Government not protecting citizens from illegal spying

Media now claims that police and intelligence officials are bypassing court orders, to access the permanent record of : all phone and electronic, private conversations: in under 36 hours, easily and illegally.

The Regulation of the Interception of Communications Act Amendment Act, RICA was not about registering phones to people. The true purpose, which unless you read page something far in of the Pretoria News, guessed it from the Johannesburg Star, or read the actual act, is still a frightening concept.

Every SMS you wrote was already kept for 5 years by Vodacom, MTN, Cell C etc. Now. Every phone call (a voice recording), sms (text), mms, email that you make has to be kept permanently for the government, as I reported for South African Catholic earlier in this emerging situation.

The government needed a court order to access this permanent record. They had to suspect you of criminal activity. To access every word you utter in private, they needed a court order.
According to the Mail and Guardian (owned by British "The Guardian"), and to their major competitors Primedia ("Eyewitness News"), police and intelligence officials are bypassing court orders, to access private conversations in under 36 hours illegally. Primedia claims that the practice is rampant in crime intelligence.

The state has still not been able to break into the Blackberry encryption, and it appears that Blackberry doesn't allow local partners access either. It is suggested a bill will be put to vote in March on whether to force compliance. Blackberry has claimed they will refuse access, but with activist shareholders threatening to gut the company after a recent outage, it is uncertain whether the last hold-out will remain.

After all, non-enterprise Blackberry email likely is read by the government already. BBM, and enterprise email still seem the last safe way to avoid your e-conversations, and phone calls the equivalent of speaking into a dictaphone for someone else's permanent record.

If the practice is rife for government means, it is almost certainly rife for private purposes. It was through espionage conducted on former President Thabo Mbeki and the former NPA Scorpions head, that the Mbeki government fell, and Zuma got away with avoiding courts of law.

That accidental flirting in an adulterous manner, so-called sexting, gossiping, rumours, discontent with the state, that moment in time when you lost it, swore, let off steam... Such popular means of using electronics... Such a dangerous animal trap.

Don't just be careful what you write on social networks! Watch your every breath.

• Sidney Wolf:

 Main character, protagonist. A High school teenaged girl, who's parents drive her to study, and give her little time to socialise. After her friend Alex's death, the police arrest her for his murder. As long as the Third Instinct, a code used to unlock a secret, is hidden in her DNA, she is in deadly danger. Her hair is sleek, and brown.

• Tom Rider:

 A complex character Sidney goes to for help. He is, in Sidney's re-evaluation, possibly capable of murder, even murdering her, whom he holds feeling for, for his patriotic idealism. He has to choose constantly between what is right and what he believes expedient. The sudden and grim experience, of the seeming death of their mutual friend Alex, in grade 7 impacted his entire life, and has caused him to be cold at times towards others. He has replaced loyalty with patriotism with possibly toxic side effects for him and Sidney.

• John Robinson:

 Someone Sidney knew from school.

• Female NIA Agent:

 Interrogates Sidney in prison.

Detailed Description:

Sidney Wolf, a Johannesburg teenager, who's parents make her study hard, is out shopping with her friends at the mall, having likely planned movies for the evening, when she is arrested in connection with the murder of Alex, who she had thought died in grade 7, only a few years ago if that.



It turns out she isn't really wanted for the murder, but police are attempting to monitor her for the NIA. She like Alex has the same flu injection. Alex died due to this injection, being shot with a neurotoxin designed to make a one time pad code used in encryption appear on his skin.



Sidney is rescued from jail by a female NIA agent, who claims the NIA, South Africa's world famous, very controversial, and effective intelligence agency has been compromised, and that all Sidney's friends would be observed. Sidney asks to be dropped off with Tom, a friend from when Alex died.



Tom Rider, unfortunately is wrapped up in the adventure being close to the Pack, who themselves had the code inserted in her DNA. He believes he will be ordered to kill her, and is just about to when his superiors call him off.



