The study, by the University of Alabama, based on Satellite Data claims that "Global Warming" caused by carbon trapping heat in the atmosphere is so minimal as to be negligible. The research, if noted by Carbon model proponents is sure to be hotly disputed.

As I reported recently, the Daily Mail, reported on a press release by the University of East Anglia, saying that most of the temperature DATA used to correlate with carbon levels in the polar ice, on which global warming claims are based, was destroyed by scientists in the 1980s, British media also reported on great inaccuracies in climate change claims involving the Himalayas, and other regions. The Daily Mail, and other media also recently reported that Earth is set to enter a mini-ice age, due to a temporary lack of Sun Spots (a phenomena discovered by Galileo centuries ago, which then lead to a 2 degrees centigrade reduction in temperatures). Media claiming climate science was in peril include: Daily Mail, the Times and Sunday Times, and the Telegraph in Britain, the first and last still claiming global warming as real.

The most recent discovery, that the computer models were wrong, would not surprise the  columnists of these papers, which have for years cited the completely inaccurate short and medium term climate forecasts of the British weather servide, since climate change variables were introduced.

The alternate view of climate change is that it is constant and consistent, and more recently caused by soil changes, urbanization and astronomical phenomena such as sun spots etc.

University of Alabama, USA has released the following statement to the Press, July 26th 2011, according to a source cited by the Yahoo News article (Forbes hosted on Yahoo)

"Climate models get energy balance wrong, make too hot forecasts of global warming

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (July 26, 2011) — Data from NASA’s Terra satellite shows that when the climate warms, Earth’s atmosphere is apparently more efficient at releasing energy to space than models used to forecast climate change have been programmed to “believe.”

The result is climate forecasts that are warming substantially faster than the atmosphere, says Dr. Roy Spencer, a principal research scientist in the Earth System Science Center at The University of Alabama in Huntsville.

The previously unexplained differences between model-based forecasts of rapid global warming and meteorological data showing a slower rate of warming have been the source of often contentious debate and controversy for more than two decades.

In research published this week in the journal “Remote Sensing” http://www.mdpi.com/2072-4292/3/8/1603/pdf, Spencer and UA Huntsville’s Dr. Danny Braswell compared what a half dozen climate models say the atmosphere should do to satellite data showing what the atmosphere actually did during the 18 months before and after warming events between 2000 and 2011.

“The satellite observations suggest there is much more energy lost to space during and after warming than the climate models show,” Spencer said. “There is a huge discrepancy between the data and the forecasts that is especially big over the oceans.”

Not only does the atmosphere release more energy than previously thought, it starts releasing it earlier in a warming cycle. The models forecast that the climate should continue to absorb solar energy until a warming event peaks. Instead, the satellite data shows the climate system starting to shed energy more than three months before the typical warming event reaches its peak.

“At the peak, satellites show energy being lost while climate models show energy still being gained,” Spencer said.

This is the first time scientists have looked at radiative balances during the months before and after these transient temperature peaks.

Applied to long-term climate change, the research might indicate that the climate is less sensitive to warming due to increased carbon dioxide concentrations in the atmosphere than climate modelers have theorized. A major underpinning of global warming theory is that the slight warming caused by enhanced greenhouse gases should change cloud cover in ways that cause additional warming, which would be a positive feedback cycle.

Instead, the natural ebb and flow of clouds, solar radiation, heat rising from the oceans and a myriad of other factors added to the different time lags in which they impact the atmosphere might make it impossible to isolate or accurately identify which piece of Earth’s changing climate is feedback from manmade greenhouse gases.

“There are simply too many variables to reliably gauge the right number for that,” Spencer said. “The main finding from this research is that there is no solution to the problem of measuring atmospheric feedback, due mostly to our inability to distinguish between radiative forcing and radiative feedback in our observations.”

For this experiment, the UA Huntsville team used surface temperature data gathered by the Hadley Climate Research Unit in Great Britain. The radiant energy data was collected by the Clouds and Earth’s Radiant Energy System (CERES) instruments aboard NASA’s Terra satellite.

The six climate models were chosen from those used by the U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. The UA Huntsville team used the three models programmed using the greatest sensitivity to radiative forcing and the three that programmed in the least sensitivity."

Thus starts the end of what Media is putting at the end of Media articles on Murdoch. While Murdoch has been docked in hearings for the British parliament, and several of his employees have been placed under the dock, a man has died from "unexplained" causes, say the British police. The man, who first implicated former press advisor to David Cameron, Mr Coulson. Coulson, also worked for Murdoch, at the News of the World, sadly shut down after over a century in journalism.

As I noted in opinion Yesterday, for the SACNS, while Murdoch could lose his empire, Sean, has lost his empire of one, perhaps over the Murdoch phone hacking saga, where answering machine services were hacked into.

Murdoch's Fox News in America, and BSkyB (Sky News) in Britain, along with the Sunday Times, Sun, and formerly the News of the World, are among the most influential voices in the world, never mind the Wall Street Journal.

Reuters, in an article where they stress they...

...are competitors with Murdoch, stress how hands on he was, how editors 12,000 miles away feared Murdoch, even as they were in Australia, and he in America etc. He is known for micromanaging, and getting rid of anyone who sent a message he didn't approve of or an alternate world-view. Editors, it says, quaked in their boots of the omnipresent Murdoch.

