The Coalition to Save Catholic Health Care, is sending a letter to the pope, in a last ditch attempt, to prevent the sale of what is reportedly the last 6 Catholic Hospitals in Boston, USA: the Caritas Christi hospital system.

Previously Catholic Action League, had lead the charge against yet another sale of church controlled assets, stating that it would end 150 years of Catholic healthcare in Boston, among other concerns. The suggested buyer is secular capitalist firm: Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. of New York, named after the three headed dog, which guards Hades in Greek mythology. There is a contractual clause which demands the retaining of Catholic identity, but this can be done away with should the investment firm decide to pay about 3 percent (%) of the asking price to an approved archdiocesan charity, that is, seemingly if such Catholic identity becomes "unlawful or materially burdensome".

Some of the more outspoken criticisms of the clause come from the Catholic pro-life:

"But we already know that adherence to Catholic moral standards is unlawful for any hospital that participates in the Massachusetts universal health care insurance program (the model for ObamaCare), because the program requires participants to provide abortion, contraception, sterilization, etc. In fact, the archdiocese’s inability to participate in the Massachusetts program is precisely the reason why Caritas is unprofitable and is being sold. So the termination of Catholic standards is inevitable. Why the charade to mislead the public that Caritas will remain Catholic?"

The choice to sell the hospitals to the second major buyer, comes as the hospitals, faced bankruptcy, after refusing to enter a state (not federal) government subsidized system in the state of Massachusetts, in the United States of America, which reportedly would have demanded that they provide contraception, abortion, and sterilization as services.

Critics of the deal, cite the fact that free services to the poor may suffer, as well as services to the mentally ill, and that conscience protection of health workers, and ethical trustworthiness of each hospital may be done away with. A previous deal in attempts to save the hospitals, was walked away from, when it became clear in the opinion of officials that the Catholic ethics of the hospitals would be severely compromised.


Caritas director James Karam, has admitted that he cannot guarantee the investment firm will maintain what would seem to be the archdiocese of Boston's last remaining Catholic hospitals. If this deal does not go through, it is seen as likely, by the archdiocese, that the debt ridden hospitals will soon be forced to close. Their high asking price, likely is due to state and federal investments in healthcare making hospitals more attractive to investors.

Just like Fort Hood: Wikileaks alleged traitor signs were all there

Like the Islamist special interest cause activist soldiers who detonated bombs against US troops in the mid-east, or the Fort Hood shooter; with the wikileaks fiasco for the US military, the signs were all there:

The alleged leak was reportedly a homosexual (colloquial: gay) special interests activist, who aired publicly, his breaking of US law, in pursuit of his special interests: as a homosexual in the military; and publicly made known his increasingly malcontent style opinions.

"The Wikileaks story is all about revelations. But very few news stories covering that controversy have covered the fuller story. What don’t they want to reveal?

The UK Telegraph shows the clues were there. Right upfront, the Telegraph notes that the prime suspect in the leaks, Pfc Bradley Manning, ‘raged against the US Army and society at large in the days before he allegedly downloaded thousands of secret military documents.’ The logical question ‘what did they know and when did they know it?’ applies.

The Pentagon, which is investigating the source of the leak, is expected to study Mr Manning’s background to ascertain if they missed any warnings when he applied to join the US Army. The postings on his Facebook page are also likely to form part of the inquiry.

That’s more than British understatement. It’s the assumption that information well known in Mr. Manning’s world and publicly available to anyone of interest is finally going to figure into an investigation that should have started many months ago and might have prevented the damage.

Mr Manning, who is openly homosexual, began his gloomy postings on January 12, saying: “Bradley Manning didn’t want this fight. Too much to lose, too fast.”

At the beginning of May, when he was serving at a US military base near Baghdad, he changed his status to: “Bradley Manning is now left with the sinking feeling that he doesn’t have anything left.”

Then he was left by his boyfriend, the article notes, and Manning was “livid.”

His tagline on his personal page reads: “Take me for who I am, or face the consequences!” …

Pictures on Mr Manning’s Facebook page include photos of him on school trips during his time in Wales and at a gay rights rally, where he is holding up a placard demanding equality on “the battlefield”."

Sheila goes on to note how the alleged de jure traitor became more and more frustrated. She also notes, that just like in the case of the Islamist special interests activist who shot up Fort Hood, the whistle blower in this case, had been open in his opposition to the US military, and openly in this case displayed allegedly: conduct which in US law was illegal. "Don't ask don't tell"- simply did away with questions of sexuality in recruitment surveys- required of troops: it did not decriminalize homosexuality in the military. However, no matter the amounts of awards she has won, Sheila misses a point: it was not simply a laxity of enforcement as regards open disobedience against the military via don't ask don't tell defiance.

The US military, like other institutions has vastly neglected the internet. Further, the Fort Hood case, makes it clear: very little at all is enforced by the very lax US military.

For America and its allies: the Wikileaks leak was a terrible scorpion sting against the Achilles Tendon, a tragedy, which aided the rest of the world: in accusations against America for a seemingly dirty war: not that less read media sources weren't reporting on such a war in any case.

