I do not care much if any other reads this, dear friend of mine. For the longest time I have been writing for you, and one other perhaps. You asked me to write you a story and thus I shall.
I thought of the caves i created, or of the pristine valley you so loved.
I thought of you lying with my words as your pillow, all printed out. Thinking of me as you sleep, of my words, which adore you, dear friend of mine, my words, which you adore. Which make you cry of sorrow, and of joyous love.
As i write, as is usual in my country, it is raining, I hear a thunder storm, as classical music from the Vatican itself does play, and I think of the water you bought me all that time ago, in a place of honour in my soul and mind.
I can tell so many stories, and I shall but a few.
You see, dear friend of mine. This world we see, isn't really real. No, indeed, it is not.
What we see as insurmountable is indeed not at all.
I shall tell you of a dream I had dear friend, dearest of all mine, and you can say if it compares, with the laboured out works, which usually I pen.
I have always believed I shall die violently, perhaps of a shark attack. It is why I never swim, this superstition of mine. I fear, shall I enter the ocean, I shall be carried up and away. I shall die, this fear of mine, mine heart and soul.
A witch, I call her, in this daylight dream. I stand at the strangest place I know, my University, that of the Witwatersrand, dear friend of mine.
Not by the law building, with men carrying crucifixes, but who are not Christ, and men in hell, or something the like, standing, beckoning us to where law students belong.
Nor by the libraries, stories high, with not a book I have bothered to consult, not to care for. Or for the English classes where I nearly got a first, and would have, perhaps, if I'd bothered to read the labourous works.
No, this occurs, at a favourite spot of mine, near where last I saw a friend who soon would die. It happens by a tall building housing a shop, by stairs in front. In front of the shop- the "Lighthouse" we universally call it. Mysterious not.
None the less, this is where I imagine it happening. five students, innocent, and with a sixth. The sixth is our hero, you see.
And a strange woman, everyone calls a witch. She stands there in the background, invisible, unseen, and she transfers the sixth and then all the others, with him. To another world, this beautiful siren she is.
They stand together on a deserted Island, only sand and one tall coconut tree.
And around them are fins, larger than buildings, of sharp razor teeth, we need not mention.
And while the others argue, as the tide rises, sure to soon cover their Island. The sixth hears the siren in his mind, and swims straight towards a giant shark, which fortunately is distracted, and doesn't bother to attempt top eat him just yet.
Here is where I hault in this story I've held for years.
Does he swim below the shark, avoiding attack and find some system of underwater caves, with air within? Does he meet locals, or get saves in a boat, rickety, or a jet ski. What happens to this man, in the see, 27 miles from the mainland beyond. A black rock coast, deadly to those who approach.
If he is the man I believe him, and the siren who she is, either way, with everything against him. It is sure he must fight for his life as he swims and gets nowhere.
Perhaps he holds the shark's fin, and it doesn't kill him by dunking down, or maybe it takes him further out to see or chomps him right up.
I am not sure how it writes.
It the water beyond him is blood, and fish in a frenzy. Perhaps in the middle is the Siren, whom he must save.
In another story dear friend of mine.
A man is climbing a mountain, tireless, and on instinct. He does not desire glory, or the arcane joy of the achievement. No, he knows there is a timepiece of gold, that he must grab unto. It is the soul of a woman, trapped in time, in the world, which is delusion. He climbs up the black rocks, and leans over the edge, knowing he'll sink forever into the snow, if he isn't careful to balance, and not to lean upon. He grabs and grabs at the timepiece, but cannot reach it. He holds unto a rock ledge, much like a tree, and upon a limb, he holds upon his hand, and leans, his legs holding up. He grabs at the timepiece in an avalanche, and finds he grabs a woman's hand. He pulls her up as she reaches for him. Upon the black rock, looking below at the avalanche, he knows he's found his wife.
He was to save her, as she was only but his own and not never for another to touch or to love. For none but him could be so constant or indeed love as much.

Due to the as ever sensationalist and irresponsible journalism of Vatican based but not Vatican vetted paper L'Osservatore Romano- which heroised the Beatles for saying they were more popular than God, U2's Bono who spent just 200 000 of over ten million raised by his organisation One on the poor- for praying in public for his own agenda, and promoted a pro-abortionist stance in the Recife issue, we once again have to clarify their inexcusable hell-worthy errors, which have been aplenty since their new editor somehow got the job:

