep me off my feet and make all my dreams come true with one heck of a spiritual base, a fairy tale with my soulmate that I have been waiting to meet throughout my lifetime … do you think I am dreaming, I’ll certainly keep you posted.

No relationship is ideal or easy, thats not the fairy tale. If anyone tells you that their relationship is perfect it is not true. Was Adam and Eve perfect or closest to it, he didn’t have to hear about all the other guys she could have married and she didn’t have to listen to him say how his mother cooked better. Ouch, enter the intrusions of sin.

At the beginning you have a huge chemistry with each other, they might be very handsome or beautiful and have caught your eye, you get these butterflies in your stomach, you want to learn about this person and a friendship begins. Everything from the outside is good, but what about the inside, is the inside complete, mature and able? They have a fabulous job, marvelous personality, so totally hot and handsome, it'd be the perfect match right, life would be easy, but …

Throughout our lives we meet all kinds of people, some will stay and some will go, they all bring different experiences into our lives, why do some become part of our lives forever, maybe even become part of our family or our spouse? Do we have a check list of qualifications that are needed to cross that friendship line into maybe something more like a beautiful marriage?? Do Catholics only marry Catholics, what if you are a practicing catholic and marry a cradle catholic (one born with the name catholic)?? Will that work? What if you fall in love with a non-catholic, yikes then what? Would it rip your heart out if you fell in love with someone and they said you have to have these certain qualifications before there would even be a possibility of a future together ... after the fact you have fallen in love? Relationships are brutal sometimes and hurt … those are the true facts!!

Falling in love sometimes sneaks completely up on you, its not lust, its deep, its understanding where that other person is coming from, its making sure that persons needs are met sometimes before yours. Sometimes you don't even realize you are in love with someone right in front of you and you are looking?? It’s a lot more giving than receiving. Loving relationships aren’t always just couples. The first and biggest thing in any relationship is learning really hard to listen. Listening to what your significant other, girlfriend, boyfriend, friend or spouse is saying to you, not what you are saying or what you want to hear, listening to their thoughts first. Great communications skills penetrate your heart and soul. These are base skills. We all lack these skills and they are superior to anything else.

Are you in fear of being assertive, speaking your true thoughts, for fear of disappointing them your partner, friend, associate or hurting them, not being you, being the person they desire first?? Awe, what about spiritual communication, the glue to the relationship, God? Do we need God in our relationships as couples even if we are perfect for each other? Uh-huh, I'm warning you we all need God, that I know for sure and I learnt the hard way.

We all spend time learning skills in school, taking courses etc., but does anyone spend time connecting and learning the psychology of relationships? What about the teachings or classes taken before getting married, are they effective? Are you taking the class or just attending because it’s a pre-requisite or are you truly involved and participating in that class??

It always bamboozles me to learn that sometimes we wake up after several years together in a relationship or marriage and really do not know a person. We scream “eish” at the top of our lungs, it happens sometimes after a couple of years together dating or twenty years later married and you realize your partner doesn’t know who or what you are all about, this is not uncommon, but it sure is sad. It a lack of communication and effort on one or both partners in any relationship. It happens frequently. This wasn't discussed in any course that I attended?

It takes huge amounts of time and commitment to keep a relationship happy and making it grow, it doesn’t just happen, its work and lots of work, harder work than you can imagine with huge communication skills and trust that each of you must realize this.

Its strange that sometimes during a relationship we get this awakening to the fact that something is wrong with this union, it’s in your stomach and intuition, you might not want to realize this, you might argue a lot, not hear what the other person is saying, you truly love this person and want it to work. You ignore these waves inside you for fear of what the unknown?

You might realize you have never had a true heart to heart talk, person to person totally connecting and understanding each other as individuals. Maybe you have but you don't get that feeling of connection. We are are always individuals regardless of any relationship or marriage. Sometimes as much as you love a certain individual you are fighting to keep it together and Gods powers are saying something different. The grass isn’t greener on the other side, this person is truly good but its like you are fighting against something, nobody is perfect and you wonder why this working isn’t. Both parties seem to want it to work??

A good relationship requires core teaching of loving myself first, connecting with our loving God.