The problem with such alleged radicals as this individual- lies not in their sexual orientation: which here is circumstantial, specific to this case, but in their alleged preparedness to destroy structures designed to save lives. The bigger problem, is that once again the US system never caught this individual. This is a problem for America, which has increasingly become more desperate as Obama leads war efforts into ever larger troop deployments.

Then again, this is only a problem for America and its allies: and the man if a traitor: is a traitor against America's military: after all: President Obama: said Wikileaks put American lives at risk: they likely also saved many non-American lives.

And transparency is no absolute virtue.

"Homosexuality" can also be a sign of past trauma- or of identity crises: the second of which may well have been why a soldier would allegedly betray their country for the sake of whatever cause. His alleged treachery against America, has certainly given the rest of the world much to speak of. It may cost American lives, but that is not so much a concern as how America appears to be fighting the war, it would be quite apt for a United Nations investigation to be launched now, as happened against North Korea, when they allegedly shot at a South Korean ship. Accusations of a trigger happy US army, which allegedly carries out many abuses: are certainly noteworthy, if accurate. Treachery is an internal matter for America, what the United States does with their alleged traitors is their business- so long as it is justly handled: this should not detract from the importance of any such accusations, especially if well documented.

What is noteworthy, is that once again, it has been shown: how lax and incompetent US intelligence appears to be. This is no less important than the fact that a basic outline of their war strategy has now been revealed, along with information that America's Islamist special interest cause enemies can now download for free.

"As we expected, Judge Vaugh Walker has decided to overturn Proposition 8 (which re-established traditional marriage in California) and has ruled that efforts to retain the traditional definition of marriage between one man and one woman are “unconstitutional.” [CVA AMP provide the full judgement, click on the link at the date to see their article].

It will be appealed to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals (which I expect to agree with Judge Walker), and then onto the Supreme Court, where the question of the legality of same-sex marriage could be decided in a more definitive fashion. [...]

Cardinal Francis George, the President of the USCCB has issued an immediate statement:

“Marriage between a man and a woman is the bedrock of any society. The misuse of law to change the nature of marriage undermines the common good,” Cardinal George said. “It is tragic that a federal judge would overturn the clear and expressed will of the people in their support for the institution of marriage. No court of civil law has the authority to reach into areas of human experience that nature itself has defined.”

Joining Cardinal George in his criticism of the court decision was Archbishop Joseph Kurtz, Chair of the Ad Hoc Committee for the Defense of Marriage. Archbishop Kurtz noted that “Citizens of this nation have uniformly voted to uphold the understanding of marriage as a union of one man and one woman in every jurisdiction where the issue has been on the ballot. This understanding is neither irrational nor unlawful,” he said. “Marriage is more fundamental and essential to the well being of society than perhaps any other institution. It is simply unimaginable that the court could now claim a conflict between marriage and the Constitution.”

I have had a chance to briefly scan Judge Walker’s decision. Here are some interesting quotes [my {Thomas Peters', not ours} comments in brackets]:

“Gender no longer forms an essential part of marriage; marriage under law is a union of equals.” (Page 113) [What we see here is a complete deconstruction of gender.]

“Indeed, the evidence shows beyond any doubt that parents’ genders are irrelevant to children’s developmental outcomes.” (Page 127) [This view is simple absurd. The Ruth Institute (and other organizations) have demonstrated in study after study that parents' gender matters enormously to child development.]

“Because of Proposition 8, same-sex couples are not permitted to engage in sexual activity within marriage.” (Page 128) [More absurdity. After all - also not allowed to have sex within marriage? Siblings. The Judge has already decided, after all, that marriage is a union of equals. And who can be more equal than two people born of the same parents? Again, this is horrible logic.]

A friend [of Thomas Peters] pointed out this passage – which gets to the heart of the Judge’s argument:

“The evidence shows that the movement of marriage away from a gendered institution and toward an institution free from state-mandated gender roles reflects an evolution in the understanding of gender rather than a change in marriage. The evidence did not show any historical purpose for excluding same-sex couples from marriage, as states have never required spouses to have an ability or willingness to procreate in order to marry. Rather, the exclusion exists as an artifact of a time when the genders were seen as having distinct roles in society and in marriage. That time has passed.” (Page 113)"

Evil, no matter how small it is, is like a bad yeast that transforms and corrupts the entire dough from within." Over 63,000 security agents across the country were mobilized to ensure safety, particularly in the Rift Valley, where the greatest number of deaths occurred in 2008 as a result of post-election violence. The UN has sent 50 observers to monitor the conduct of the vote in the “hot-spot” areas of the country. Observers will also be particularly attentive that there are not people who will incite hatred. It has also created a center to verify that messages sent via SMS do not contain incitement to violence. In the crisis of 2008, several text messages were sent inciting violence. "

USA: Montana: 5 years old's to be taught Sex Ed; "Graphic Images in art help people understand sexuality"

From telling high-school kids that graphic sexual images in art help us understand our sexuality "Erotic images in art help understand Sex"- CBN, to graphically describing all sorts of sexual acts verbally to fifth graders, to telling kids in grade 1 about gay's "people can love people of the same gender", a Planned Parenthood Sex Education backed sex education program in Montana, USA, starting with 5 year olds, and up, has sparked controversy.