Sidney and Tom, who has a slight crush on her, despite. Together go on a quest to the spot where Alex was murdered in deadly central Johannesburg's Central Business District. They find some of his blood, barely escaping a sniper from The Trust, a group seeking the code, and discover that it was Alex who was shot, years after he was meant to be dead, and he was working for the Pack actively. Tom, claims to only be working on computers for them mostly.



Sidney discovers a psychological formula the Pack uses to negotiate and control others called the three instincts, the third is missing, preventing absolute and utterly accurate readings of any person's choices.
The Third Instinct is what is inside her. She is told it can only be removed by her death via a deadly neuro-toxin.



Sidney hides out in a government safe house with Tom in the pristine Northern Suburbs until she is seemingly discovered and contacted by phone, told if she doesn't meet a hit man at her high school's sports field, she will be met with the deaths of her family.



She goes to the sports field, only to find she's been tricked.



She soon meets John Robinson on the field, and he and his friends take her to safety at his house. John, and Ross join Sidney and a mysterious character V who claims to have helped develop the 3 Instinct formula in trying to find a machine that will extract the instinct from Sidney.



V is shot in the shoulder, the car rolls. Ross shouts that Sidney is a danger to everyone around her. She runs off, and is caught by the Trust at a filling station.



John runs after her, and surrenders in order to be there for her... Captured, they are to be brought, by his killers, to the same place Alex was assassinated, for the very code Sidney also holds.

Gripping, thrilling, but sometimes controversial novel by Marc Aupiais of the Third Instinct: When Sidney Wolf is Accused of Murder!

A fast paced, gripping can't put down novel with religious and cultural undertones, in which the author intentionally seems to have made some spelling errors! Some passages are controversial due to how close to human history they stray.

An advanced use, and mastery of the English language, unexpected, as Marc Aupiais ("The Third Instinct: When Sidney Wolf is Accused of Murder") wrote this book at age 16. This original published, spelling errors intact, but also far in excess in relation to suspense, language use, style, than that of what many authors could hope to write!

Knowing Marc Aupiais, it certainly is not for controversial purposes, but parts of this novel are a bit too close to Christian beliefs, for every Christian to feel comfortable. For instance, the Trial of the Lion, in which the proceedings are similar to those in the Gospel!

{The Eternity Effect by M. E. (Marc Evan) / Marc Aupiais is the first novel in the Series "The Adventures in Farnar and Other Lands": Note, this is the version of the book written as the author intended it, including poetic spellings, even seeming errors and arcanum at times. At the time this was published, a different version of the manuscript was being worked through! Which differs at times from the author's intent!

The book is supposed to reflect how one would read an actual, translated ancient manuscript including errors, much as the bible, and many ancient works had many spelling errors in publication, even many variations.

The original concept of the author was to comment on human history, even portray very close to it, and its many ancient manuscripts at times, with the intent of creating perspective of these. Humanity's manuscripts for the great religions, for instance often refer to wind or breath, when referring to God or the spiritual, and if wolves were higher beings such as human beings, the phrase wolfs would exist.

There is no direct copying of any ancient manuscript, however at times events are purposely close to those of human history: this is intended to note details afresh, even compare ancient ideas of nationality, causing so much unnecessary strife to modern ideas on foreigners in many cultures, to cause a reader to think, deeply on these, sometimes mysterious or unexplained or unexplainable events. The different nations of Farnar and the groups are not meant to reflect any one culture in a negative sense, but rather ideas of human history and especially at the present time.
The Author has dedicated much of his time in study, of history, often with the intent of better describing it in unusual ways. He has decided that this unabridged unedited version of his work be published, that his original intent may be noted, while working on a more refined version that loses some of the intent!

The author is a South African, Caucasian, and strongly Roman Catholic, however, he is well known for curiosity in study of cultures, and religions across the world; and both the Literals and The Wolves of Farnar are not only based on human history, but on modern culture and conflicts, especially as regards superstition that has caused many unfortunate witch killings and trials in Africa, and violence against foreigners, minorities, and tribal groups: sometimes both for political gain with unfortunate consequences.

Why South Africa made the MORAL choice in refusing a VISA to the Dalai Lama

The blood thirsty media couldn't help but publicise the statements. "Worse than the Nationalists". This was the defamation Anglican retired archbishop Desmond Tutu uttered with such wrath.