We live in a world where sin affects all of us, individually and in married couples. Why is this, because nobody is perfect and each of us is flawed with huge idiosyncrasies, immature neurotic traits and they don’t go away when you say “I do” and that most beautiful diamond is slipped onto your finger. They become magnified by the significant other immature neurotic behaviors of the partner, girlfriend or spouse in the relationship.

When the relationship between two people starts to disintegrate there is friction, some panic, become afraid, don’t want to lose the other person, hurt and fear being alone, nobody wants to be lonely or spend their life alone. This is difficult time in any relationship to endure, both individuals know when something is not quite right and most know that relationships will change they don’t stay all happy. Sometime this comes from a sense of disillusionment. At some point in a relationship you each realize the shocking realization that romantic dreams of a perfect relationship or matrimonial bliss is unrealistic. The wife or girlfriend wants continued courtship with lasting, loving attention from her prince charming, the one she will marry and the wife is disappointed if this becomes a dashed dream after marriage. We get caught up in the wants in life.

The boyfriend or husband is disconsolate because he isn’t receiving the love and respect he assumed would always be there. The reality of it all hurts, hurts real bad. Relationships take lots of work, tons of work, but none of it is going to work without the faith of God inside any type of relationship first, if you don’t have this, no amount of love or work is going to help, you are missing the base of faith. You can never have the rest though regardless how hard you try or good without this faith?? Who knew?

Having a broken relationship before marriage is Gods way of telling you to look deep inside. It doesn’t matter how much it hurts or time spent together, what people say about how good of a couple you are together, listen to your conscience and not a broken heart. A broken marriage can be brutal, you endure the whispers, gossip, and condescension of others, and the worst is you have to bare Gods’ disdain as well??

Whether a relationship is broken or still hanging together by a thread, what is that gnawing feeling inside us that tells us its unreasonable and impossible for this to ever be, why when we are lonely and only just want this to be does it have to be??

The relationship gives you a sense of peace or makes you laugh, its teaches you something and the joy you receive is still unbelievable but it’s still not right and its goes away. It can’t withstand something to keep it strong and it’s not meant to be, oh it could be the most beautiful relationship you have ever had but it’s an experience inside your heart only. A life experience you will take onto the next. Sometimes we make mistakes and never realize this for fear of being alone or lonely so we settle and ignore that thing inside your stomach. We wait.

Any relationship needs realization that it is a lot of work and giving and compromise are a priority. Nobody can provide you with a sense of worth or wholeness like God. All is never lost if a relationship breaks down along with a marital breakdown, God is still there. God is forgiving and doesn’t want anyone unhappy, there are reasons things happen along our paths.

A successful relationship that has a chance will consist of three people, a woman, a man and God. God is the most essential component in your life when your relationship is successful or unsuccessful. You have to have faith together or there is no chance. Don’t be desperate for relationships or marriage be desperate for God in your life.

Simple rule of honoring God is doing what he expects of you. By doing so you will have a positive influence in a relationship. You can’t change the attitudes of the other member of the relationship or for that matter members of your family. Infusing any relationship with a godly character that comes directly from you is the best thing. You have to love when you don’t feel like it. Love when you aren’t loved back. Love when it appears there is no hope of reconciliations.

The greatest test of love is whether we can love those who act unloving towards us. Forgiveness is 70 x 7, indefinite forgiveness.

Even if you are well-intentioned the breakdown of relationships whether married or not can be initiated by outside factors, different goals, family ideas, financial problems, health challenges, or conflicts of belief. Sometimes it’s just not meant to be and that’s hard to swallow.

When a relationship or marriage is failing or has failed you cannot be responsible for or capable of changing the attitudes of the other member. We must remember the poem, some people come into our lives for a reason, some stay for awhile, some teach us something and then go regardless if they take a part of our heart with them. Sometimes someone comes along and you know deep inside they are staying for a lifetime and nothing is taking them away from you, you know this inside your heart immediately, it’s an experience you have shared, they are the keepers and require work, Gods work. They are lifetime relationships and friends. This might not even be or become a spouse it’s just a relationship, a really good one.