The attacker, a comedian (say sources of the press, though police only mentioned a man in his twenties arrested for a public incident, no "Mr Comedian who attacked a Murdoch"), said to have made a joke about hurting Murdoch on twitter before the attempted attack, which saw the foam pie on his face not Murdoch's, was taken off by police, after somehow being allowed so close to Mr Murdoch. Police, and Terrorism Intelligence chiefs had resigned, after seeming to have taken "Murdoch Inc." bribes. Even David Cameron has of late turned on the most influential newspaper owner in Britain.

Mr Murdoch's wife, slapped the oppressor with his pie, thought to be a comedian and to have tweeted on his mischief before. Murdoch is 80 now, and his son, James Murdoch of 38 years, says AFP, repeatedly had to interject for his confused looking father.

With police, intelligence, Britain's Prime Minister, influential papers, and the Murdoch clan all possibly morally or legally responsible, who is it who killed Mr Sean Informer? Was it Mr Cameron, with the Candlestick in the Living Room? Was it his former advisor Mr Coulson, or the former Terrorism Intelligence lad, or the former police chief, or another who had information, or was it a conspiracy, in which Mr Sean Informer had been paid to lie, or had held back information?

How the British police deal or don't deal with the issue will surely tell us World Public some details of this. Perhaps a Wikileaks source will hack police data showing a conspiracy, maybe even phone messages? Then we'd likely see Reuters, the Guardian, and so many others carry the story, gained by questionable practices, certainly.

As Murdock (Actually Murdoch), Rupert, is under scrutiny for phone hacking, Associated Press, like his other competitors is having a bit of fun. They are reporting that a major whistle-blower in Murdock's scandal, was found unexplainedly dead, according to police.

Reuters, which loves to note that they compete with Murdock's news services says sources note the Fox News and BSkyB man to be very controlling of the message of his services. He is said to have been much like the pictures of kings once hung in houses, always present!

The former Australian, has certainly an impact. His tentacles, combatted Soros' even more terrifying but better hid influence on media, as they fought constant propaganda wars.

Lately I've prayed for both Tycoons to lose control! They both present biased world views. So much, one may call American media "Patriotic Press".

The fall-out of the phone hacking could get ever bigger, or could be snuffled, shuffled and scuffled away.

The death of what Associated Press call a major whistle blower, is a different story! If connected with this story, the flack he got for it was fatal to his empire of one!

Sapa Reports: A Buddhist Monastery in homosexuality-"friendly" Thailand has since 2008 been training homosexually inclined youth novices to be manly. Make-up and perfumes are banned, and novices are taught- you are what you're born. The monks want to extend the program country-wide. While a novice is quoted as saying he came to the monastery due to his stigma as a transsexual, homosexualist claim that the monastery causes novices to hate themselves, by teaching that it is better to act as a man even if inclined to act like a woman.

This contrasts a France 24 report on Germany, where picture books promoting "sexual diversity" are compulsory in schools. 50 % of Germans reportedly identify themselves as "homophobic", prompting the government response.

Recent studies have found that "homosexuality" is commonly temporary, ending with the full development of the brain at age 26, or a misdiagnosed due to the response known as the placebo effect- especially on effeminate men treated as homosexual.

20 percent of people self identifying as homosexual suffer manic depression, 18 percent in homosexual-"friendly" societies. Those who don't identify themselves as homosexual have much lower levels of depression in general.

Of men who have sex with men, 20 percent have hiv/aids- the figure raises dramatically when other sexual diseases are factored in.

SACNS takes the position on homosexuality, that the stereotypes encouraged by media, and encouragement to "come out" or engage in dangerous sexual lifestyle to those who experience unusual attractions or abnormal inclinations are in fact a sort of persecution of a psychologically targeted minority.

HIV/AIDS prevention medication is commonly tested on homosexuals in the West where they are the typhoid Mary of the condition, and on polygamists, in The Republic of South Africa, and other republics, where HIV/AIDS is a heterosexual disease, and polygamy is accepted by much of society.

Legalisation of homosexual "marriage" in South Africa, instead of creating "tolerance", has caused further polarisation, while 80 percent of South Africans, reports the Johannesburg Star, believe all homosexual acts always wrong.

A homosexual in the South African sense is a person who actively, and presently engages in homosexual lifestyle.

Electricity and Sin

It was an experiment I told myself. Screws in hand by the plug socket. Screws in socket, the same explanation. I placed on in Earth, and the other two in the remaining current producing electrodes of the plug. I was about 9 years old. One of my famous experiments.

I'd placed a cup underwater upside down with toilet paper in to test air pressure's effect on water, and many other curiosities.

Now, I was trying electricity!

I touched the large screw. I began to suffocate. I felt like in water for hours. I tried to pull away... All energy, sifted into the socket. It grabbed my hand. I took hold of my lungs. Adrenalin pushed and failed. My memory after that is blank. Too traumatic? Stress!

Even now! I hold my breath as reminisce!

On school camp, the guys and some girls would touch and electric fence and make a line, for the thrill. I refused. It was stupid.

Electricity! Pulls you in. It hurts you. It takes your energy. You'd expect it to release you, push you away. It doesn't. It sticks you to itself, and pulls and pulls. You become tired, but the more you give in, the less you have to fight it.

They say you only realise how evil you are when you try to be good.

Jesus said to the good rich man: "give up everything and follow me". The Early Christians all tended to do this- to give up their possessions and join the disciples.