Planned Parenthood, while paid to teach sex education, makes billions off of abortions, and contraceptive every year. Their funding in education, and abortion has gained much since Barack Obama took the presidency, given the US president's prior relationship with the abortion firm.

The curriculum is also from SEICUS (possible error by ALL in spelling of the acronym) Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States, another similar group. The program being which is part of the curriculum put forward by the Montana school board, especially upsets American Life League, as it is believed that by bringing graphic sexuality into the lives of pre-puberty children could cause very negative side effects on teen pregnancy, and on learning ability. ALL calls it child abuse. Allegedly it is an attempt to disrupt children's sexual latency period. Recent research has found that abstinence only education is more effective than contraceptive education, and that children who are exposed to abstinence only education are more likely to use a condom if they do have sex.

In South Africa, it is a statutory crime to purposely expose children to real, or simulated sex, meaning that such a program would likely be termed exposing a minor to pornography in South Africa's strict sexual laws.

US Bishops' Conference Media Team calls up Obama, over what they see as his stance on health insurance and abortion

As the Stupak Amended US healthcare package goes to America's highest house of parliament, the US Bishops' Conference is fighting to keep the gains they have made, via an amended package, which allegedly does not increase or decrease abortion funding, while allegedly still allowing state funding of abortion in the case of incest, rape, or "danger" to a child's mother, and allowing for some cases of possible euthanasia. The Stupak amendment: pushed by about 40 "pro-life" Democrats: with the USCCB's support, they claim, keeps the status quo. The article then challenges pro-abortion, Democratic Party, US President Obama, over his stance on the package:

The American Life League, Creative Minority Report, and others, claim that while de jure, the principle may not have changed, de facto, Stupak will still allow for an increase in abortion funding.

The following will be a direct quotation of part of an article by the media blog of the US Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB):

"In the midst of this hysteria, National Public Radio (NPR) has done a fair job of breaking down the language of the Stupak Amendment. The quote from Rep. Stupak in the story underscores an essential point about the Stupak Amendment, that it's merely an application of the Hyde Amendment, which prohibits federal funding of abortion and has been attached to appropriations bills since 1976. One question the NPR summary doesn't answer is whether or not the Hyde Amendment also forbids funding entire benefits packages that include abortion. The answer is yes.

In this case, the provisions of the Stupak Amendment are very much in continuity with federal law as it stands now and has stood for decades. It isn't some case of overreaching on the part of pro-lifers, as its opponents are now depicting it.

One voice that has joined the fray of speaking against the Stupak Amendment in the House bill is President Obama himself. The President, as is his style, took a cooler approach, as quoted here from the Washington Post:

"I laid out a very simple principle, which is this is a health care bill, not an abortion bill," Obama said. "And we're not looking to change what is the principle that has been in place for a very long time, which is federal dollars are not used to subsidize abortions. And I want to make sure that the provision that emerges meets that test -- that we are not in some way sneaking in funding for abortions, but, on the other hand, that we're not restricting women's insurance choices, because one of the pledges I made in that same speech was to say that if you're happy and satisfied with the insurance that you have, that it's not going to change." He added: "There are strong feelings on both sides, and what that tells me is that there needs to be some more work before we get to the point where we're not changing the status quo."
ABC News also quotes the President as saying he's confident the final legislation will ensure that "neither side feels that it's being betrayed."

It's striking that this language is President Obama's argument against the Stupak Amendment. He reiterates here what you could call his pledge from his September 9 address to Congress on health care, that federal funds would not go to abortions, a pledge that the U.S. bishops held Congress to over the course of the health care bill's passage.

A major portion of the struggle over the legislation was that the Capps Amendment, the earlier abortion amendment in the House bill, was essentially what President Obama describes above, a "way of sneaking in funding for abortions." The Stupak Amendment rectifies this.

The President also cites his pledge that "if you're happy and satisfied with the insurance that you have, that it's not going to change." As the NPR breakdown explains, the Stupak Amendment "does not apply to private insurance bought with private money." So anyone who currently has a private plan with abortion coverage is going to be able to keep her plan with abortion coverage under the House bill and Stupak.

It seems President Obama simply doesn't appreciate how well the Stupak Amendment meets the goals he's put in place for this legislation."

Obama continues health assault- calls insurance companies liars, lobbyists profit seekers

In a press release from the White House Press Secretary, dated 17 October 2009, Barack Obama once again has attacked the opponents to his health reform plan.

Many of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops' (USCCB) member Bishops, have raised serious concerns over the health reform's seeming funding for universal abortion. Alarms at special interests allegedly held by those fronting the bill, were also raised: by the refusal of Obama's party to place any provision or amendment in the bill to remove universal coverage of abortion.

Others, opposed to the passing of this bill have raised concerns over care for the elderly, as well as over the inefficiency of similar systems to the proposed US one, which have been implemented in Canada, and in Great Britain. The press release also does not attempt to counter any claims of big government, or socialisism, thrown against this bill, by opposition members and nay sayers. Rather, the free press, and the industry the bill will affect most are attacked directly by Obama, who claims that he is fighting "big business", a claim not redolent of most capitalist leaders.