Also, in anticipation of the controversy that these statement would produce, Dr. Janet Smith has prepared a helpful guide to what the Pope did and did not say.
Let's look at the Pope's remarks and see what he actually said.
Seewald: . . . In Africa you stated that the Church's traditional teaching has proven to be the only sure way to stop the spread of HIV. Critics, including critics from the Church's own ranks, object that it is madness to forbid a high-risk population to use condoms.
Benedict: . . . In my remarks I was not making a general statement about the condom issue, but merely said, and this is what caused such great offense, that we cannot solve the problem by distributing condoms. [EMPHASIS ADDED] Much more needs to be done. We must stand close to the people, we must guide and help them; and we must do this both before and after they contract the disease.
As a matter of fact, you know, people can get condoms when they want them anyway. But this just goes to show that condoms alone do not resolve the question itself. More needs to happen. Meanwhile, the secular realm itself has developed the so-called ABC Theory: Abstinence-Be Faithful-Condom, where the condom is understood only as a last resort, when the other two points fail to work. This means that the sheer fixation on the condom implies a banalization of sexuality, which, after all, is precisely the dangerous source of the attitude of no longer seeing sexuality as the expression of love, but only a sort of drug that people administer to themselves. This is why the fight against the banalization of sexuality is also a part of the struggle to ensure that sexuality is treated as a positive value and to enable it to have a positive effect on the whole of man's being.
Note that the Pope's overall argument is that condoms will not solve the problem of AIDS. In support of this, he makes several arguments:
1) People can already get condoms, yet it clearly hasn't solved the problem.
2) The secular realm has proposed the ABC program, where a condom is used only if the first two, truly effective procedures (abstinence and fidelity) have been rejected. Thus even the secular ABC proposal recognizes that condoms are not the unique solution. They don't work as well as abstinence and fidelity. The first two are better.
3) The fixation on condom use represents a banalization (trivialization) of sexuality that turns the act from being one of love to one of selfishness. For sex to have the positive role it is meant to play, this trivialization of sex—and thus the fixation on condoms—needs to be resisted.
So that's the background to the statement that the press seized on:
There may be a basis in the case of some individuals, as perhaps when a male prostitute uses a condom, where this can be a first step in the direction of a moralization, a first assumption of responsibility, on the way toward recovering an awareness that not everything is allowed and that one cannot do whatever one wants. But it is not really the way to deal with the evil of HIV infection. That can really lie only in a humanization of sexuality. [EMPHASIS ADDED]
There are several things to note here: First, note that the Pope says that "there may be a basis in the case of some individuals," not that there is a basis. This is the language of speculation. But what is the Pope speculating about? That condom use is morally justified? No, that's not what he's said: that there may be cases "where this [condom use] can be a first step in the direction of a moralization, a first assumption of responsibility, on the way to recovering an awareness that not everything is allowed."
In other words, as Janet Smith puts it,
The Holy Father is simply observing that for some homosexual prostitutes the use of a condom may indicate an awakening of a moral sense; an awakening that sexual pleasure is not the highest value, but that we must take care that we harm no one with our choices. He is not speaking to the morality of the use of a condom, but to something that may be true about the psychological state of those who use them. If such individuals are using condoms to avoid harming another, they may eventually realize that sexual acts between members of the same sex are inherently harmful since they are not in accord with human nature.
At least this is the most one can reasonably infer from the Pope's remarks, which could be phrased more clearly (and I expect the Vatican will be issuing a clarification quite soon).
Second, note that the Pope immediately follows his statement regarding homosexual prostitutes using condoms with the statement, "But it is not really the way to deal with the evil of HIV infection. That can really lie only in a humanization of sexuality."
By "a humanization of sexuality," the Pope means recognizing the truth about human sexuality—that it must be exercised in a loving, faithful way between a man and a woman united in matrimony. That is the real solution, not putting on a condom and engaging in promiscuous sex with those infected with a deadly virus.
At this point in the interview, Seewald asks a follow-up question, and it is truly criminal that L'Osservatore Romano did not print this part:
Seewald: Are you saying, then, that the Catholic Church is actually not opposed in principle to the use of condoms?
Benedict: She of course does not regard it as a real or moral solution, but, in this or that case, there can be nonetheless, in the intention of reducing the risk of infection, a first step in a movement toward a different way, a more human way, of living sexuality."

Vatican City, Vatican: Paper claims Pill is known for environmental effects: AFP denies claims, via contraceptives players: despite American studies

AFP, has reported that the Vatican's newspaper (it is not the official newspaper, but considered to have weight): L'Osservatore Romano: is reporting that the "Pill", has negative environmental effects: AFP, claims that no study is being quoted, and instantly quotes players in the Contraceptives business: to deny claims, saying that plastics (not mentioned here for pollution caused by such), also have many of the same substances.
The claims by the Vatican's paper: follow an American study, where fish had unnaturally been mutated: into half one sex, half another: scientists involved in the University Study: blame hormones, which they thought to be entering the water: via the contraceptive. The Vatican paper: has claimed, based on studies, I have also heard of: that the pill: pollutes water sources, causing problems: among which is human male infertility.
The pill is known for increasing the risk of sexual disease phenomenally, and also has many negative side affects. Creative Minority Report, a satirical, but as to facts quoted: accurate political and social initiative, is asking why no objection has been made by environmentalists: as to the accuracy of opinions: of those profiting from sales of the contraceptive.