The Bible holds the letter of Saint Paul, I believe to Timothy. It says: don't give the devil a foothold.

Most people see lying or small sins as unimportant, but like electricity they pull us in. They drain us, they weaken our defences. They hint at relying on the world, ourselves, fearing, esteeming it and us more than God, who claims his ways are higher than wisdom, so high they appear stupid to the stupid, evil to the evil; but good and wise to the good and wise;

The most effective answer to sin is what society tells us: SHUN; Morbidity. Which is really the old word in a way for insanity, this is how society views it. How society views giving up all to join Jesus, or self mortification; fasting; marriage.

The most effective method against sin is mortification. Reminding one one will die one day.

Of late, when I'm depressed, sad, weak, struggling, sorely tempted: into sin. My answer has been to hope in death.

Death is the promise God gives all. We all die. Its incontrovertible. Now, Tomorrow; Decades away. We die.

When we die, fame, fortune, horror, disability, sadness, family, friends, career, pride, boasts, nation, patriotism, loyalty: all come to none. The word perfection refers to end. A thing's end, its means, purpose: is its perfection. Our perfection is our death. It is why martyrs are so important. Their end slide, their perfection, is a message of Christ.

Death wipes away all! Nothing we've done can harm or hinder us anymore. We are judged and sent to heaven or hell, or purgatory then heaven. Morbid yet? In heaven, we are judged by our lives! Living, Obedience. We are given our reward. Great or small, and its all we have for eternity. That and our relations with those in heaven, who are closer or further from us.

Finality. Finite. Mortal. End.

I am transient. I am ending. I am dying every day of my life.

This death one day, which I shall not, ought not, must not for the life of me so unjustly quicken by foolishness of any kind: by order of God: is my hope.

It seek it in my body when I want to sin! I hope in it! I figuratively do what the early Christians did literally, and strip myself clear.

I can take nothing out! I cannot get out! I am me, and my ticket reserves space for one. We must all buy our own tickets by our acts of faith in God!

I look at death as a sign, as my hope! In it is strength to weather the terrible winter storm upon me! It gives me strength each day to live and not despair! Death is upon my organs! Day by day whatever I do it edges closer! This is my hope! My answer to morbidity; I am mortal! I am dying! I am transient... Fading ... Failing ... Flailing, dying in the desert wind! As beautiful Brown Desert Eyes, watch me collapse!

My hope is death! For to love this life is to lose the next! To hope in the next is to gain this life and the next! For there is only one life! And it starts when we are conceived, and never truly ends! Death is not our enemy but our deepest sign of God! It is our hope! And by hoping in this absolute of one day, by acquiesce into God's power in death. Grounding, thus combats swirling deadly electricity of sin! Death cures death! In hope of death! But not that opposite, terrible terrible suicide which is love of this life not the next! Oh! Cowardice that almost certain is a sign of hell not heaven.

I guess I'm returning to my old ways! The great blog I hope this once was.

A swear word I uttered...

In the beginning... Was the word, and the word was with God and the word was God. Jesus, says the catechism was God's one conclusive word.

This was pointed out to me by a lax wasted away Catholic in highschool... After I said the s word back to him in the negative, saying, I'm not talking s word, I'm telling the truth. On a matter, who knows what.

So he got me to hand him my catechism compendium by Ratzinger, which I carried everywhere. And he proved me wrong when I said swearing wasn't a sin. He was sure of it.

This is how highschool was. The guys wanted me to be good. Defended me as a virgin. And asked me advice.

I remember telling one it was more moral not to wear a condom for instance- condoms are directly linked to divorce, abortion stats. My advice was sought after. Everyone insisted I be a role model. So I was.

In the old says they didn't say "God NO" they said "Alack". Gay was happy. Sex was male or female, not that long phrase shortened. Making love was flirting.

St. Paul says to us little-uns: do not let your speech be course.

Indeed, course speech destroys our meaning and thus the gospel. Un-thought speech does damage.

Think of the word Hypocrite. In biblical times it meant stage actor. Jesus said: don't be a stage actor: be genuine. Do things to be good not look good. Be genuine not fickle.

But by un-thought speech. Hypocrite now means even a person who knows right but does not do it for being lack of maturity. They are told not to promote right then, ought they not be told to promote right by actions not only words?

A word un-thought is most aggregious!

One need not repeat the headline, what the SACBC Cardinal Wilfred Napier has asked is that South Africa demand Swaziland reforms before granting the bail out to the mismanaged land!

Statement by Cardinal Wilfrid Napier, Spokesman of the Southern African Catholic Bishops' Conference (SACBC).

 The Catholic Bishops of Southern Africa wish to register their concern at the financial bailout by the South African Treasury of the Government of the Kingdom of Swaziland.

It is understood that an amount of R10 Billion is needed to keep the Swazi Government afloat and the administration from collapsing.

 

 Swaziland is currently in the throes of an unprecedented financial and societal crisis.  It has

• the highest HIV & AIDS infection rate in the world (26%);• the lowest life expectancy in the world (32 years);• an unemployment rate of 40% and rising;• and extreme poverty with 70% of its population living below the poverty line of less than US$6  a day.• A State of emergency that has curtailed freedom of expression, association and dissent for the last 37 years.  

We believe that the Swaziland Government must abandon or at least reform the "Tinkhundla" system of governance of royal favour and alliance which is a breeding place for corruption and greed.  Monies intended for alleviating the people's suffering are diverted to support the lavish lifestyle of the monarchy.