We all want these lifetime relationships. These relationships teach us a lesson. Things we build on in order to have an emotional solid foundation. We accept the lesson wholeheartedly, and know everything we have learnt from past relationships and areas of our lives is going to be put into this certain relationship. We pray and we keep our fingers crossed and with God we wait for that realtionship which might be once in a lifetime, sometimes its more than once. Sometimes it becomes our spouse other times not but we pray for this regardless, God will let us know and you will have no doubt when it happens it will be crystal clear, its only what I believe, hope and have faith for us all.

Two thirds of Italian Doctors refuse to perform abortion: and this stance against abortion in Italy, is purely legal because of Catholic: Vatican influence. Still, the Italian government refuses to make abortion illegal, and if plans by a French firm are successful; an abortive pill will be available in Italy's health care sector... In weeks. The Pill itself is extremely dangerous for a young (or old) mother and the infant she wants to kill off.

Abortion is the aim of it, which is why a government representative, the minister for youth: strongly warns: that anything which takes human life is not a victory for all involved: more; this form of drug is risky, but especially this drug, and for this: it seems to only be prepared for availability in hospitals. As another form of abortion is to find profits, the Vatican, and Catholics in Italy: understandably are outraged.

He was a socialist, not politically, but a family member said he believed in a sort of socialism: not a communist, though I have a book of his on communism. Communism is evil, and perhaps that is why he hopefully rejected it. It is fair to say that almost nothing can be surmised about the man. He was a Progressive Party (Now called the DA) politician in Welkom, during Apartheid. The Progressives believed that one's vote should be based on education, not race: they had an interesting group of ideas. He never won of course: the police sent in twins to disrupt their meetings, posters were torn down, and stomped on: the phone was tapped, and a portion of my family went on the run: the security police even tried to kill them. Another segment of this extended family had to leave the country, but these were also their own fight.

He was important to me, and still is: even as the last words I remember speaking to him were a lie. He, along with the saints, his priest, a Catholic youth leader, and many miracles are just a tiny part of my complex reversion to the Faith of my ancestors!

You see, the man: my grandfather: he was an oddity beyond odd: he believed in things like equality: and had inter-racial church meetings at home. He disliked policemen, and taught his children to distrust these. He was a doctor: and in the SADF (South African Defense Force), he was considered a man's man. He also helped with the efforts to create mine safety: much of the lives saved by regulations, even by ideas like spraying burn victims with cold water: were due to him. Still, many keep his ideas, and try to create good working conditions.

At his funeral, the National Union of Mineworkers (prior the anti-religious communism creeping into some of the unions) placed their flag on his coffin, and the Irish Regiment of the army played bagpipes to honour him. It was odd; some people seemed there out of political reasons, not to look bad. It was odd, I was at his Catholic funeral, yet I did not believe in the Catholic church, not as I do now. I called it "God's Church", yet thought it had lost the way deeply. I was wrong, but I thought that. I did not like the fact that people who we never knew were there, with high-class suites: and cellular phones.

I found it odd: the priest had been utterly sure to inform us that my grandfather obeyed the church until death: that he was in fact a Catholic. The priest also enjoyed the Catholic funeral: I did also: Catholics were a cause of mine; I even called myself one: despite what I thought!

I read his ancient bible at night: a Douay Rheims bible, thick and large: yet many of the books of his, and works of his I have: are not Catholic: he even has a pamphlet from Watchtower: from the Jehovah's Witness sect.

The first hint that Catholics had a different bible was his funeral: a relative wanted to read from the book of wisdom, another thought it a depressing passage: I had thought there was no such book: I searched my protestant bible at the time and found nothing.

At a time like this: I began to return: and started to read his odd, large, ancient bible. In the first pages were accusations of Protestant tampering with the bible: including accusations about books now in their bible. Later it would be verified: the protestants removed, and added back some of what they removed. Revelation, or Apocalypse: is not naturally the last book of the bible.


I do not know the man, I sound like Saint Peter when he sinned by denying Jesus, but I am not denying Jesus, nor anything about anyone: I am not denying my grandfather: my perfectly human, normal, yet striving grandfather, nor associating him with Jesus, that would be wrong: rather, I am being honest. I hardly knew my grandfather: I heard the stories, of this highly respected doctor, and his before his time treatments, and his wild differences with parts of society: how he got ten percent of the vote when standing in Welkom, an Afrikaner stronghold: against Apartheid.