The long speech makes no mention of abortion, no mention of Great Britain, no mention of Canada, and no mention of the very real concerns opponents of the plan have voiced. Instead, those opposing the plan are linked by a conspiracy Barack Obama creates, with Health Insurance companies, and studies done are dubbed as deceptive. Barack Obama is known for his association with major abortion firm: Planned parenthood, to whom he made promises during his election campaign, as recorded in the media, which are much more direct than those he made to voters.

Obama has also been accused of attempting to act unilaterally, and of strict control of party ranks, editorially, I think this could be the case:

To give a short section of his long speech, and to demonstrate his attack on media, and all opponents to his bill:

"Of course, like clockwork, we’ve seen folks on cable television who know better, waving these industry-funded studies in the air. We’ve seen industry insiders – and their apologists – citing these studies as proof of claims that just aren’t true. They’ll claim that premiums will go up under reform; but they know that the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office found that reforms will lower premiums in a new insurance exchange while offering consumer protections that will limit out-of-pocket costs and prevent discrimination based on pre-existing conditions. They’ll claim that you’ll have to pay more out of pocket; but they know that this is based on a study that willfully ignores whole sections of the bill, including tax credits and cost savings that will greatly benefit middle class families. Even the authors of one of these studies have now admitted publicly that the insurance companies actually asked them to do an incomplete job.

It’s smoke and mirrors. It’s bogus. And it’s all too familiar. Every time we get close to passing reform, the insurance companies produce these phony studies as a prescription and say, "Take one of these, and call us in a decade." Well, not this time. The fact is, the insurance industry is making this last-ditch effort to stop reform even as costs continue to rise and our health care dollars continue to be poured into their profits, bonuses, and administrative costs that do nothing to make us healthy – that often actually go toward figuring out how to avoid covering people. And they’re earning these profits and bonuses while enjoying a privileged exception from our anti-trust laws, a matter that Congress is rightfully reviewing.

Now, I welcome a good debate. I welcome the chance to defend our proposals and to test our ideas in the fires of this democracy. But what I will not abide are those who would bend the truth – or break it – to score political points and stop our progress as a country. And what we all must oppose are the same old cynical Washington games that have been played for decades even as our problems have grown and our challenges have mounted."

As one might have noted, the concerns of the opposition, are not really laid out, and one unnamed study is claimed to be fraudulent, without more information. Much of the opposition, is based on fears involving service, not simply costs, value, not simply price. It is usual for government to consult with industries when they are affected by a law, however, this US administration, has once again bypassed this practice. It is not a good sign either, when a government determines to attack the credibility of those reporting on it.

The University of Notre Dame gave financial assistance to five students to participate in Sunday’s national gay rights demonstration, which was organized in part to advocate homosexual “marriage,” a campus newspaper has reported.

The “National Equality March” on Sunday, October 11, in Washington, D.C., was sponsored by Equality Across America, which aims to build a national grassroots network asserting homosexual couples’ “right to marry” as well as other demands. The Catholic Church believes that marriage is possible only between a man and a woman.

“Faithful Catholics will ask whether Notre Dame has learned its lesson from the scandalous commencement ceremony last spring,” said Patrick J. Reilly, President of The Cardinal Newman Society. “What university seeking to reassure families of its Catholic identity would pay for students to attack the family and oppose Catholic teachings on marriage?”

Students from Notre Dame’s Progressive Student Alliance (PSA) petitioned the Student Activities Office and were granted funding to travel to and participate in the demonstration.  The Notre Dame students marched two miles across D.C. and then joined gay rights activists for a Capitol Hill rally.

The president of the Progressive Students Alliance told The Observer, “The fact that we were University-approved was surprising but it was a wonderful surprise.  The University hasn't always been entirely receptive in the past.”"

Notre Dame invited pro-abortion, pro-gay-"marriage" US president, Barack Obama as a keynote speaker and honoured him with an honourary law degree earlier this year, directly disobeying the United States Catholic Bishops in the process, who had forbidden the awarding of a person with the stances on important moral issues, that Obama openly holds.

More Recently, Barack Obama, has stated to a pro-gay-marriage grouping who he had been speaking to, known as the "Human Rights Campaign":

"For nearly 30 years, you've advocated on behalf of those without a voice. That's not easy. For despite the real gains that we've made, there's still laws to change and there's still hearts to open. There are still fellow citizens, perhaps neighbors, even loved ones -- good and decent people -- who hold fast to outworn arguments and old attitudes; who fail to see your families like their families; who would deny you the rights most Americans take for granted. And that's painful and it's heartbreaking."

Barack Obama also voted against giving medical treatment to abortion survivors, and treated George Tiller, a man who aborted babies late term (when they would have survived on their own via Caesarian Section), as a hero. His stances were already know when he spoke at Notre Dame. Many pro-life protesters who decided to walk onto the campus were arrested, and were shown no mercy, by Notre Dame head Fr Jenkins. Pro-Abortion demonstrators were not given this harsh treatment.

Notre Dame, is a French phrase meaning: "Our Lady", referring to Mary, the Mother of Christ, who is also patron of the unborn. Notre Dame University, in the USA, has consistently shown support for those whom Catholic Dogma most opposes.