He was referring to the decision to refuse the Dalai Lama a visa to visit him.

To give background, Tutu's autobiography of sorts is called "Rabble Rouser for peace", in it he pitches himself as some kind of vigil ante, and of course cannot help but dedicating much to his belief that homosexuals obey God by having homosexual sex, and other attacks on marriage. Tutu, aptly named, also called for South Africa to break International Law, and fight and invade Zimbabwe, in addition to asking that every white South African pan extra tax in collective scape goating for Apartheid.

The Dalai Lama, so often portrayed as peaceful by the Nobel committee (set up originally by the inventor of dynamite) of some or other European government, in fact has often supported acts of war. While the Vatican lamented the summary execution without trial, in front of a minor child of Osama Bin Laden, the Dalai Lama had to be held back from clapping, making very public his approval of a human rights and humanitarian and international law abuse.

China invests billions in our economy, and our Deputy President was in China attempting to get more export rights into their markets and the investment the west denies our nation.

At this time, Mr Tutu, who lied in saying he'd fade from public life a few years past, decided to invite the separatist who's been living comfortably in India for years, to come for a visit.

The visit would have cost billions of Rands to the economy and hundreds of thousands in jobs. Our economy already shed a Million or round about last year.

The lives of millions, the livelihood of these, is far more important than a political statement in support of a few people and their "deity incarnate" leader of faith. A man who really is more political than spiritual, and so deeply wants his own name engraved as to insist that after his death, there be no more Dalai Lama's, only an ordinary government among his separatists.

Only a short while ago, the west slammed Russia for attacking Al Qaeda in some of their provinces, now they are alleged heros for these same acts.

America is letting their population and world influence decline significantly, and uses their foreign policy to bully into place population decline and its lever, "gay marriage" across the world. Europe also bullies likewise. No one mentions these. But when an enemy of our major ally and trade partner and investor and creditor China, with so much power to harm us: is invited by not our government, but a man who sees himself as a mob inciting superhero: we are to betray the hundred of thousands of South Africans for their livelihoods, to help a man living comfortably in India?

France made the mistake, as did America, of inviting the Lama over. Both economies were tragically hit by the loss of exports to China. Obama may even have caused their second US recession by this teenage choice.

Jobs are more important than hopeless causes of separatists! If you disagree, ask those who lose their jobs in countries like America- for attempts to be frankly rude to another nation!

The politics of left and their opponents the morally right

One cannot escape it on Twitter or in the American Media, "Occupy Wall Street" for one: people with no fashion sense and likely smelling foul, marching through New York City, and camping like illegal immigrants on the farm that is Wall Street.

They wear that American Symbol: the Halloween mask, and say they want to eat people. Not very nice.

Of course, unlike the civilised Republican Tea Party, the American Left Wing Media consider their presence legitimate: asking for universal debt relief and other communist ideas which Communist China, America's major creditor I assure, will never permit.

It reminds me of the "Gay Pride" parades where each contestant for most immoral tries to be more extravagantly horrendously unnatural than the rest. Carrying whips, treating people as dogs, dressing in outrageous teapot outfits. That any sensible woman or man would never wear.

It reminded me of Solidarity, the Catholic Workers Union, that overthrew communism: and how unlike these, they marched silently and were well behaved! As with seemingly all Traditional European Christian Values protesters across the world, all these seem to be so.

I know who is good and bad by who they oppose. I know what is good and bad by its opposition. Often enough.

What type of person protests for left wing agendas, are these those we want to obey?

New/NTC Libyan leader wants Sharia Law constitution for Libya, after NATO installs him in a coup d'etat against secular leader Gaddafi!

"We Strive for a state of the law, ... A state that will have Islamic Sharia law the basis of legislation," says the head of USA backed Coup in Libya!

His name is Musta Abdul-Jalil, the NTC, Libya Leader and his calls for SHARIA to be imposed are recorded in September 12th Globe and Mail Libya's new leader calls for state based on sharia law ANNE BARNARD!