The People of Swaziland love their King and Country, but the conditions that have created this crisis must not be disregarded by South Africa in considering a bailout.

 

We therefore call on the South African Government to make the loan CONDITIONAL on the following:

∙         the recognition and implementation the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in Swaziland;∙         the revocation by King Mswati III of the royal decree of 12 April 1973 which established a state of emergency;∙         that King Mswati III enter into meaningful dialogue with his people in order to facilitate movement  towards true democracy his country;∙         the establishment of a democratic process for writing a new constitution in which all Swazi's have a part;∙         that the current Swazi Constitution be amended to reinstate the full range of human rights;∙         And that none of the bailout money go directly or indirectly to fund the Monarchy. 

In the same way that the South African Government has laudable process examining the sale of Arms to other countries, the same type of process should be employed when it comes to financial support for ailing regional economies.

About:

Set in the Greater Johannesburg Area, where the author grew up, this novel discussed South African history, geography, politics, religion, and so much else, in a suspense filled and thriller format. Also entering into the discussion on bio-ethics, murder, death of a friend, suicide, as well as the ethics of espionage and computer hacking, and where patriotism is good, and where it is to the nation's detriment.

The main character Sidney Wolf, as well as other characters, in life and death situations, are forced to choose between what they believe is right and what is most expedient, with varying results.

The novel was written by author Marc Aupiais at the age of 14, before minor edits were made, including footnotes for North American readers, before the author's 21st birthday. It was published first as an ebook, and finally in physical form!

Voting right

As we have a right to vote, we ought certainly vote right. Whether not voting at all, or voting for the right mayor.

Mother convinced me to vote this time. I am not to say for which party. Private as I am. No longer a Democratic Alliance politician at my University, I need no longer say whom I voted for.
Voting encourages transparency. Especially in by-elections when your voice is amplified. So few vote. So many count the consequence.

Both the COPE and ANC have raised the ancestors from the ground, and resurrected God for their campaigns- or so they claim.


The DA has claimed business management and experience and lack of corruption as their manifesto. And added bad dancing to the mix.

What does this all mean?

My electricity bill is so high it affects my ability to buy new gadgets. I am restricted in my number of pets I'm allowed, I think unfairly. Madmen have been forced to the streets so I fear to open my car window.
All this is my fault. Is yours.

For a healthy democracy we must debate, must vote, must raise the real issues and criticise both sides- objectively.

We must educate all on real issues. Not smoke, mirrors and sunlight dish washing liquid.
The DA and ANC's ability to build toilets and walls around them have been a focus.
People march and riot in streets. Police torture, murder.

My phone conversations, yours are all kept on record (RICA Amendment act), as with our e-communication.

Vote. But also talk politics.

Wake up oh sleeper. I certainly have. And I shall vote... Possibly DA as I always have.
Discuss the election. Write about it. Tell your friends on facebook.
You are more connected to your friends and acquaintances than anyone else... Than a distant newspaper writer with bi-focals.

Superman was my hero growing up. Not the guy with the underwear without. Likely not washed ever. And very uncomfortable and unfashionable in a woman's tights.

With Rebecca Black emerging as the latest wealthy "village joker"... I got thinking about fame.

About how people we don't know, we mock, adore, obey...

How we put them and their views before friends... And forgive them what we'd never easily forgive a friend. And hate and love them.

Rebecca Black proves that fame isn't talent. As does Justin Bieber who shocks me in his fame. But most up and coming artists are hardly worth a second glance. As with presidents and politicians...

So who does that leave?

Rebecca Black may have brought twitter to her song- in how she sings thoughts as twitter tweets thoughts...

But shouldn't our real heroes be those who make us make good decisions even when they're mean in how they achieve it?

Shouldn't our real heroes be those who hold the faith and don't just claim to?

Shouldn't it be those who live and not those who die pointlessly in political and vendetta wars who are heroes. The peacemakers... The meek... The man who died on a cross was not a rock star. Just the opposite. Isaiah 53: Jesus was not attractive or charismatic. What drew people was truth.

As for Rebecca Black. She's thirteen years old. More than the cyber bullying: the life where people never leave highschool is her greatest cross to bear in life. Woe to the celebrity. You either obey the crowds or your intuitive self. So many choose the crowds.

What is worse? Convincing someone they are a God, and to close off to all criticism like a plague in the stomach? Or mocking them sometimes?

A culture of celebrity is a culture of death: that death is suffered first by the object- those sought to replace God!

Admire, love, pray for those you care for. View celebrities as people with human dignity not objects. And be cautious when mocking- perhaps first mock the society which creates these false gods of the culture of death: where the law of the jungle prevails over truth, meekness, kindness: mere Christianity! Sadly by the choice of many a guilty party~

Today is felt every Sunday, every moment since the universe began. The moment pain entered the creator's pen, his mind filled with images of death, of a fruit toxic to man, of sin. Sinfulness inglorious sinfulness.

Blood is what we drink to live. Blood renews us, blood saves our being, our soul. Without blood we do not live. Christ's blood, the Eucharist.

Today is the moment we turn to every Sunday, every mass, every moment in God. It is the blood spilt today two millennia hence, which washes our sins into the ground, where they explode and an earthquake, and a new heart is found.

Good Friday is good, because it is what makes us good.

I do not care much if any other reads this, dear friend of mine. For the longest time I have been writing for you, and one other perhaps. You asked me to write you a story and thus I shall.