It was not only him that changed me: much did, but he played a part, and later when I reverted more fully, his bible was eventually given into my care. It is odd, reading his pamphlets, or the books he liked: From Augustine, to Vatican II, to books on Kenedy, to things written by protestants, or Jehovah's Witness peoples. He was an odd man: entirely odd, entirely amazing.

I don't know if he is in heaven, or purgatory, or where: I know, however that his life altered mine. Yet his death all the more.


I never cried when he died, I was fine: nor later, at least for a while. I cried when one of my animals died, I cried over a girl I truly loved, over not being with her, because I loved her, I cried for my stupidity over a girl who is still alive; yet not when my grandfather died. The best advice I remember from him alive was either to not let school "educate" me, but to love nature, and be creative; or else his health advice. I could make a clicking sound, and often felt I needed it: it is in fact a manual control of pressure in my ears: I don't need to chew gum to feel safe in altering atmosphere.

An so: my Catholic grandfather had passed away, and I was there: I chatted with friends and relatives I largely did not know: some brought spouses, or girlfriends etc. I think I may have been called out of school for the funeral. I think also that I went off my strict diet: which I am on for my health: and ate things bad for me. In fact, I think that the whole funeral event was moving over me: not much, something: but not of note.

Odd then: that I had decided to attend his church allot; and still odd that his priest is my confessor, and church verified spiritual guide: whom I sometimes listen to; I listen also to my Patron, and saints, and others: especially one person, yet his priest is one of my favorites, and a human being I bounce off questions on things I cannot ask some others.


So, I don't understand my grandfather: no one did; though perhaps some had a small understanding. He was a doctor who would lie down on the grass, I think outside the hospital, and may have ridden a bike: yet he was the best in his field, and missed by many: in tropical diseases: he was a genius.

And so; not knowing him, I read what he did, and pray the rosary, he probably inherited from my great grandmother: and much else. Somehow I am intrigued by this dead grandfather: and still; it is not sadness, but interest that causes me to see what I can see about this man: this odd creature, whom I hardly knew, yet was always connected with: mystery intrigues: yet I do not expect him to be this or that, only assume some things, small things.

How much more must we not test God: by wrong predictions of what he should or should not be. He is Whom He is: and he is as predictable as love: he is love. Let us serve God as our mystery: because he is far greater than any mere man: yet with our grandfathers: we love them and seek to know whom they and ancestors were. How much more the source of all men.

Really, life is not straight forward: even so: by morality alone, and seeking truth: do we who walk and breathe: survive!

Chaos is to the benefit of the prescient, and those who can predict better than apposing personages: as it happens: by order, we predict the future. Chaos, is that which causes confusion, to those not understanding it. Those who know where an ambush is laid can avoid it, those who understand a routine can use it. Utter chaos is the field where they, who know the future best: outwit all.


Confusion, mystery, chaos: imagine this: fire on water, and war all around, gun shots blast, and sirens blare. Blueness covers the scene, a hidden, not always noticed blue. Perhaps that of the sirens, but not. Red dots, yet this is not a battle between police and robbers. Somehow, the mind must understand, and make order to know what they are dealing with. What makes the red dots: are these vague images lights?


There is a battle going on, a small scene in a great chaos of conflict. One feels the stream, currents of time and space, and move slightly between carnage, and chaos: as bullets spray, and things all of a sudden explode. The sand is muddy now, one is fleeing, one is crawling on scrapping knees, and jumping, and rushing. The heat begins to beat so fast, yet one is guided, one escapes.

Imagine this, and how such casualties are struck, and death wrough all over, as one pauses and moves, like a guerrilla in the woods, or a woodsman hidden in a known forest, or kayaking boatman in the ocean, rowing between icebergs, and whales. It is a complete image which hits me, it always is as an author, and such images combine, and are woven, and altered like clay in my softly moving hands: to create novels: coming in day and sleep. Yet, while such chaos may benefit, none moral would make it through evil: that does not mean that those who are moral and in a situation of such: will not use chaos to their advantage. How much more is it certain: that while free will allows for evil: yet that which is order itself: will use the chaos from such hostility: for the good of all who love Him. In fact, they right thing can well be to tolerate some evil at times: yet call it account when it is best: because immediately smiting one may hurt the innocent: like God, we to only tolerate evil while in a time, and place where it is of benefit to good to do so temporally.