He said them at a rally!

And seems to suggest, as seen in the quote above that he clearly wanted the SHARIA as a constitution of a Libyan Republic. Whether formal or informal, this is the underlying law he, backed into power by NATO, wants to implement.

The rebels are lead by the very people MI6, CIA used to think were Islamist terrorists, and renditioned for torture and captivity- USA then backs in coup, these individuals, who their own CIA feared to be Islamist terrorists!?

America also illegally funded the introduction of Sharia law into the Kenyan constitution, according to documents and one of the US senators probing the matter then c.f. Fox News Tess Civantos White House Spent $23M of Taxpayer Money to Back Kenyan Constitution That Legalizes Abortion, GOP Reps Say 22nd July 2010; National Review KATHRYN JEAN LOPEZ Obamacare in Kenya? 12th July 2010 . Afghanistan made it law that a man of a certain religion can deny his wife food if she denies him sex, under the current American backed government, according to Canada's Globe and Mail, as noted by our Canadian correspondent at the time. The BBC said the Afghani election was rigged, based on their observations at the time of it. In nations America has conquered: Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as in its international law efforts, it has continuously promoted Sharia law initiatives, to the shock of some.

These, hereto mentioned are the same Libyan rebel council USA backed, European recognised: NTC (National Transitional Council). The same group of violent men, NATO backed and arresting, rounding up, killing Black Africans, when according to Mail and Guardian quotes: both Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International say there is NO evidence of any REAL black mercenaries in Libya, despite almost 30 blacks being executed by the Rebels NTC. To quote the Mail and Guardian :

"Amnesty International researcher Diana Eltahawy said the rebels taking control of Libya had tapped into "existing xenophobia". The New York Times refers to "racist overtones", but sometimes the racism is explicit. A rebel slogan painted in Misrata during the fighting salutes "the brigade for purging slaves, black skin". A consequence of this racism has been mass arrests of black men and gruesome killings -- just some of the various atrocities human rights organisations blame rebels for.
The racialisation of this conflict does not end with hatred of "Africans". Graffiti by rebels frequently depicted Gaddafi as a demonic Jew.

Into this space stepped those who had the greatest resources -- the former regime notables, businessmen and professionals, as well as exiles. It was they who formed the National Transitional Council (NTC).

"The dominance of relatively conservative elites and the absence of countervailing pressures skewed the politics of the rebellion. We hear of "the masses" and "solidarity", but masses can be addressed on many grounds -- some reactionary. There are also many bases for solidarity -- some exclusionary. The scapegoating of black workers makes sense from the perspective of elites. For them, Libya was not a society divided on class lines from which many of them had profited. Instead, the more success Gaddafi had in stabilising his regime the more the explanation for this relied on the claim that "Gaddafi is killing us with his Africans"." c.f. The word Kaffir- means curly haired infidel c.f. Catholic Encyclopedia Kaffirs Welch, S 1910. It is an arab word, which is often also applied to all "infidels" in Arabic, translated as "Infidel". Not an Afrikaans word. The Mail and Guardian alleges that the opportunity to wipe out black Africans is why the rebels got so much support, based on information on the ground c.f. International aid organisations, such as the Red Cross/Red Crescent are refusing to help black Africans who are starving, with food and medical supplies, having told western media that their own governments must care for them, given their non-citizen status in ethnic Arab Libya c.f. BBC Plight of sub-Saharan Africans in Libya By Wyre Davies BBC News, Tripoli 02 September 2011.

The  International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has in the past supported Islamist organizations, deciding to send Iranian ships to break the Israeli Gaza blockade, demanding inspection of Palestinian goods c.f. AFP Iran Red Crescent to send two aid ships to Gaza Farhad Pouladi (AFP) 6th June 2010.

The Red Crtoss also helped train Taliban fighters in combat medicine classes, and donated medical supplies to the fighters c.f. The Guardian Red Cross gives first aid lessons to Taliban by Jon Boone in Kabul 25th May 2010 ; The Telegraph Red Cross gives first-aid training to Taliban fighters By Toby Harnden in Washington  25h of May 2010.