South Africa, SADC Region, Africa: Government's focus on prevention with condoms backfires: "shortage in condoms"- pro-condom TAC: on E News

The TAC, has fronted on live television: claims that there are not enough condoms to meet demand in South Africa, and that all strategies should take over 6 months. This follows South Africa's insistence in originally not treating AIDS, leaving this to Roman Catholicism, then suggesting use of fruits and other plants, and miracle "cures" by persons associated with officials, and then fronting a condom campaign: which included a contraception day advertisement on facebook, where many teenagers hang out. Underage, or teenage, and premarital sex is common in South Africa. The Catholic weekly, the Southern Cross, sold in parishes, even apposed the Vatican in support of contraception (mind you, they have since been listed as a danger site by a major Catholic Watchdog : for their support of condoms, which is, and always has been decried by both Vatican and Catholic dogma), and the fact that Contraception campaigns to end AIDS, are very ineffective, compared with abstinence campaigns, well designed by governments, has not been noted in the more liberal media in South Africa.
We at South African Catholic have asked the DOH to consider mimicking the Ugandan abstinence project, seen as successful by the SACBC. Use of condoms is condemned as lust and masturbation by the Catholic Dogma, based on the death of Onan, who God smote for "spilling" his seed, in the bible, and on the definition of lust: pursuit of sexual pleasure apart from its unitive and pro-creative qualities.

Mexico, Latin America: Mexico's "Catholic" population: does it again: free murder, and a bit of heresy from priests

Heterodox versions of a "Catholicism" of sorts, reigns not only with Mexico's senate, which recently legalized euthanasia, in the Latin American nation, but also among people who should be Catholic. On the 23rd of November, Reuters reported on a Catholic priest, who blessed transvestites on the way to a festival where they dress as such and wonder around, an open sign of disobedience to the Vatican. It is a festival, the Catholic conquerors of Mexico banned early, which went underground. Mexico city is also one of the few cities in Latin America, where abortion is legal.
All three of these situations, if Reuters is correct in their reporting of them: can easily fall under condemnation of dogma. Inculturation never extends to adopting parts of a culture which are contrary to Catholicism, and it is rituals like these: for which the ancient Israelis were to kill their fellows, showing in essence a clear, direct condemnation in the bible, and therefore in Catholic tradition: of such. In the modern time, what is needed is repentance and confession among those in Mexico, who have abandoned their heritage.

Catholic In Film School, an interesting news source on media and California, is reporting that while America's most Pro-Abortion man to make the presidency, perhaps ever, who even voted for infanticide, and has vowed to aid Planned Parenthood, the abortion firm who teach sexual education in American Schools, mentioned for trying to impose a two child limit on the Philippines recently, to impose harsher abortion measures.
The positive side for human rights and social justice, and religion- is supported in that "Gay Marriage" is once again illegal in California, after voters voted to pass Proposition 8, an amendment to the state's constitution to ban same sex unions.

Abortion- and our crisis- how many Catholic bishops are automatically excommunicated- we need to admit this and replace them!