I thought of the caves i created, or of the pristine valley you so loved.

I thought of you lying with my words as your pillow, all printed out. Thinking of me as you sleep, of my words, which adore you, dear friend of mine, my words, which you adore. Which make you cry of sorrow, and of joyous love.

As i write, as is usual in my country, it is raining, I hear a thunder storm, as classical music from the Vatican itself does play, and I think of the water you bought me all that time ago, in a place of honour in my soul and mind.

I can tell so many stories, and I shall but a few.

You see, dear friend of mine. This world we see, isn't really real. No, indeed, it is not.

What we see as insurmountable is indeed not at all.

I shall tell you of a dream I had dear friend, dearest of all mine, and you can say if it compares, with the laboured out works, which usually I pen.

I have always believed I shall die violently, perhaps of a shark attack. It is why I never swim, this superstition of mine. I fear, shall I enter the ocean, I shall be carried up and away. I shall die, this fear of mine, mine heart and soul.

A witch, I call her, in this daylight dream. I stand at the strangest place I know, my University, that of the Witwatersrand, dear friend of mine.

Not by the law building, with men carrying crucifixes, but who are not Christ, and men in hell, or something the like, standing, beckoning us to where law students belong.

Nor by the libraries, stories high, with not a book I have bothered to consult, not to care for. Or for the English classes where I nearly got a first, and would have, perhaps, if I'd bothered to read the labourous works.

No, this occurs, at a favourite spot of mine, near where last I saw a friend who soon would die. It happens by a tall building housing a shop, by stairs in front. In front of the shop- the "Lighthouse" we universally call it. Mysterious not.

None the less, this is where I imagine it happening. five students, innocent, and with a sixth. The sixth is our hero, you see.

And a strange woman, everyone calls a witch. She stands there in the background, invisible, unseen, and she transfers the sixth and then all the others, with him. To another world, this beautiful siren she is.

They stand together on a deserted Island, only sand and one tall coconut tree.

And around them are fins, larger than buildings, of sharp razor teeth, we need not mention.

And while the others argue, as the tide rises, sure to soon cover their Island. The sixth hears the siren in his mind, and swims straight towards a giant shark, which fortunately is distracted, and doesn't bother to attempt top eat him just yet.

Here is where I hault in this story I've held for years.

Does he swim below the shark, avoiding attack and find some system of underwater caves, with air within? Does he meet locals, or get saves in a boat, rickety, or a jet ski. What happens to this man, in the see, 27 miles from the mainland beyond. A black rock coast, deadly to those who approach.

If he is the man I believe him, and the siren who she is, either way, with everything against him. It is sure he must fight for his life as he swims and gets nowhere.

Perhaps he holds the shark's fin, and it doesn't kill him by dunking down, or maybe it takes him further out to see or chomps him right up.

I am not sure how it writes.

It the water beyond him is blood, and fish in a frenzy. Perhaps in the middle is the Siren, whom he must save.

In another story dear friend of mine.

A man is climbing a mountain, tireless, and on instinct. He does not desire glory, or the arcane joy of the achievement. No, he knows there is a timepiece of gold, that he must grab unto. It is the soul of a woman, trapped in time, in the world, which is delusion. He climbs up the black rocks, and leans over the edge, knowing he'll sink forever into the snow, if he isn't careful to balance, and not to lean upon. He grabs and grabs at the timepiece, but cannot reach it. He holds unto a rock ledge, much like a tree, and upon a limb, he holds upon his hand, and leans, his legs holding up. He grabs at the timepiece in an avalanche, and finds he grabs a woman's hand. He pulls her up as she reaches for him. Upon the black rock, looking below at the avalanche, he knows he's found his wife.

He was to save her, as she was only but his own and not never for another to touch or to love. For none but him could be so constant or indeed love as much.

Kill me Lord: Death rather than that

Death, lord, this I ask. I ask not for loyalty or friendship. Not for a lover or wife. Not for her or her loyalty to me. But if my being is for her, rather give me death than that yet do not deny the choice, do not prevent. Link my life to that choice, my death not hers if her loyalty fall. Do not oblige her to me, do not hold her to me.

I image bowing in a cave before a still lake. In a catacomb. I enter the lake, and it pulls me in. It moves me.

Our loyalty is to life, and to God. We are never never entitled to our own life. Perhaps if God commands, infallibly, then we should take our lives, for not to would be a most egregious, most heinous a sin against God and all men. The Christian has a complete loyalty to life.

We should ask God, if he does not permit us to obey him, rather for death than for that. And rather a life of every insufferable ill. Than death.

We are called to marriage or priesthood, or celibacy. This is our daily preaching of the Gospel. Therefore, to be selfish, to seek our own in dating or marriage is to seek death not life.

I sink into the water, it takes away my breath, and I am at peace. My will is dead, is gone, yet I beg and plead with God. Make me Lord, Make me, my life yours, not wealth, not friendship, not love. Make me utterly in poverty, for all I own is yours. Make me utterly poor, my very blood and veins, and marrow yours, not mine.

Make me poor in spirit. Punish me for the entirety of my life.

It was lying around the study, by Mother's computer. She'd scribbled it in grade 2. Before the illness that kept me from school, and which I still have not recovered entirely from- I don't really have allergies, but the chemicals in my body are much more sensitive. Tonsil problems need to be fixed before it gets as far as mine did.