I Plead: Be Righteous, Wherein: I ask: What is sin? In a relative world!

For the first time in ages I returned to Catholic forum CAF and decided to discuss things to help people. Someone said they hung out every Friday night with friends who got completely drunk, and had a number of beers with them. They played video games at these events.


My response was: these were seemingly teenagers, illegally drinking alcohol, playing violent likely video games, and likely having lewd talk as drunkenness creates.


Drunkenness always has an effect on our ability to avoid sin, and being around drunks, drinking with them, joking with them, encouraging their behaviour? It sounded not only occasion to sin, but in fact encouraging and peer pressuring his friends to sin. A whole bad situation with a bad bunch.


Ephesians 5 I believe says: have nothing to do with the deeds of darkness but reproach them: show them to be what they are. And throughout the bible says bad company corrupts and "birds of a feather flock together", and "avoid the way of the mocker".


Jesus did associate with prostitutes, with tax collectors: but he never drank excessive amounts with them. He never spent his days discussing football with them, or hanging for hours among prostitutes.

It seemed I was the only one in the forum to even consider looking at what the bible said: it was labelled "student lifestyle" etc. Some said the friends were losers: most said: "have a good time", and "what events you may miss if abandon good friends who will soon abandon drinking".


Except people don't abandon drinking. And drinking excessive amounts is itself a mortal sin. Sitting around a friend playing Russian roulette. Or killing a baby: would be immoral surely? Drinking is a Mortal sin: it is the killing of a soul.


When we routinely associate closely with the sinful, when we routinely surround ourselves with sin, our senses are dulled to it. Our true vision, or the other world, our otherworldly memories and truths of heaven: fade, and we are dulled into a vast sleep, gradually and truly destroying the wooden log in the river, which is our soul tossed upon the rapids of time and space. least we forget, we are timeous, in that ever changing river: temporal and human! Not Just Yet Aeviternal, even as Our Rational Soul IS!

Drinking among drunks: well that's like putting a juicy stake in front of a starving person. It is peer pressure. This person is spending their Friday nights wasting away with bad influence friends, in South Africa where so many die from Alcohol, drugs, drunk driving, and drink related rape resulting in HIV.


And what do respondents in a Catholic forum say: either that their friends seem unwholesome, or to go for it.

Whenever Jesus was around sin he stood against it, or removed himself. The bible says: "have nothing to do with the deeds of darkness".


Sadly, the advice for this person, who could be studying or making good influence friends: was to enjoy playing video games and drinking.


The sort of friends who lead astray: bad company corrupts good Character: do not be lead astray- to quote the good book- the bible.


And yet, the advice is not to remove from the situation? The advice on a Catholic forum?


Jesus said: you are either with me or against me. The Book of Revelation likewise says of the Lukewarm: the lukewarm will be sent to hell.

We must be in the world and not of it. And that means not partaking in or promoting evil, not associating with it. Helping widows and orphans in their distress- the helpless innocent vulnerable, and NOT being polluted by the world (St James in the Bible book of James).


The apostles note how the Christians stopped attending orgies, how they separated from their past lives through morality. Not through associating with evil: as the bible says: "light can have nothing in common with darkness", and "focus on all things good and true and nobel".


How we live our lives makes us Christian. Religion is always striving to be the most good, perfect: we can be for God. I sin, but I try not to sin: this is my motto.


Yes, one or two people sometimes take precedence to God in my life: always the same two- but I try to be good. I try to fight for what is right.


And a good person must remove themselves from bad situations.


A saint doesn't hang out at the local club or bar, or strip club, or casino. A saint is separate. A saint does not obssess over immoral television shows, and scandal. A saint lives a separate existence. A saint does not act as though fornicating, or be excessively passionate and public in kissing- this is scandal- the gravest sin: of encouraging others to sin. And a saint- DOES NOT hang out playing video games and getting "smashed".


Woe, warning, beware: "the devil prowls like a Lion"- says Saint James. And "the Mature in faith do not think themselves safe", least they fall. We are not safe, or out of darkness, we walk, and walk, and walk: tirelessly in the dark dark dusk, unto dawn, we are the night watch of this world of ours. We aim at dawn and serve the King of the Dawn, the Emperor over the sea of time and fate!