Recently a close friend of mine mentioned he had joined the SSPX. We always talk about coming out of the closet, it is something gay people did (My friend is perfectly strait)- probably with bad connotations, but I don't think this friend was coming out of the closet, he had been wrestling with it for a while now, and it seems he finally gave in. The Latin was important to him, and there have been monkey games in South Africa- he traveled all the way to Pretoria for a final meeting on setting up the Tridentine rite here, and the priest suddenly withdrew- probably under the influence of South Africa's more liberal bishops, or possibly for personal reasons. In essence, I think my friend had had enough. He is right, to a degree at least, but not to the extent of his choice- I personally see- Vatican Two allowed for some use of English- but for a Latin Norm, and for the use of English which is by churches to be supplemented in every mass by some Latin. In other words, I do not disagree that many leaders of the church are not applying the actual recommendations in this section, of Vatican II.
The problem in his stance also lies in canon 1372 of Canon Law- in that if we appeal to a council of the church in opposition of an act of the pope- we are to be punished with a censure- that is to say- that while I for instance believe that Latin may have huge benefit, should I say the Vernacular is not valid- and quote a council to do so- I am in fact violating Canon law.
Jesus said- it is impossible for any person to convert, but that what is impossible is not impossible to God. This is to say that if we focus so much on livening up the mass, or making it understandable- we lose the battle, because we are trying to save the world on human, not divine resources. In my archdiocese- 9 out of ten catholics do not attend mass on Sunday, and the Protestant population is probably worse off. We have a serious issue, and instead of going back to God's recommendations at the Holy Council- we are trying our own human ways to save our church, this said- the stance of the current church is valid, and what I say is not in opposition to the union of bishops- in that Latin is of benefit, but also we must remember Canon 1372. The church is a sacrament, through which all sacraments are gained. The Sacrament is the name given to the Roman Empire's military pledge of allegiance, it is a word which appears in the Bible, when Saint Peter (I Peter chapter 3 verse 21) says that it is not the water of baptism, but the Sacrament of a good conscience to God which saves us. Basically- the Sacrament is the pledge- the acting which happens in two plains, our plain where actions happen, and the spiritual, where God accompanies these loyal actions with grace. At the heart of Sacramental Theology, Catholic Theology- is the idea that obedience gets grace- and only obedience and faith can save us.
The problem my friend has yet to address- and the argument above is mine, not his- is that the SSPX are in an irregular canonical position- because their bishops broke canon law, and were automatically excommunicated. I myself believe that no small amount of disobedience can save- I believe in subsidarity- that we obey God in obedience to the church, but where God demands we act against it so be it- but God placed the liturgy in the hands of the papacy.
He appointed the bishops to safeguard the church, even if they disobey him. Saint Peter certainly did, when he chose to sit with the Jews apart from the gentiles for the sake of their cause. God himself would one day reduce utterly the amount of Jewish converts- and Saint Peter was not aiding the cause of the church- in fact, Saint Paul heavily rebukes him. He says- you hypocrite. Saint Paul knew that the essence of the gospel was at stake, and attacked Saint Peter's actions, actions which were not infallible, but human, and popes are human, even as at certain times they yield to the divine by asking to be clear of moral and doctrinal error in their words.
What Saint Paul did not do is join an irregularly positioned order of the church, no- he challenged the first Pope as a hypocrite- and worked to change things from within, but he did not join any odd group within.
Now, saying this- I must approach another issue- EWTN notes it softly on their website, but I note it as loudly as possible. Those who support abortion- through action, or silence, who vote for a party which does or is likely to support abortion, who allow this plague strength in our nations and cultures, in any way as to allow even one additional abortion- are excommunicated from the Catholic church.
Recently, when a bishop stood against abortion and the Democrats, who in 1992 caused the current financial crises, a group of nuns wrote the papers, apposing the bishop- in support of Obama. These nuns, in this action are no longer Catholics- they excommunicated themselves. The Canadian bishops who participated in a pro-abortion, pro-homosexuality march, the Catholic Women's league in Canada's leadership who did, and the bishops who did not appose this stance in Canada- are also automatically excommunicated under canon law, and so are many bishops, and media persons in South Africa, and America and Australia and around the world. It is not simply a fight for the culture of life- any Catholic who aids and abets the cause of abortion- is excommunicated.
The Bishops of SSPX, are also excommunicated by an automatic excommunication- via the appointing of bishops against the express objections of the Holy See. Summorum Pontificum, was actually initially the brain-child of Pope John Paul the Second, not Benedict XVI. The act of schism by the bishops of the SSPX, was it seems unnecessary. In fact, it could be why we face so much opposition today in the church to the Latin Mass, asked for by Vatican II, and Trent, and used for all ages until now, and by Pope Benedict XVI, when he says mass.
We however have a dual problem, the church has been wise in noting that the SSPX bishops are excommunicated, they have been unwise in not replacing also- the bishops who are excommunicated on the other fringe- for support of the intrinsic evil of abortion. It is no wonder these bishops and priests also push for gay marriage, and women priests. They have already been cut from the vine of the Catholic church- they no longer are Catholic bishops, but simple administrators, who need to be replaced, because they have left the flock via excommunication. Perhaps the crisis with vocations- and the opposition to the Latin Liturgy of the ages- and the open opposition by many to our Pope, Holy Father- Benedict XVI- lies in the fact that these bishops, priests, nuns, monks and others, including laymen- now operate from outside the church. These people who have given up their lives for Christ and service to the church- are no longer of her flock, and those not of the flock are not worth listening to on matters of doctrine and morals, for Catholics.
Our salvation, and the salvation of the church- lies non in schism, for the bible directly says "Schisms are evil" (Paul writing to the Corinthians), but rather- it must come through obedience, through obeying the letter of Canon Law- as many Charismatics, Traditionalist, and Liberals- have forfeited, for the sake of evangelization- also forfeiting from God- the grace needed and vital to carry this out.
Let us follow the example of Josemaria Escriva', let us be utterly Orthodox, but do it within Canon law, and within the church, but also- our leaders need to clarify and replace those bishops who have either supported one extreme or the other. Those outside the church must no longer pretend to govern her provinces. The sees of those who have supported abortion, and not returned to the church, are empty. This said, just like with SSPX, one is not excommunicated by attending mass in a diocese where the bishop should be replaced. This also said- we are discouraged from attending SSPX masses, this is considered an occasion to sin, and occasions to sin we promise to avoid every confession. Yes, if our life is at risk we may attend it, but not simply to get our daily Latin. The same applies to these excommunicated priests and bishops- we are not lifted of our Sunday obligation, but we should attend masses where the priest is against abortion, and the church, is in fact obligated by morals and conscience, I truly believe that they should take the same steps against these bishops and priests as they did against the SSPX. They need to replace them, and inform them and the world, that these people no longer represent the Catholic church, and full the empty sees, whether by repentance on the part of these bishops, or by replacing them. Something needs to be done, for the salvation of souls.
We have enough Orthodox bishops to survive, and perhaps this small loss in numbers- will bring much in ways of salvation. Once again we need to trust God, and admit to ourselves, and the world- the Truth, about what is and isn't true, and what is and isn't Catholic. What I love about Catholicism, is that I doubt these excommunicated people get any reprieve in obeying every other regulation of the church. Even in mortal sin, every small evil we do- allows for more evil in our self, and world. Let us obey our bishops, and love them for who they represent.
Surely- God created a church for a reason- we may appeal for changes- but we must never despise, nor lead others to despise the authority of our valid bishops, and our pope.