So, before I went through the greatest trauma of my life, these were my traits, as Mother saw them.

They say the personality is set by age 7. Who you are is set.

Does this still apply to me? And if so, what does really matter? Kindness, caring, fighting others' battles? Empathy?

If my personality is set then these mean very little.

But as the bible says- love, hope, faith. Do I have self control, do I act in accordance with God's dear laws? Am I chaste? Christianity is not accidental. Personality is!

I am at a wedding in another world

I am at a wedding, is it not so. There is dancing, there is movement. A twirling, and interplay. People are moving and circling in dance. Man and woman, and a foreign sound plays, a foreign language sings a wedding song. They predict our lives, in this strange ancient tongue. A Song of Songs, and me and her, this strange woman, this foreign woman, we dance.

Is this not life, this image that hit my idle eyes. This author's vision, this thought of dear God?

I am at a wedding in another world?

What world is this, what is a wedding?

Jesus says there is no marriage in heaven, just as there is no confession, baptism of of child. Not, you must surely come to know, because people are not special, more to some. For Mary God says is more special to him than us, and Philomena more care in Mary likewise as well. Some saints are patrons, to a different cause.

They are different.

Marriage is not in heaven, though we are told not to divide what God has made one, and indeed that marriage is permanent even as the law holding one to other ends in their deaths.

But that is just it, there is no need for legal protection of love and sacrifice in heaven.

Marriage exists. A spouse loves their spouse, more than they love others. There is no general communist love... no, in heaven, there is specific love. There are relations.

Heaven is not an ocean, but a city.

Who Am I really Today...[really]...?

A friend was upset with me. She said I was not true to myself. That while I would

never do something alone... that with a friend I would.

She said I was not true to myself.

It got me thinking. What is me..?

I am after all a very complex personality. So strangely off. So caring but ashamed to care. So aware and perceptive physically and mentally of patent and latent... that myself I get terribly upset when others know not to.

But I know to... and also I love someone present. Around. inside of me. In my soul... always. No matter what. Even when I fight with someone I love.

I want them there.. I do need to learn... to own myself more... to be less polite at times.

But. Who I am. Is whom I love. And why. And how. And for how long.

God made us in his image and likeness.

God made us as love. That is what was lost in the not long forgot garden.

That is the Eden of Eden.

How Obama plans to annihilate Israel- #Egypt

I've been watching for months, as Egypt continued to stockpile more and more American weapons, from F16s to other military equipment. It has been a concerning buildup of arms. According to the UK based Daily Telegraph, and Wikileaks cables they have pointed out, the American government wanted to institute Regime Change in Egypt, this year 2011 before September, or so their diplomatic cables declare, which also note that America helped train those who are pushing the protests along.

Egypt is instrumental in the Israeli Gaza blockade, preventing weapons and supplies into the Bank. The Egyptian population are not targeting the army, because they support them for clashing with the Israeli forces recently.

Obama recently had a Jewish Heritage celebration in America, an Israeli newspaper noted that other than campaign contributors, all the Jews who were invited where non-Zionists.

The American backed Jasmine Revolution II in Egypt, will have one certain effect. America will have lost an ally as the Egyptian people do not support their pro-Israeli efforts in the Mid-East.

Israel is now possibly at jeopardy. A new democratic government will almost certainly get rid of the unpopular Gaza wall or allow supplies in.

On another note, some Egyptian Christians are hoping a new government will mean better treatment.

Southern African Catholic Bishops are only another part of the Ruling Party now?-- become a tool for the Ruling party, as lobbying organization joins the ANC!

Concerning words from the Southern African Catholic Bishops' Conference:

"National Religious Leaders Forum (NRLF).

On January 5th 2011, a meeting of NRLF, National Interfaith Leaders Council (NILC) and the Commission for religion and traditional affairs of the African National Congress was held in order to discuss Unity amongst the two Interfaith organizations. The consensus reached was that instead of forming a third umbrella body, as was suggested by Luthuli House, both NILC and NRLF should amalgamate. Each organization will appoint 7 members to constitute a working group. This body who will prepare a concept paper and recommend procedures for the formation of a single National Interfaith organization or forum.

The Challenge of follow-up.

The challenge that continues to confront the conference is to develop a mechanism that will ensure that the results of the various ground-breaking conferences and documents are systematically discussed and implemented. Here we refer to Ecclesia in Afrika, the African Synod on Justice and Reconciliation, the IMBISA triennial Conferences (self-reliance, good governance, good work ethics) and the economic justice pastoral document. Unless we have a way of monitoring implementation, we run the risk of reinventing the same ideas every few years.

Lay Formation.

By lay formation I understand the empowering of lay people to participate fully and meaningfully in the life of the church and society by virtue of their baptism. Lay formation has not yet been given content at Conference Level. It is also not clear how this dove-tails with the evangelization and catechesis. Lay formation is a broad term that refers to information dissemination, the imparting of specific knowledge and training. But there is a debilitating vagueness about this term. LUMKO has been suggested as a possible institution to put together a laity formation programme. To date, no plans have been forthcoming.

It is equally important not to lose sight of the need for a laity structure, a platform, a forum where lay people can make their voices heard. If the Conference does not help to facilitate such a forum or structure, other structures will emerge to occupy the empty space. There are many lay organizations in the church. It is imperative that there should be a possibility of networking for the benefit of the church. The Conference needs to dialogue with representatives of the lay faithful.