Why does sainthood matter? Because a saint is just another word for someone who made it to heaven. And the word means separated by God.


Separate! Holy! In Heaven!


If the standard is to try out in this audition, with out very very best- and note the parable of the gold coins or old english "talents". It is not about talents, in the modern sense from an Americanism: it is about what is given a man. And that for every little thing we are given: God expects a return, least we be sent to hell.


Do not trifle with the eternal things of God, nor with your Aeviternal soul. DO NOT give the devil a foothold, dear sheep of God! Fight with all your might! Conquer every sin! Fight! Because the road is windy, and the path is small: few ever find the route unto salvic heaven. And if you don't like God's presence, or his path and behaviour: remember: Heaven is His Kingdom, His Presence: already among the moral on Earth.

For Jesus, when he preached, did not preach faith but judgement, and hell fire, he preached love certainly, especially in response to a question, but he firstly preached repentance from sin, and this is indeed love, as Saint John Says in the bible, in his epistle: "This is Love, to follow the commands of God", and "he who continues to live in darkness has never known God".

Our religion is not trifles, or possessions, reputation, sensuality, fame, gregarious pursuit. Our religion is Holiness: the separation and difference without which- I assure you, without which the Apostles, and the bible assure you: YOU WILL NOT ENTER HEAVEN. Whatever religion you possess or claim to hold unto. C.f. Lumen Gentium XVI, and the church's clarification on the dogma: "extra Ecclesium, Nulla Salus" (Outside the Church, No Salvation).

Libyan Rebels rounding up, executing black Africans in Unseen Genocide- reports

The Mail and Guardian- owned by Britain's Guardian paper, and connected to the ruling ANC has reported on a not often reported part of the Libyan coup d'etat.

It reports, based on Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and other groups that Black Africans are being rounded up, arrested and executed in Libya by rebels serving under the USA backed National Transitional Council.

It isn't the first report that rebel troops were being pushed by rebellion propaganda and inspired to kill black Africans- mostly of Christian or African belief systems. The fact that almost 30 black African corpses line Tripoli streets in a Rebel Massacre, and not one mercenary of colour can be proved anywhere however shows a different story.

Sources on the ground suggest that racism against minorities protected under Gaddafi and the opportunity to rid Libya of these are a major source of the Rebellion's steam.

Allegations of Black Mercenaries, being given Viagra to rape Libyan rebel women and other such propaganda have certainly not helped Black Africans, fleeing Libya where they are a minority.

The Vatican has reported that NATO bombings were often aimed at civilians, and that Rebels as well as the Regime were killing civilians on the streets of Tripoli. It did so through multiple articles in Missionary News Service Fides: which is an official arm of the Vatican press office.

The Vatican has also praised the BRIC and German approach asking for diplomacy in Libya, while lamenting the NATO approach of USA and France.

America and her allies have already moved to have the funds of the Libyan government transferred to the unaccountable performers of the coup d'etat, and American oil companies are already reported as vying for lucrative deals.

South Africa contends that the Libya NTC may not be recognised under International Law: as it has emerged from an American backed civil war, which was not in accordance with the SC R 1973. A Resolution South Africa voted for to protect civilians: while it has been used as a justification to bomb civilians in Tripoli, while providing military cover to a coup d'etat force which has used its power to take control of money, resources, army bases, weapons: and to wipe out minority groups. The formation of such a state, the reasoning follows cannot be recognised as it violates a Ius Cogents to which all states are bound.
The Libyan government has pointed out that the rebels have no manifesto. The ability of rebels to govern the vast African nation is also questionable.

America spent close to a billion dollars to overthrow their standing critic Gaddafi. They did so based on no UN mandate, and seemingly against the will of many Libyans- and resulting in many civilian deaths.

If the Libyan economy ever recovers to pre-coup levels it will be decades. Instability has been created, and minorities are at risk. Catholic media, and figures in the Vatican, fear that Christians in Libya will now face greater persecution, and that further instability is now added to the region.