Chaos, and order in this temperal phase of the universal stages: are illusions of sorts, or rather: in the perspective of the beholder, they don't really exist, not here in any case: or else: they exist, but in a way which the ordinary man does not fully comprehend; but which the saint can see: whereby order exists, and chaos: but these are different from normal everyday uses of these connotations to sound. Order refers to control, but only so far as it is needed because control of events by that which is stuck in temperal time: needs to rely on predictibility, even cause it. In other words; to order that something be done: is to try to cause a sequence of events where it occurs: orders are there to create order, or an order of benefit to the one making them, or which such thinks of benefit.

 We cannot by our perception alone: know the future, or why God does as he does; mystery creates a special "chaotic" code, which only in the seeing of truth, we can understand of all. God is not temperal, but eternal, not even aeviternal, as "rational" souls are. Yes, perhaps the body of Jesus is aeviternal: and that which leaves his form is temperal: but in his divine nature he is eternal, his human nature: I am not qualified to say this: but perhaps it contained temperal or aeviternal parts; yet in such a way as that which is divine could possibly have this: Jesus was fully human: perhaps then his human soul is only aeviternal. 


God is eternal: that means he can be none but basis of the fabric of time and space, the little bubble of necessity: we walk and breathe in. Outside of God, there is nothing, there is but darkness: he is the blue bubble which causes the flickering spark of life, carressing all: yet as a lover, not an enemy. He is not the chair I sit on, nor my DNA, yet he is the power in which these are supported; in which all reality rests: against which; ever for now: sin falls against in rebelling, with destruction: breaking death loose on the world! Evil, fighting this power creates false perceptions, so that we neglect to see order in the chaos: and therefore are hit by it and harmed. Even as we admit that a sort of chaos is the order of the universe: we must admit that a good God would create a way for even us to conquer the chaos: this is the purpose of ethics, and virtue: that which is good is complient to the "chaos" which is God's plan. Morality is simply a dance of sanity: which keeping us safe beyond any prediction's extent. It is sanity which acts morally. We do not pretend to understand time and distance, or fully: the life after death. We do understand that it, which is compliance to the Chaos of God: keeps us alive as breath cannot, beyond death; when we obey God to every extent. Chaos is simply us admitting we cannot comntrol the world. We mourn the pain of animals, and our own pain: and though this is why often some attack God when animals are hurt due to elements of time and space: it is because we are like them; and fear: yet God does no matter of moral evil or anything he considers evil: to man; either evil causes death: as sometimes, it seems: occurs; or in fact: death is not an end; only a doorwar to the next sections of our consiousness: that final place: when we are alive or illusion and of death. Indeed: death is the responsibility of God, even the Greeks put this to their Gods: the three "Fates": to disobey God is the route which all sin takes: and whereas morality is the peak acting of sanity: sin: is the slow loss of such needed sanity.

Imagine Him we worship: walking now, by a lake, yet what does that mean? What mystery incarnate: that infinite being: appearing to be, or even being aeviternal in a way, with even perhaps temperal parts: such seems chaos: such energy in but a small form. It is the goodness which makes what seems chaos to be order, and which conquers all illusion which is the actual chaos: this ability to comprehend, and conquer chaos: is the gift which is given. Our salvation lies in the child: Jesus, a man at this time: who walked by and on the lake. Showing he is in control, he walked on such lake against our predictions. Such is "chaos", is it not?

Yet, he is as much a human as a God, even now, he is both: and a human made order of chaos: not by taking the chaos away: but by giving meaning to it, and all things, so that we could be sane, and calm in chaos: collected: and able to exist forever.

God is not a God of contradiction or chaos, but God is also not only a three dimensional being, but a three personed being, yet not three Gods, but one. Our ways are in order, and prediction, his is in a higher mysterious order, sometimes appearing to be chaos and his ways are in knowing, and doing true things. The war between God and evil is between Reality and falseness. God is reality, the very DNA of time and space, or rather: something more elemental than that.