In her latest Bibliography, an update of one 13 years ago, the Queen of Spain was quoted as attacking Gay marriage as not marriage- asking that it drop the term marriage, as not understanding gay pride, nor parades of this, or why they got on floats. She also attacked abortion.
Spain recently created the first "Designer baby"- a child who was chosen from a number of embryos(the other babies disposed of), to be a perpetual blood donor for a biological brother who had a blood disease. Spain has legalized gay marriage (2005), and abortion is also legal in the country.

VIS- Vatican- Canada has done much for world, with Catholicism as a cornerstone of its society, but Pope benedict fears loss of understanding of human dignity having emerged in his oppinion in the North American Nation

Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI's address to Canada's new ambassador to the Holy See, Anne Leahy, complimented Canada on its many good traits, including "Rich humanism", but the Holy Father, also feared that Canada had lost some of its understanding of what it means to be human, though manifestations of this in the value of life, and true sexuality.
He was also noted as mentioning that the role the church and her organizations play in Canada- are vital enough to consist of a cornerstone of the Nation's society.
He especially noted that true freedom has as its very foundation- God and must be developed in God. Perhaps a rebuke of some elements entering into the Canadian situation, but also an invitation for the nation's true potential to be realized via embracing God's version of natural and true.

Chastity South Africa- Vatican Psychiatrist- Celebacy is a way of standing against a false view of sexuality, and marriage- in Defence of celebacy

Dr Manfred Lutz, psychiatrist to the Congregation for the Clergy- said that the vocation of celibacy is not only at utmost a practice required in utmost necessity in the role of many within the church- but powerfully- a permanent protest against mass superficiality, within large parts of modern culture. He appealed that those who cannot live chastely- should not marry. He informed those who still have different opinions than that he was presenting- that marriage was about more than sex, and that those who view the role of a woman in a relationship as to satisfy sexual ideas- often cannot stand natural and good practices such as celibacy- in that it contradicts their worldview.