Afghanistan, where America similarly overthrew a government, has still not recovered. Further, drugs trade, human trafficking and many crimes and corruption flourish there and in another American puppet state: Iraq.

The BBC reported that the Afghani election was rigged. France 24 and others have noted that as soon as American troops withdraw the Taliban will retake control of the nation.

In Libya likewise, many residents of Tripoli have openly started to complain that their lives were better under Gaddafi.

The terrible fact of a revolution's unintended side effects due to instability, cannot be better shown than in South Africa: the poster child of overthrows of nations the International community doesn't like.

20 years after Apartheid: corruption and crime and rape are endemic, and statistics show that the poor and average South African: especially the "liberated" average black South African: have a poorer standard of living on the index, today: than under a regime designed to destroy them. The fact that the government is essentially unanswerable due to liberation credibility, has caused something good: the end of a crime against humanity, to be degraded by corruption in a liberation movement.

The Mortal Sin: of Time Travel

In the end, any moral analysis of time travel must conclude: it is extra-ordinarily selfish: it is based on pride and self assurance: it aims to avoid consequences we incur in life: it aims to destroy our accountability to choices and thus the concept of choice itself.

Where every choice can be reversed: no choice is made: without permanent consequences: people only do what is most advantageous; a culture of selfish self enrichment emerges from time travel.

Further, the possibility of ruining someone else's life, causing them to never exist perhaps, a grey soul, if even possible.

Even where it is only to observe: the Butterfly Effect, and Quantum mechanics warn of an effect. Shrodenger's cat! Time travel in its essence cannot escape changing the state of life.

Make no mistake! I love Time Travel shows and filmography. But fact is: time travel is an attempt to be God! To distrust God's Fate! God's truth! His Intent! His Ways in Our Life!

Life is consequences! God allowed evil, because without consequences: there is no choice! Choice was important enough: to Create Heaven! To Create Hell!

Nigeria Bombing Update

The death count is now 16, more in the range of more professional bomb-makers than previously appeared.
An Islamist terror tactics group, the Associated Press: says claimed responsibility.

My analysis saying it was likely a state actor or state connected actor stands.

There are always claims of responsibility- as verifiable each as one next. Yes, it may be an identifiable terrorist group bombing Nigeria for taking the side of the West at the UN, but the Islamist groups would likely bomb any group but Nigeria's UN, given the Nigerian government is the only to endorse Islamist enemies of an enemy of Islamists: Gaddafi.

The explanation by the American media- motive wise makes no sense.

I still think it was a state actor. The size of the bomb was bigger that I thought, which makes it harder to identify who made the attack. None the less, the motives seem to benefit states more than terror ideologies.

The Attack in Nigeria

My internet is down, so I cannot fact check, beyond what I knew to be fact two days ago: I have fact checked all I mention: but there may be new facts. [Note Facts Verified since Publication]

... But if I remember correctly Nigeria is the only country in the African theatre to endorse the Rebels in Libya as legitimate. The only nation to oppose the Republic of South Africa, which has gathered the entirety of the African Continent and the Arab League against the NATO overthrow of the sovereign Libyan state.

South Africa originally voted pro 1973 sc resolution. It thought the goal was to protect civilians- not provide cover for one side against another in a civil war. A civil war not between good and bad, but between two grey peoples.

The UN, largely funded by the United States of America- often also pursues its interests.

There is a reason why South African Gift of the Givers, and French MSF can get into Somalia where the UN cannot. The UN has been used against democracy in Somalia and other nations.

The Vatican supported South Africa, Germany, Russia, India, China, Brazil, the Arab League, and The African Union: in their opposition to the NATO invasion and bombing of Libya.

Vatican sources on the ground have been telling Vatican official news service Agenzia Fides: that civilians are being bombed by NATO, even seemingly more often than military targets, and that both sides have been shooting bystanders on the spot. This and the fact that it is against a Ius Cogents to accept a nation created by illegitimate means such as an illegal war, are some reasons why the very astute South African Public International Law team and our government have consistently opposed the NATO effort, and enforced a uniform shield: that Libya under the Rebels is not a legitimate nation.