We rightly think God is order, he is not then simply our order: simply put, unlike His rational soul: we are not entirely sane. He is a God who created order: but that is for us, and of his nature, by which we are ordained to be born, he is a God who is logical, but that is because he is the fabric of the universe: that one which all relies upon, on which the fabric of the universe relies, and rests. He is not all things, but all things need him to exist. That which is real relies on him, yet all things cannot include evil. Evil does not technically exist, but is a misfiring, something, a madness which choice allows man: which sucks his very life from him, like the merciless tide of the unforgiving seas. God is "chaos" in a way, but ordered chaos. The chaos which is evil is that without meaning: it is the slaughter of the good; it is evil. Evil: is that which makes us less real: if God is Reality: evil is Illusion, while it does not exist: the void where it is does: so that one truly disobeys by sinning. Evil is a lack of Good: of Reality, of God.

Every Just War, or Just Uprising, is also an unjust war and unjust battle. Those fighting on one side are fighting a Just War, those on the other, an Unjust War.

Is God Chaos in his eyes: no: yet that which is aeviternal cannot fully comprehend that which is eternal: at least not yet. Chaos, in fact is what we use to denote a situation in which we are unable to predict far enough ahead, so as to handle it. Chaos is dangerous. It is how one may well describe many things: it is danger, and fear all at once. It is when: if we could predict it's source, we could well survive.

So; if the universe is chaos: it is dangerous: how then is survival adequate except in Love: the key to all things. To comprehend love is to begin to understand God. Love believes the Gospel, it believes the faith: because of the source giving the truth; which is truth. Love, is in fact the meaning in the madness: and by it we can make the right move to stay in key with the music of God... What seems to atheists as insanity in a Righteous God: is not insanity, but love: God's chaos may not be comprehensible to man: but its meaning: love: is.

Love explains all: it is our mentorship in times, and oceanic bouts. Love is deeper than romance: which itself is not love. As yet imperfect: human love; oft wrought with evil illusion: this nature of a higher force: tells us of the perfect devine love. Waves in the ripple tank reflect the mamoth monsters of the ocean, which hide sharks, and monsters, and powers, and wonders.

God is not chaos but Order: this we know because in some hings we understand his ways: especially in matters of love... at least we can understand such. Lust: which tries to falsely appear as, and substitute for love: is a reason many are denied comprehension of the chaos of life.

We do not understand the ocean, not either do we entirely comprehend, nor understand: the spiritual. That which is seen is influenced by unseen horrors, like a boat in the ocean, and protected all around by unseen deity, and goodness: that of Jesus, and the entirety of the Triune God, is that which orders things to protect. Each person has a guardian: an angel to aid; and we each can ask of a Patron; our sister who watches us like a lover, and bride. Yet, our safety is in God, in that which sees order in the chaos, and protects us: heart and soul.

Odd, or convenient, or simply informing for us: that the antonym of "Chaos" is "Order": and when we speak of commands we say it is "orders". We admit that by "authority": "chaos" is fought, or that commands maintain a status quo: yet this is to say that orders which increase meaningless chaos are meaningless: that society and commands are only justified when rational and ordered to the true nature of God. Orders, are that which attempt to combat chaos.

Our way to predict the world's actions is to understand that which causes them. The relation of Reality to us: is what we study, and we know that like in the ocean, jumping before or as waves break like walls, and fall; by mimicking the tides of time and space via what Christians call love, truth, sanity, and faith: we are able not to see God's actions as "Chaos", but as Love, and in this in Sanity, which is the only sane action: we in fact dance with God; meaning that we are safe.

That we have a word: "chaos"; this alone proves such fact of our inadequacy, and of our need of God, and saints, and angels and such: our perception alone is inadequate to maintain our lifeforce: yet Love, Truth, Reality Himself: offers us an opportunity; not simply to predict today, or ten thousand decades of millenia, if those even shall come to pass: but rather: the cause of the ripples, the love of God asks that we join him forever as saints; he asks this through the living and the Aeviternal saints and angels, and His Son. Here, his prediction, and nature, and the nature of the universe itself preserves us!

To say that the universe is chaotic is to admit we are unable to understand it fully: and to admit that we are not self-sufficient to handle our live here: we die, do we not? If our aim is life, then we are in need of life, so how can God not be needed..? He is needed!