Some have said that true love is insanity- that one who loves is utterly insane- but my view of the topic is as utterly different from this view, even to the very extent that this view is infinitely wrong.
Love is not insanity- rather an illusion we think to be love is.
Love is the very nature of Reality, our Mediator of life- God. To love is to act justly, and sanely- to treat things as they truly are. True love is not an emotion- nor an evolutionary reaction- in fact it has very little to do with these.
True love is not about how another feels about one, we do not stand at the borders of nations to determine whether or not to love, or be hostile- in fact- to truly love a person often means to be in the eyes of the world, what some may believe to be utterly hostile to them- even to destroy them in a blizzard of obstacles and what to the world may seem hatred. Our prototype- God for instance threatens to destroy all who do not obey sanity- he himself has given us a warning shot, killing all but eight persons in the ancient world. True love cares for the state of body and soul, and to quote a dear friend, sometimes entails begging for forgiveness, and this can be painful- yet forgiveness and sorrow at wrong truly allows such resonance between two in love- and truly- resonance is damaged by sin- and so God himself, and we also- sometimes must seem cruel to those we love- even as it is for their goodness, or for goodness itself. There is no excuse of course for unjust cruelty, or disrespecting another's basic dignity.
So let us look at the emotion we call love- it is like flying without one's stomach, or diving into nothingness, or looking into the unknown. This is to say that the person in love considers loss of the one they love to be a danger- and would be hurt in this. What of the joy of seeing one we love, or of empathy- that we like to share views, or do similar things to these wondrous people. Like synchronizing clocks, we often synchronise views with our loved ones, as though careful to avoid conflict within this. More than that- on seeing them we feel great joy- sadly- this joy is largely born out of fear. We fear losing them- and this is why we do all of these things, whatever we call them.
Now- love also has something to do with the resonance of souls, yes we often fall deeply into chasms of hope and joy- to love one like us for fear of loss, but this is not what I now speak so gently and softly and briefly on. To see a soul one loves is to see a soul in resonance of God- what is appealing to one is that which seems to much like what our perfection is. We so love our perfections- the mauve, or the lightly wooden skin, or the pureness of white, and the smoothness of wonderful snow-like complexion. In our love we seek that which is most healthy- most likely to survive- best reflecting the being in which we exist, yet I do not even glance at this as I now speak.
I have said that true love takes the form of justice- what we call cruelty, or kindness or mercy, or pain- often is a result of love, whether proportionate or not- seen acting in but one situation where we give it other names.
Some in one of our neighbouring fields believe that the source of every emotion is eventually love- and that mental issues often come from the ripples on the top of this body whose body's form, and depth we have yet to measure.
So what is love- is it shared moments of great joy, or is it the actings of desire and joy, or rather something deeper- a great deep well of life and death within. Truly, to love another is to firmly resonate God within our small receiving soul so strongly- yet the insanity we speak of in love- comes when one loves with wrong proportion- and for this does not pay justice to others, nor to reason and truth- who should be married to this love, in a ceremony of great effect, and wonderment.
Without love- it is said we cannot live- yet to me- life and love are the same thing. Love is the deepest nature of life- the perfection of Its nature, and actings.
If love is the nature of life itself- and our souls are that which resonate the Perfection of Life- God, however imperfectly into the animation of the physical form- which itself resonates better or worse this life- then to truly love may well be to recognize a soul which resonates with a frequency one with our own.
I believe in the soul mate, in the rib removed from my complacency- that I may find it in another. I believe this because- so often we sense the soul of another- we feel a presence, and look, and glance, and see, even cannot pull away as we are sucked into the memorisation of danger- and note how we always glance as they enter a room- and always seem to feel a tug to where they now situate themselves.

This is perhaps why the sacred text says- "And the two shall become one"- for our souls may not seem to resonate the one we are meant to find, we may have damaged them- our hurt them- so that the resonance is no longer clear- and this is why- for the sake of a sacrament- God must sometimes strengthen the resonance between souls. Truly- in any true marriage of this form- even a strong bond of soul must often be strengthened- so that the heart feels the pull whether or not we knowingly feel it, or ignore this true effect. Truly- in the true marriage- we are made one- through resonance of the waves of self.
This is also why it is better to marry one endowed with grace- for one endowed with grace has a healthy soul- and the healthier the soul, and the more sane the soul- the more defined, and strong the connecting force- the greater the envelope of truth which combines one to another- and with the aid of angels, and guardians- combines us and maintains us in the Holy Sacrament.
Imagine a lady standing in an icy wasteland- surrounded by evergreen forests, as a small stream trickles past the snow, from a warm mountain source. She stands by a cabin- alone, and lonesome, but not lonely, as she stares into the distance, hoping, longing for something unseen to others.
The reason we are so concerned for all those we love- is that it is good for our souls to resonate- and the healthier others souls- the more joy our soul feels as they also become more like us, and as our own song is strengthened on the winds of bliss, and sorrow, and as the chords we play in love of God are resonated, and echoed in those around.
We love to dance with the souls of others- and it is healthy even to dance around unhealthy souls- for even in small amounts- we heal them if their dance is not too askew.
We love to resonate the soul of another- and this is why man is made for marriage- unlike the animals- he is composite- of aeviernal and temporary, and not simply a mix of temporary soul and form, he, everlasting is soul, and he is body, which also one day will be everlasting- and the body's actions affect the soul- so that certain actions tune the Melody of our souls in such a way- that they can put it off- and destroy it's sustaining connection with Truth, or else cause it to mould, and change ever more defined.
The greater the truth we simply manifest- the more powerful the ability of the soul, and the soul can only hold the truth- the life, the grace- it is renovated to hold. The more we follow the tune of truth- like balloons blown up, or plastic bags which expand in the wind- the greater our capacity to sing with the invisible winds of truth.
Marriage- in the truest perfection of it- is mimicry of the very relations of the Father and the Son, who are love, and through their love does subtly, and for all eternity- form the Holy Spirit. And marriage and family also is the mimicry of the relations of these three persons who are one.
The family is such a manifestation of the basis of our universe- that nature has endowed us with such strong bonds within. Love's acting in marriage gives such joy because certain acts are such manifestations of God's perfect unity- that God wants man to take joy in these. When representing a book, those who see a play based on it can either be pleased or angry, even furious- if it is misrepresented. Marital love is meant for marriage, and seeking sexual pleasure apart from marriage, the actings of just love, which is unitive, and the chance of creating a child, or openness to this- is like misrepresenting the relationship of the Divine Triune God, who we name as The Holy Trinity. It is to defame God through actions- no wonder God, whose nature is love, that is to say that truth manifests itself in love- should for the sake of this truth break the connection between offenders and their soul's life's source- God.
And so true love- and justice are actings of truth, are us echoing the events our souls do observe and intuition is able to sense, and faith does clarify- and refine to form.
True love does make one fly beyond all else- as our form does better move into position- so as to fly like a butterfly, leaves, or flowers, or dust, or ashes- on the wind or stream of cool life- which is God, our Basis, Mediator of Existence and Creator.