America: USA: An interesting take on Obama and Socialism

I don't know enough to say, but another Catholic on facebook added this video or linked to it, and I read it on my updates on people networked to me: Obama has periodically been accused of socialist agendas, in addition to supporting an abortion, and birth control program, which is in danger of transgressing international Genocide law. Whether he is a socialist, or simply terrible at economics, I don't know, yet I had a good laugh at this emotive, and possibly ill-conceived clip. Please remember, that this is simply some individual's viewpoint. It is highly unlikely that Obama is a socialist, but this likely will give a window into the different political camps in America: the Democrats, being the population reducing, religion twisting party, which is also left leaning: "liberal", and the Republicans, being more right leaning.

First Year Law students in South Africa: are wisely taught that the dissenting views, are as important as the agreeing views of judges: in looking at similar cases, in a cautious manner. By analyzing the dissent, we can understand the situation better: and have better hopes of winning other cases, future cases.

The United States Senate and government is going through such a stage: with no-one wanting to take responsibility for Mr Obama's controversial, and dangerous stimulus package. Liberation, a French language, French liberal paper: expresses the fact, that the position given to: Republican "Judd Gregg", which he later rejected over inherent differences with the US President: has seen more than one person offered it before him. It was hoped that "Judd greg", would help manage the US economy under Mr Obama.

The promises of Obama for bipartisan, inclusive governance: are long evaporated: he has attempted to force through bill after bill, and ignored many concerns of the watchdog of the opposition: who believe he is using short-term, dangerous means to attempt salvation of the American monotony.

His policies on global warming, and contraception are dangerous. A bailout for his abortionist backers: "Planned Parenthood", who were performing less murders of unborn children: was seen as pathetic, and efforts at "rescuing" the American economy by contraception: a policy which has created the aging workforce issue in Europe: was seen as not beneficial. The entire idea of constantly injecting more debt into the American economy, is seen as deadly by Republicans. Much of the stimulus package is just what got America into the situation in the first place: money which needs paying back.

Judd Gregg, has now withdrawn. it may be noted that his senate position would have been up for grabs to the Democrats, if he left it, however, he had already decided to join Obama's one influence government: before withdrawing.

America, is set to see the bill pass. Like South Africa: they will soon see the dangers of a state under the major influence of one party: of a party which ignores the opposition on many important issues.

It is how South Africa got away with prescribing onions as a treatment for aids, it is how South Africa has continued to prop up Robert Mugabe in Zimbabwe, against the international community.

America's choice to place an inexperienced politician, with ideology and empty promises behind him: instead of an experienced, and weathered: though imperfect Candidate in the job: has resulted in an already impractical, unimaginative policy.

How it is that the history of the communist and socialist world has been so ignored, is beyond reckoning: that free-market policies have been so abandoned, and that direct funding, rather than systematic and all-encompassing policies are adopted: is dangerous: in that it unbalances the system America is designed on. Funding buisinesses based on a structure may be acceptiblee, or based on individual issues: but America is ignoring the root cause of the issues, and simply seems to be keeping afloat failed enterprises. Not enough about the economy is known. America is endangering not only itself, but the world: by reckless policy.

What can be learnt: analysis of the dissenters: may well one day give a solution to the economic wreck of the western world: that perhaps can save it from the whirlpool, that unregulated, and unnatural markets have steered it towards: giving more steam to companies still heading in the same direction, is as an ineffective manner at curbing the problem, as giving condoms to those in hiv/aids areas. Like the need for marriage: and promotion of honesty, openness, and fidelity; is the need for responsible governance, and conservative, open, transparent, and human rights based market policies, along with intelligent, strategic economic direction, and stimulus projects: without all the liberal, and dangerous ideology, which has so hurt America in the past.

Without, also: America's dependence on cheap, and human rights ignoring labour: such as many plants in the east use for American companies, such as Disney, or Nike, such as dealings with nations which abuse the rights of women and those of different religiouns.

What interference is acceptable:

...responsible funding of business: and regulations which encourage natural responsible growth is.
America has relied too much on artificial markets, and foreign debt. Debt is like a boat taking on water. More debt, seems America's answer: this is short term. Perhaps their government should actually buy shares in enterprises, but more debt only postpones the inevitable, as with strait giving of money: it is seldomly spent on efficiency.

Governments must fund infrastructure, and create general measures; not specific bills: possibly ideas such as an economic development firm: based purely on what would make sustantive growth: and independent of government ideology. A research institute on economic policy, should certainly be set up: based on the experience, and capacity: and demonstration of success, and intelligence of persons: it must review which campanies have survaived, and why!

The communistic idea of a stimulus package: aimed at supporting failed companies: rather than at pruning an economy: and focusing on heathly business: and on supporting businesses which reduce executive pay before firing, and other such things: this could aid. If America: where to ban imports from human rights abuse nations: which use child labour, if they were to fund on poverty issues: based purely on the issue, and not on ideology: if we were to see programs aimed at jumpstarting an economy: rather than saturating it with cash: possibly: then government support is acceptable.

That Catholic Charities deal with 20% of the AIDS issue, with 2% of the fiunding, shows how deep the ideological bias goes: those doing most to combat disease, get hardly any of the resources.
Promotion of corruption via television, should also be curbed, as with bands, and childrens programs: which promote school killings: freedom of speach is not as important as the survival of a nation, nor is it anywhere as important as accountability and transparency: and accuracy of what is presented.

