Barack Obama's HHS secretary essentially admitting to misrepresenting the USA Constitution in saying they were seeking 'balance' Interesting, and as a law student, I think shocking on the behalf of Kathleen Sebelius, who should have researched law to implement it, it does enlighten a bit, the case law being noted 2012 04-26 Gowdy questions Sebelius about Mandate.wmv
p.s. the man isn't Kathleen, that's a Mr Gowdy interviewing her... ;)!~