Some have said that true love is insanity- that one who loves is utterly insane- but my view of the topic is as utterly different from this view, even to the very extent that this view is infinitely wrong.
Love is not insanity- rather an illusion we think to be love is.
Love is the very nature of Reality, our Mediator of life- God. To love is to act justly, and sanely- to treat things as they truly are. True love is not an emotion- nor an evolutionary reaction- in fact it has very little to do with these.
True love is not about how another feels about one, we do not stand at the borders of nations to determine whether or not to love, or be hostile- in fact- to truly love a person often means to be in the eyes of the world, what some may believe to be utterly hostile to them- even to destroy them in a blizzard of obstacles and what to the world may seem hatred. Our prototype- God for instance threatens to destroy all who do not obey sanity- he himself has given us a warning shot, killing all but eight persons in the ancient world. True love cares for the state of body and soul, and to quote a dear friend, sometimes entails begging for forgiveness, and this can be painful- yet forgiveness and sorrow at wrong truly allows such resonance between two in love- and truly- resonance is damaged by sin- and so God himself, and we also- sometimes must seem cruel to those we love- even as it is for their goodness, or for goodness itself. There is no excuse of course for unjust cruelty, or disrespecting another's basic dignity.
So let us look at the emotion we call love- it is like flying without one's stomach, or diving into nothingness, or looking into the unknown. This is to say that the person in love considers loss of the one they love to be a danger- and would be hurt in this. What of the joy of seeing one we love, or of empathy- that we like to share views, or do similar things to these wondrous people. Like synchronizing clocks, we often synchronise views with our loved ones, as though careful to avoid conflict within this. More than that- on seeing them we feel great joy- sadly- this joy is largely born out of fear. We fear losing them- and this is why we do all of these things, whatever we call them.
Now- love also has something to do with the resonance of souls, yes we often fall deeply into chasms of hope and joy- to love one like us for fear of loss, but this is not what I now speak so gently and softly and briefly on. To see a soul one loves is to see a soul in resonance of God- what is appealing to one is that which seems to much like what our perfection is. We so love our perfections- the mauve, or the lightly wooden skin, or the pureness of white, and the smoothness of wonderful snow-like complexion. In our love we seek that which is most healthy- most likely to survive- best reflecting the being in which we exist, yet I do not even glance at this as I now speak.
I have said that true love takes the form of justice- what we call cruelty, or kindness or mercy, or pain- often is a result of love, whether proportionate or not- seen acting in but one situation where we give it other names.
Some in one of our neighbouring fields believe that the source of every emotion is eventually love- and that mental issues often come from the ripples on the top of this body whose body's form, and depth we have yet to measure.
So what is love- is it shared moments of great joy, or is it the actings of desire and joy, or rather something deeper- a great deep well of life and death within. Truly, to love another is to firmly resonate God within our small receiving soul so strongly- yet the insanity we speak of in love- comes when one loves with wrong proportion- and for this does not pay justice to others, nor to reason and truth- who should be married to this love, in a ceremony of great effect, and wonderment.
Without love- it is said we cannot live- yet to me- life and love are the same thing. Love is the deepest nature of life- the perfection of Its nature, and actings.
If love is the nature of life itself- and our souls are that which resonate the Perfection of Life- God, however imperfectly into the animation of the physical form- which itself resonates better or worse this life- then to truly love may well be to recognize a soul which resonates with a frequency one with our own.