As it is: much of the money given the companies: will likely be wasted in the long term. The problem with electing a novice, and one connected politically with the banks at fault: lies in the fact: that rather than remaking and solving the economic system: the man is simply spending money in different directions. Government should be the framework in which economies and human rights flourish.
Obama: has almost entirely ignored his opposition in the US government.

Possibly, America may finally focus on sustainible development; and on the actual statistics of what grows or destroys economies. As it is: the rest of the world must heed America's naysayers: and realize that the need is to create a system which works: and then funnel monetry aid into that if necessary: in a tactical, competitive, and fair manner.

In either case, this is my humble analysis.

The Vice President of the EU (European) Parliament: Mario Mauro , who is also the representative on religious persecution in the: Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, has condemned an attack on a Catholic Nuncio: which is the technical name for a Vatican Embassy, to a political power. The Nuncio, was in Venezuela, and government supporters, are: due to a past record, possibly: those responsible.

Venezuela is ruled by the socialist: Hugo Chávez, who has had clashes with the church. During Last year's November 23rd elections, Hugo Chávez's socialist supporters, were accused of intimidating Catholics. Hugo Chávez, wants a completely socialist state, and has made controversial comments on the world stage. Tensions, between Hugo Chávez, who originally tried to create a coup, but later was elected, and the Bishops, in Venezuela; are high: due to his anti-life policies, education issues, possible interference with church structures, and accusations of an alleged plot against Hugo Chávez, made against the Bishops in the country. All of this and actual violence has created a tough circumstance.

The Attack is not the first, and previous experience means that the socialist government's supporters, and factions close to the president, called radical, and considered to have religious intolerance; by EU Parliament Vice President: Mario Mauro; who is also the representative on religious persecution, to the: Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. Mario Mauro condemned the attacks, saying that any future incidences would only make things worse for Venezuela, where he claims that fundamental rights (He uses the word "Liberties"): are consistently being scraped into non-existence and stolen from citizens.

He noted his solidarity with the Catholic community in the country, where this is not the first attack on the church. Previously, also: government supporters have attacked this embassy, somewhat creating suspicions, that they have something to do with the recent tear bombings!

Obama Inauguration, now its happened, still +-4 times that of Bush? It was thought, in an estimation: to be more than ten times that of Bush!

Before it happened, it was estimated that it would cost 5 00 000 000 US$ (Five Hundred million United States of America: Dollars), this probably included the concert and train journey, and use of Lincoln's bible.

Other sources, now are putting it at about 160 000 000 US$ (One hundred and Sixty Million United States of America: Dollars), or so. In fact, this probably excludes these other costs, which we received at the time. The estimate we published, was just that, an estimate, we thought to also show how close estimates were, the estimate, was from an external source, however, it included things, seemingly expensively not included in other estimates. We therefore do not immediately discount it.

This is still about four times that of the Bush inauguration, which was criticized at the time, as extravagant.

And that is the point, we are enjoying to make again.

82 Year old allegedly defrauds Catholics

An 82 year old man allegedly advertised a non-existent investment scheme in Catholic papers throughout America. He was charged with mail fraud when his accounts were reviewed.

This is one of two such alledged schemes halted on Thursday: in the backwash after charges were brought against US billionaire: Bernard Madoff: who allegedly defrauded +- 50 million US Dollars.

When part of a left leaning," Sandinista National Liberation Front" marxist government, which overthrew their predecessors, but then had elections about 5 years later: in his own nation, D'Escoto accused the US of butchering his Nation, during a war, since then he has called George W. Bush, recently given special privilages on a visit to the Vatican, the Spiritual heir of Reagan, whom he (as a marxist government official): had apposed.

Awarding two pro-abortion (though also gay rights) advocates in the UN for “outstanding contribution to the promotion and protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms” (LifeSiteNews 05/DEC/2008) earlier this year, there was no naming of these people as butcherers. This despite their actions possibly being defined as genocide in the UN definition, although purposely creating conditions where 'unwanted' population groups are voluntarily culled by means of birth control campaigns has not been treated by the UN that way in a very long time, except in the convention itself.

He has also accused the Israeli government of treating the Palestinians in their territory, in the same manner as South Africans were treated by the Protestant Apartheid Government, previously in power in South Africa. D'Escoto has now claimed he is receiving death threats: without mentioning the source: to which he is being subdued to needs for new security measures: by.

Israel's ambassador to the United Nations, however has since taken offense: she has said that this is all lies, aimed at getting her not to attend the anniversary of the "Universal" declaration on human rights.

Catholics are free to present their own oppinions within reason, that does not make these the views of the church, however, Fr D'Escoto, was personally removed from the priesthood for his position in a marxist government. In fact, Gabriela Shalev, Israel's ambassador, who the defrocked priest's spokesperson has been accusing of slander for her statements, is also taking this seriously. The UN itself is taking new measures, to protect the defrocked priest, however, he is not the first UN official to make an enemy of Israel, or the United States: nor does that mean that they will automatically be the source of alleged death threats. He has made such emnity, not be religious belief, but via his attacks on the western world. He is viewed as advantageous to those supporting extreme left positions, however: he was elected, only from amongst South American competition: in accorance with a moving seat, and his only role is as a mediator of debate in the house. He has been accused of being partisan.