Joint Witness.

It is sixteen years since the last Joint Witness Conference. In our view, meetings at metropolitan level are good and desirable. But this can in no way substitute for a national, regional encounter between Bishops and Leaders of the Consecrated Life. A formal structure would facilitate such a dialogue.

The religious are partners in the work of evangelization and should from time to time be consulted on important issues our times. Otherwise, it appears that the work they do is hardly given any recognition. Again, such as in the case of the laity, if no forum is given at conference level, some will always create their own plat form to express their concerns and unhappiness with the Church. We appeal to the Bishops to consider Joint Witness III in the interest of collaboration, openness and dialogue.

NSPCA / SPCA Treating dogs negligently

Our service has a reliable report of mistreatment of an animal taken for treatment due to a curable disease to the SPCA (National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals), who were paid to treat it:

" We took our puppy of 3 months to the spca's vet they took the dog in. U aren't allowed to visit the dogs in the isolation ward. We phoned everyday and then on the wednesday they said the dog isn't doing well. We went thru and she said we not allowed I insisted. The dog was full of his own vomit and diarrhea and he was having difficulty breathing. They don't [care]. We took our other dogs to the vet in florida. They clean the cages every time the dog makes a wee. They wash the dogs daily. They force feed the dogs. the standard of care is better."

Christmas is quite a day usually, which is why we give this friendly reminder. It is acceptable to attend a vigil mass on the eve of Christmas, during the afternoon. I am personally going to a church at 5 or 6 pm tonight. That way you do mass and get a whole lot of time on Christmas for family!

Also remember SABC 3 is airing the pope's midnight mass from 11 PM to 1 AM tonight. This is an initiative of the SACBC to help those too ill or far from a parish to attend, however I like to watch it in addition to mass, especially as it does not fulfill the obligation should one only watch it and not be for grave reason such as distance or illness unable to attend mass. Yet, for me it is quite the spectacle and well worth the watch be it live or recorded.

You can also attend your local midnight mass whenever it is. Or attend with the crowds tomorrow morning!


Christmas is a day of Holy Obligation for Roman Catholics.

Barack Hussein Obama's Democrats with some Republican support have passed a bill reversing an ancient ban on homosexuals in the US military, through both houses of parliament, just before the Democrats lose their historic majority in historic Republican gains from an electorate angry with Obama policies including on abortion in re healthcare and secondarily the economy.

The US President, Barack Obama is due to sign the bill into law soon, having successfully pushed it through a lame duck session of the US parliament, before the newly elected politicians reach Washington. The move is expected to help get support for Obama from the far left in American politics, but has raised the specter of Societal Engineering, and of a military not based on what best serves a country, but rather based on ideology and a right to fight- for some but still not for women. The military will have 60 days to enact changes when the bill is signed, although there are already reports of intimidation of military chaplains to teach their individual religions more in line with government policy according to the Catholic News Agency service.

One in five American men who have sex with men have HIV/AIDS, 4.4 of ten of these don't know. The suspected wikileaks source was a homosexualist who openly served in the US military and released the documents after a clash with his male partner.

Women are still not allowed to serve the US military on the frontlines, and a large number of personelle in the largely conservative military have said they will cut their terms short or not re-enlist. Pastors and priests who believe homosexuality is immoral- that being the majority serving US troops, who quoting the bible called it an abomination- have been told to be silent on their beliefs or leave the military.

The move has also been reported to the Muslim world and in Africa, where American objectives are already failing.

The Catholic bishop to the US military in accordance with Vatican rules and the Catechism of the Catholic church opposed the move.

Ironically, or intentionally, instead of imposing silence on homosexuals in the US military- the Obama administration is now silencing Christians.

Statistically those who engage in a homosexual lifestyle are more prone to suicide or other anti-social behaviour, and have a very high prevalence of STDs, and promiscuity according to medical statistics. HIV prevention medication is often tested on this group- considered the canary on the mine when it comes to STD infections.

South Africa has both homosexual and HIV positive personelle allowed on the front lines. The military is considered ageing, under staffed and not fit for combat by experts.

America also passed a 750 billion military spending budget- the largest in history, even though experts across the world including American wikileak leaked cables state that America cannot win the war in Afghanistan, and has yet to stabilise Iraq according to experts on the ground and elsewhere.

European court rules- No human right to abortion, but asks Irish government for clearer regulations

Despite misleading arguments in media, the Council of Europe (not the EU) European Court of Human Rights, in Strasbourg, in France- has not ruled that Abortion is a human right. The court found that a Lithuanian woman living in Ireland was due Euro 15 000 as she had not been given information as to how her pregnancy related to the success of her Chemotherapy or on what risks it could pose to her health. The other two applicants who wanted ordinary therapeutic abortions were turned down by the court. Ireland was fined for having vague laws on the matter of abortion.

The Irish constitution bans abortion outright, while allowing for the right of life of a woman to be on equal footing: with wording suggesting that procedures not aimed primarily at abortion of a child, but which none the less result in it's collateral unintended/undesired death are acceptable. Procuring an abortion which is not "medically necessary" is considered a crime in Ireland, and both doctor and woman involved could be arrested.