Media Study South Africa- Disney's Camp Rock Reviewed

In Catholic circles- Disney is a big no-no- we don't like to use their products, don't like what they do about our religion, and don't like their stances on abortion and homosexuality- or the way in which men in their movies often land up in dresses for some odd reason.
The Jonas Brothers ("Catholic Exchange 13/09/08"; 16/09/08)- who appear in this movie- are noted to the public as virgins- who wear purity rings- something that does not clink well with Disney's usual image- but something positive from "role Models", mind you, Miley Cyrus also apparently wears one, not that she isn't right in this- but that did not prevent the pictures in Vanity Fair of the slightly dressed self! The Jonas Brother's Father is a minister in a Christian church, and purity rings are a sign of a promise of chastity to God. The Jonas Brothers have been publicly slammed by some in their industry for this practice- but seem not to have stopped it.
Camp rock hasn't got such a bad theme- the main character lies to get popular- but eventually, losing much for the lie- turns to the truth, and love of family and more real people somewhat honorably- it is a cute romance movie which causes you to fall in love with the female lead before the end. Parents are portrayed positively in this movie- a big step forward for Disney- even as main characters continue to strike one as oddballs.
Even the bad guys in this movie turn around, and are empathized with.
Of course the idea of going on a camp and falling in love- is neither new, nor utterly healthy- but this movie is an improvement. To be honest- it is in some ways just another mass produced Disney corporate recipe, but however simply they manage to create a cliché plot- they are not entirely bad at this.
One might further note the "bitchy" high school banter between characters- which might be a negative- but once again a step up from some offerings up there from Disney.
This is an acceptable movie to watch in our opinion, however we should be careful that children do not become too attached to the Disney name.

Democratic Alliance (DA) and issues of faith

While the DA itself has not answered us on their position on such issues, several internet sources we have made use of- with different views of the given party- show a relative reluctance, even negative response from this party to the Gay Marriage, and Abortion laws in South Africa.
In such matters- the DA has always- it seems- afforded their MPs a free vote, as they are matters of conscience- but the DA does seem more friendly to the Catholic view on these matters- than the ANC, who have been blamed by many for forcing such issues through parliament.
Once again we must note, the ANC under Nelson Mandela gave us our current abortion laws, and the ANC is the authority in place under which gay marriage was legalized and other issues have occurred. As always- we recognize the need for South African catholics to vote for opposition parties, as the ANC consistently disappoints, I personally am impressed however by how the DA handled these issues- they truly do seem as a party with a very wise, and stable opposition.

Texas- Traditionalist Anglicans start to view the Roman Pastures positively, step into Tiber (Tiber: river one crosses to enter rome)

A Conservative, and traditionalist- "Episcopal"(Anglican) diocese in Texas is preparing to allow large groups within to in a structured manner- enter the Catholic church.
Ironically this is with their Bishop's approval, and more so is that some think this odd, and are quoted as though this weren't an obvious denial, or transfer of their stated faith.
A notation by inter-religious institute "First Things", recently stated that many conservative Protestants feel they have more in common with Conservative Catholics than with their own religion, so perhaps they believe the most Anglican thing to be is Catholic at a stage when the Anglicans further alter what they once believed true.
Just under a century ago- the Anglicans ("Lambeth Conference") were apparently the first church to permit contraception.
Anglicans have always stated they are "Reformed Catholics", but mostly this is said as though they had found better pastures- this particular church group is one vote away from a sort of incorporation into Mother Church, we wish them good luck and God speed in this!

Bishop gives admirable speech- to gay audience that invited him

Sacramento Coadjutor Bishop Jaime Soto recently was keynote speaker at a gay and lesbian catholics conference in America- where he was expected by many to do what some American bishops have done on issues ranging from salvation, to the mass, to abortion- and endorse the heretical* view of the group....
Instead- and I will quote his words of wisdom, and disapproval of the sin these poor persons where they manifested a heretical* view of marriage and were perhaps are separated from the Ecclesiam by-
"[Cal Catholic Daily] But there was noting ambiguous about Bishop Soto’s remarks to the group. “Sexual relations between people of the same sex can be alluring for homosexuals, but it deviates from the true meaning of the act and distracts them from the true nature of love to which God has called us all,” Bishop Soto said. “For this reason, it is sinful. Married love is a beautiful, heroic expression of faithful, life-giving, life-creating love. It should not be accommodated and manipulated for those who would believe that they can and have a right to mimic its unique expression."
At least five members of the audience walked out during the bishop’s address. When he finished speaking, there was general silence -- with only a very small number applauding.
The chairman of the conference then announced that the bishop would answer questions at a reception that would be held in another room. That led to widespread expressions of disapproval from members of the audience, who said they wanted to be able to express their responses immediately. It was agreed that those who wanted to speak would line up. The bishop was told twice by the chairman that he was free to leave if he wanted -- or to stay and listen. Bishop Soto stayed and sat quietly listening to every response.
A series of about eight speakers came to the microphone to express their unhappiness with what the bishop had said -- and what they felt he had not said. One woman said, in essence, "We know what the Church says. What we wanted you to talk about is the value of our lived experience as lesbian women and gay men."
Two speakers -- one man and one woman -- thanked the bishop for his address and voiced their agreement with what he had to say.
While the audience members were responding to the bishop’s remarks, a board member of the National Association of Catholic Diocesan Lesbian and Gay Ministries came up to one of the tables in the room and said, "On behalf of the board, I apologize. We had no idea Bishop Soto was going to say what he said.""