Mexico, Latin America: Mexico's "Catholic" population: does it again: free murder, and a bit of heresy from priests

Heterodox versions of a "Catholicism" of sorts, reigns not only with Mexico's senate, which recently legalized euthanasia, in the Latin American nation, but also among people who should be Catholic. On the 23rd of November, Reuters reported on a Catholic priest, who blessed transvestites on the way to a festival where they dress as such and wonder around, an open sign of disobedience to the Vatican. It is a festival, the Catholic conquerors of Mexico banned early, which went underground. Mexico city is also one of the few cities in Latin America, where abortion is legal.

All three of these situations, if Reuters is correct in their reporting of them: can easily fall under condemnation of dogma. Inculturation never extends to adopting parts of a culture which are contrary to Catholicism, and it is rituals like these: for which the ancient Israelis were to kill their fellows, showing in essence a clear, direct condemnation in the bible, and therefore in Catholic tradition: of such. In the modern time, what is needed is repentance and confession among those in Mexico, who have abandoned their heritage.

The often antagonistic New York Times, is considering the fact that the president of the United States Conference of Catholic Biships's, has asked bishops to challenge Obama on abortion. Many bishops united, decried voting for the pro-abortion candidate during election races, and this will not stop when the man becomes president.

Already there is talk by "Democrats" of broadening abortion laws, and forcing insurance, and tax payers to foot the bill, and of economic strategies that will have to be based on further loans from China or elsewhere, but worse- many Catholics who did not vote Republican due to McCain's stance on Embryonic Stem Cell research- a definite evil, and sign of evil- Obama also plans to reverse legislation by George Bush, and pay for this with tax dollars.

Catholics who vote for a pro-abortion politician, incur an automatic excommunication unless other conditions exist which reduce culpability. With automatic excommunications- it is probably better to go with the Phrase guilty until proven innocent- in order to lift the spiritual ban on one's soul, just as with confessing- one should say- I may have done this, I am not sure, rather than leaving it out, but telling of their doubt where need be.

The bishops are realizing that many Catholics have excommunicated themselves, and therefor are compassionately apposing the Democrats, named by some as the "party of death", and by church representation as in danger of being branded such. The shepherds of the catholic Faith in America- are glad that there is a "black" American president, but while racism may be largely conquered, there are no illusions as to whether or not horrid anti-Catholic bigotry still exists in large portions of the American Population, according to the head of the conference- Cardinal George of Chicago. In fact, it seems to the bishops, that if Catholics want to succeed in public life in America, they are forced, or often choose to put aside their heritage. In America, like Great Britain, being faithfully Catholic and in politics, is almost an odd oxymoron for many.

US News- California Bans Gay Marriage

Catholic In Film School, an interesting news source on media and California, is reporting that while America's most Pro-Abortion man to make the presidency, perhaps ever, who even voted for infanticide, and has vowed to aid Planned Parenthood, the abortion firm who teach sexual education in American Schools, mentioned for trying to impose a two child limit on the Philippines recently, to impose harsher abortion measures.

The positive side for human rights and social justice, and religion- is supported in that "Gay Marriage" is once again illegal in California, after voters voted to pass Proposition 8, an amendment to the state's constitution to ban same sex unions.

Much thanks is said to be due to the Mormons, for this, a non-Catholic religion, who spent millions on ensuring that the ban passed.

Pope- to US President- Build a just world, I am praying that God may enlighten you, and help you and people of goodwill to build a just world

The pope has sent America's President Elect a message- in which he congratulated him on his victory, and said "believers" are praying for his enlightenment by God, and for God's aid in his task, at the helm of such an important economy.

Reading the events through the eyes of AsiaNews, or CNS, one might understand why Pope Benedict so empathizes with the World War II pope, one might believe the Pope would have voted pro-abortion in this election. This is why calm and cool Zenit News is always advantageous- it prevents hostilities emerging towards the Holy Father by giving his word the right emphasis.

Other stories certainly seem to ignore the context of what has happened, as though the Pope were routing for the American President to win. This would certainly ignore the Papacy's consistent efforts to encourage Faith in Politics, and the efforts of local bishops to appose the American President, and the excommunicated vice president, right up to voting.

The pope noted his prayers for the American President, and the world, that God may help the man with his "weighty" responsibilities, in order to, along with all men of goodwill- build a world of peace and justice.

His statements are like that of the WWII Pope- they were made with politeness, and in such a way as to try to encourage more justice and goodness in America, in order to encourage change positively. A presidency under Obama, of America certainly is a complex situation- requiring complex actions by the church- so as to gain the best effect possible, perhaps also slightly affecting the Genocide of Abortion, which Obama so strongly supports.

Benedict XVI is famed for his Ecumenical ability- having been noted as saving negotiations, or having powerful affects several times. Clearly this is part of the Pope's larger strategy- in order to do what is best for the country. Human Anger, or human ways of expressing anger- does not always benefit God's will. I speculate that the Pope is sad in this event- but he has not endorsed the candidate as the best for the job, in fact he seems simply to be speaking to the position, and of the occasion.