In Attorney General v. X, in 1992,

"In this case in which a 14-year-old girl said she had become pregnant after being raped by her friend's father, the Attorney General of Ireland had enjoined the girl and her parents from traveling to England for an abortion. A psychologist had testified that in her present state of mind, the girl was suicidal. The Supreme Court of Ireland held that the right to life supersedes all other rights, including the right to travel. However, if there is a real and substantial risk to the life of the mother which can only be avoided by termination of the pregnancy, then an abortion is permissible. The Court determined that the girl's risk of suicide satisfied this condition, and therefore the girl was allowed to terminate her pregnancy."

A 1992 decision by the Irish Supreme Court, said that if a woman's life was endangered even by her own suicide threats then she should be allowed an abortion, however the Irish government never legislated on the decision, with many Irish claiming that it was based on false medical science and not real statistics and science. Furthermore, the girl was a 14 year old in the case, with very different anatomy, and unlike an adult immigrant from Lithuania was more of a suicide risk. Also the X case also involved not an abortion denied in Ireland but the right to travel to another jurisdiction to procure it. The girl's age of 14, just past puberty, makes her case very similar to the Recife incident, where the Catholic church none the less stated that the young girl's abortion was unacceptable and murder of her twin children. It also involved rape and a child.

The Irish Times reports that no woman has ever died in an Irish hospital due to lack of an abortion. American murder statistics show that pregnant women are the most vulnerable to murder as compared women at any other stage of life. Abortion is legal in America. Ireland is known for having some of the best maternal health statistics in the world. C-Fam has in the past shown correlation between legal abortion and poor medical practice in many countries such as India etc. In South Africa over half of pregnancies are aborted, with doctors claiming that life threatening situations are not addressed due to an essentially cosmetic surgery.

KPMG, has warned that if the South African population does not grow significantly, an aging longer living older population, without skilled youths to replace it may result in a collapse of the state: in South Africa and in other developing and developed countries with declining population growth rates. One of the reasons given by sources as to why black/Ethnically African South African women used to have such large families according to academically studied work, lies in ANC pressure on women to have more children under threat.

Fertility awareness which is between 95% and 98% effective year on year at preventing unwanted conceptions is permitted by the Catholic church when used "unselfishly" and is generally accepted in African culture which sees western devices such as condoms as an insult to a man's integrity and authority.

According to C-Fam and the Irish lawyers in the case, it was highly irregular for the case to appear in a European court before being judged by Irish courts which could have given clarity on the matter. While the European Court rejected this, it does seem contrary to its purpose.

The court explicitly said the European right to privacy does in no means create a right to abortion, thus rejecting the argument of Rode v Wade.

The Associated Press quotes Ireland's pro-abortion health minister, who notes that Irish anger about submission to the European Union, means that they will not legislate on the matter:

"The judges lambasted Ireland's defense claiming that the woman should have petitioned the Irish High Court for the right to have an abortion in Ireland. They said Irish doctors must be given clear legal guidance on the eligibility rules for abortions.

Health Minister Mary Harney said she was confident that Ireland would draft legislation to bring the country's laws into line with its own Supreme Court — but said the step would have to wait for the next government. Ireland faces an unscheduled national election in the spring.

"Clearly we have to legislate, there's no doubt about that," Harney said. "But I don't think we have the capacity to bring forward proposals in a matter of weeks."

Harney noted that the government twice tried to resolve the issue with referendums in 1992 and 2001, but voters on both sides of the abortion argument rejected that constitutional amendment. In both cases, the government sought to limit the right to legal abortion only to cases where the woman was at risk of death — but excluding suicide threats.

She said lawmakers would face a "highly sensitive and complex" debate over what specific definitions should apply for life-threatening conditions. She said pregnant women suffering from cervical cancer, exceptionally high blood pressure or ectopic pregnancies already were receiving abortions in Irish hospitals.

The vast majority of nations in the 47-member Council of Europe permit broad access to abortion, most recently Spain, which legalized first-trimester abortions in July. Only Malta and Vatican City ban the practice outright, while several others seek to limit it to exceptional cases including rape and fetal abnormalities.

European Court of Human Rights judgments are legally binding but difficult to enforce. Council of Europe nations often take years to enact the legal reforms ordered. An offending nation that refuses to observe a court order could be expelled from the Council of Europe, but this has never happened."

Whether the Council of Europe decisions are in any way binding is a matter of much debate. The court after all is not a representative of the Irish people.

Homosexuality was legalized following a similar decision by the court in Ireland. The same court banned crucifixes in Italian schools. The judgement is de facto unenforceable and according to C-Fam based on false facts:

"It thus seems that the third applicant (and, following her, the Court) completely distorted and confused the facts of the case. Had the applicant been in need of another cycle of chemotherapy, she would (also under current Irish law) have been entitled to receive it. Indeed, withholding such treatment from her would certainly have raised an issue under Article 2 of the Convention (i.e., the third applicant’s Right to Life). But this does not seem to have been the case. (Yet again, we notice how regrettable it is that the Court made this judgment without ascertaining the facts…) No chemotherapy was withheld from the applicant, nor was the loss of the unborn child caused by any chemotherapy or other treatment. Instead, the woman’s decision to have abortion was based on the irrational and unfounded assumption that the pregnancy might cause her cancer to recommence. This irrational thought would never have sufficed as a ground for “legal” abortion – especially not in a system where, as the ECtHR requests, the eligibility of a woman for having recourse to abortion on grounds of a risk for her life must be ascertained on the basis of objective criteria. One does not see, therefore, how the existence of such a system would ever have resulted in the applicant having access to a “lawful” abortion in Ireland…."