The reason all living people, this even (as shown by the incident at the temple:) including Jesus, when he was incarnated as a child: make mistakes: this reason is that God realized that we would have a choice. We can live in chaos or order: but order lies not simply in handling chaos: one must conquer chaos to have order, and God is not only the God of what appears chaotic; he is the God of Order: order which to those as yet incapable of managing it: appears chaotic.

Now, to those not understanding a culture, or procedure: is it not all just chaos? Yet God gives us guidance: his hand is out, he is waiting, and moving backwards: we must look beyond the swaying waves: of the moving crowds, which do so simply frame his image: we must see beyond "chaos" into the true order, by which we tame the earth with order: we must see God; if we ever want safety. For the purpose of predicting the future; by all our statistics: is self preservation: and preservation of man, and his interests: and yet; the universe, while made with the aim of aiding man: was made for man and God to share: as a place where God has company with man and man's right desires: perhaps even Animals' temperal souls also exist in heaven: in another way than here. Truth is, if they do: it is for our enjoyment.

Somehow, suffering: and things which cause such fear in my heart: these are often the place and time where I turn to trust, and sane action. What is sane in the universe: is that which complies with the true order of it: morality, and religion: Catholic Religion: under Christ himself's rule from the heavenly king's power: his power: his own truth in his kingship of all: to truth: to love.

So, while one sanely suffers small pain to avoid calamity, as with going to a dentist, or for surgery: we endure "great" pains here in exiled chaos of the mind: but this is nothing, and no thing's power: if we are to live forever in bliss. Chaos is a term which only the limited, finite beings, and perhaps that which empathises with them: can comprehend. Pain: when seen in the light of love: is small compared with the promise it carries for the Just men.

Love, while seeming madness: has meaning: making it somewhat predictible: at least in its purpose. God is not Chaos, but love: and what makes love sane: is a basis in truth!

With a large success, and following, the Tridentine Mass efforts in Johannesburg by the Cathedral of Christ the King will continue as is, with a single Latin Mass on a Sunday, but with few exceptions: the same schedule is followed on other days.

With the exception of Thursday the 16th, and 25th of December, for the remainder of December, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Saturdays, the Latin Mass Schedule will continue as is:

Tuesdays: 17: 30 (5:30 PM)
Thursdays 17:30 (5:30PM)
Saturdays at 07:30 (7:30 AM)

There will be one Sunday Latin Mass at the Archdiocese this December:

Sunday 21st December: 11:30 AM (Tea is said to be served afterwards)

There Will be a Sunday Latin Mass in January:

Sunday 4th January: 11:30 AM

Both will be "Low Masses"


On the 16th  of this Month, the 17:00 mass will not take place, it will instead change to a 10:00 AM on that same day: Tuesday 16th December: due to a public holiday!

The 17:00 mass on Thursday 25th is not to occur on Thursday, but will be on Friday 26th of December at 10:00AM instead.

Vatican City: Church representative justifies choice to appose "decriminalization of "homosexuality""

A Vatican choice to strongly appose the encroachment of European might under France upon the world: via a charter to decriminalize homosexuality, is not discrimination, as was wrongly claimed by some gay activists, but a logical move to prevent discrimination against Catholic states, which appose Gay "marriage": something the document definitely, it seems; has aims at, or may have the very likely result of. This is source of the probable fears of the Vatican: who have seen increased fanaticism by anti-religious movements in Europe, and homosexual activists, attempting to attack it and any who believe, as they have the human right to do so: that gay "marriage" is not permissible.

The Vatican is one of the biggest voices on the Death penalty, and human rights: and is not discriminating against gays by not agreeing with such an affront to Catholic beliefs. According to the source quoted by News 24, whose position we have not verified: the Vatican does not wish to punish gay people as criminals, but likewise cannot go against the clear mandate on morality, which it is known by all obedient to the papacy: Jesus handed to the church.

Facebook is a public utility of use, and sometimes misuse: which is why bad groups may be reported to be shut down. Over 6000 Bosnians joined a group to shut down a Serbian group on Facebook, which glorified the genocide in Bosnia, and attacked Muslims, according to a source quoted by Reuters.