Catholics will certainly take the pope's words seriously, and begin to pray for the American President, and his nation- for enlightenment, and pursuit of actual justice, and lasting peace.

There were internet sites set up to tell Catholics that the Catholic thing was to vote for Obmama, and dissidents from right and left, including the daughter of Kennedy, who did so much damage to the faith- also tried to convince voters. Obama broke a gentleman's promise with McCain in making a half and hour advert from his own money, his competitors noted he was the first since Nixon to abandon public funding. He has a 100 % rating from one of the most pro-abortion firms in the world, voted for introducing infanticide for failed abortion attempts, and has an interesting record with God.

Despite the automatic excommunication of Canon Law, and the best efforts of the American bishops to appose a party so apposed to the church and her efforts, I have been made sure that many Catholics either voted Democrat, or else convinced others to or supported this. Unfortunately, they are not permitted to take any sacraments, including confession until the excommunication against them is lifted by the church. This does not lift duties they have, but does ban utterly any use of sacraments, in what the church calls medicinal punishment.

When attending confession they must note punishments against them- theirs is latae sententiae excommuncation for conspiring and abetting for the cause of abortion, and you need to ask for this to be lifted and absolved of. If you voted for or supported the Democrats- mention the excommunication, and if the powers to lift this have been distributed to priests in your area- they will hopefully lift it, otherwise, they should be able to tell you how to get it lifted.

Abortion is called Black Genocide, and this is not a reference to the UN declaration on genocide, which should be being used in the case of abortion- it refers to the fact that the African American population in America are being attacked at the base level by statistics of this. America lets their major abortion firm- "Planned Parenthood" teach sexual education in schools. What President Bush of America apposed- and took away was American funding of third world abortion. Also- America under Bush, managed to prevent a lifting on the World Moratorium on human cloning.

Was the other Candidate a saint, no- but the candidate the church has been fighting so hard against for ages has gotten in. McCain, despite perception was no Bush ally- Bush didn't even really help with his campaign, or at all if I recall. They also were rivals in their previous attempting to be the Republican candidate in the previous election. Obama has no real experience in policy (BBC World News), he has less than Palin did. The colour of a person's skin does not determine how good they are for Africa or the world. We've seen that in Africa.

Sadly- the current financial crisis could have been avoided- Obama's competitor, McCain co-sponsored a bill to allow reform of the financial sector in 1992, which was apposed by the Democrats. Ultimately, for Catholics who voted Republican or supported the Republican ballot- their reward is their position safe in Mother church- unlike others they are not excommunicated, or in doctrinally a position known as mortal sin. They can take communion this Sunday, and retain office in the church. The sad part for the church- is an administration which has routinely used and abused religion- twisted her teachings in public and with great scandal, and utterly apposes her in many places.

This is not a better day for Africa or the world- only an exiting day for a true African America- in the Literal sense- Obama isn't even more than half African in heritage if I recall. Those wanting an African President will still have to wait- Obama is still what, half white.

Politics-McCain and the campaign auction on SNL

Politics has allot to do with selling- Barack Obama (no relation to anyone with the name Osama, the b is quite important in showing this), is used to this- he is a best selling political author, and has more experience voting for killing abortion survivors by withholding treatment, than on any beneficial bill. McCain, a war hero, ex-war prisoner, and a maveric with years of experience in politics, is finding it hard to compete with a personality cult- based on creating a sign to the world. Oddly, Obama, if he gets in- will persecute the Black community heavily- in a country which already lets abortion firm "Planned Parenthood" (who recently tried to force a two child limit on third world Philippines), teach sex education in schools- it is estimated that the black community in America, is being destroyed by high abortion rates.

One sees African American voters singing hymns to their Obama, and oddly having sudden reasons why they should vote the completely inexpirienced coloured (not black) candidate in. Mostly we desire someone who will have empathy to our kind, but Obama for black people will be far worse than Kennedy was for Catholic's culture. Obama will likely reintroduce American funding for third world abortion programs, he will likely appoint pro-abortion, pro-death judges, and will likely give even more money to American abortion firms. It may be noted that in 1992 already the republicans tried to reform America's financial policy, in a bill sponsored by Senator McCain, the democrats rejected the attempt. Bush and McCain also are surprisingly relative adversaries, who ran against each other to be a candidate eight years ago.

So, how does McCain counter Obama's past's promises of cheaper abortions, and campaign contradictions, but with the cheaper taxes he doesn't mention will probably be aided by the less costs needed in paying for genocide in other nations (United Nations declaration article 2 section d). Now he is getting further, the Republican appeared on Saturday Night Live, to spoof himself, "selling" campaign products, and "appearing" on the home shopping network to combat Obama's 30 minute "presidential" add. McCain may well be way further ahead in polls, as when black and white candidates in past elections have competed, the polls generally show more support for black candidates- than the election results do.

As a Catholic who is neither black, nor interested in a man who will continue the persecution of black people in America, I can only say I hope those Obama supporting Catholics realize- that after this election they will need to find someone to lift the automatic excommunication placed on them by the church under canon law.