The bombing of the UN in Nigeria is certainly political: I would think: if I am correct in remembering that it is Nigeria alone and against all other nations on the Continent- who recognised the Libyan rebels. And therefore: that a state actor: an ally of Gaddafi or Libya's fallen Regime, in terrible death throws of revenge; bombed the UN building.

Al Qaeda would have used twin bombings. This was a single car bomb, seemingly not a suicide attack. This is military style attack; against a political target. A clear statement of hatred, wrath, and warning in terror tactics. It killed just 7 people... It was clearly a small bomb and a small military style attack.

It is unlikely South Africa would be the state actor: in that case the bombing would be larger.

South African Coup D'etat efforts around the continent would indicate this is not the same style. It seems more the Arabic intelligence world's style of attack. It may be Libya intelligence, or allies or rogue troops.

All evidence would suggest that Libya is the cause of the issue! All I have said is fact checked!

Human Rights Watch Purposely defames South African farmers- Agri SA Argues

In a report based on interviews with 260 people, of whom 161 were reportedly in no way directly involved in farming, and where those interviewed were often listed as procured by Trade Unions, Human Rights Watch has alleged that South African farm workers have their human rights abused. This despite farms involved being certified for good labour practices by GlobalGap and by Ethical Trade of the international retailers. The 260 interviews were supposed to represent 121,000 farm workers.

South African Wine is a major export, as with Fruit exports to Europe. The report, heavily assisted by Trade Unions, as demonstrated by Agri SA, interestingly comes, just as those Trade Unions, through Cosatu, have called for nationalization of Agriculture. Many South Africans have left the country to farm elsewhere, as farm owners are murdered when they held out against government attempts to take the land in the past according to popular investigative journalism service Carte Blanche.

Interestingly, Obama's administration recently bent the rules about public comment, to enable universal and enforceable coverage on permanent female sterilization, and contraception in So Called Obamacare. Obamacare is the nickname for the current Insurance Law Regime in America regulating insurance companies, and enforcing universal healthcare insurance as something every citizen must buy from birth to death.

This achieved by citing what Health and Human Services department under Obama Democrat Party administration's curator: Secretary Kathleen Sebelius: labelled as an urgent need for permanent sterilization among college and university students, who it says would be denied "health" benefits if the policy were delayed. Her department's alleged concern was to prevent unwanted pregnancies. This was something slammed by the USCCB, which says pregnant women are not diseased or ill, but healthy. Sebelius, according to ~SACNS Archives, supported, and threw a party in honour of an abortionist who performed late term abortions when on trial for reportedly doing so even when flouting legal restrictions. Zuma King Maker Over-steps the very small Line, President asks if the man who got him into power along with leftest allies runs this country: a truly good question, considering !

Mr Malema, who's called for nationalisation of Industry (Banks, Mines, etc), has apparently been upsetting Mr Zuma (President). But this time over his comments that there is a need for "Regime Change" to be imposed on neighbouring Botswana for its support of the American government.

The ANC NEC, changed a meeting with the Youth League at the last minute, sending go fetch boy, Communist Party Leader Montashe to inform Malema the meeting was cancelled. As the one man to oppose nationalisation of what COSATU says the ANC has agreed for "General Industry", Mr Montashe is allegedly out of favour in certain circles. Malema didn't believe he had been so affronted as to see the meeting post-poned as its agenda changed from inducting the Youth League Leaders, to possible disciplinary action for endangering South African ties with neighbouring Botswana with what sounds iconically like a call for coup d'état in the country.

And as Montashe was sent to tell the Youth League of the cancellation, caused by his reported pressure to have them called into account, they decided allegedly not to believe him.

As Malema unceremoniously bust into the ANC NEC meeting where high level issues were being discussed, where Mr Zuma (President) set a new president: apparently asking with furore if the Youth League ran the country.

There were four people at the meeting, three NEC members confirmed the events where Zuma lost his temper. As there were seemingly two Youth League members there also. Two of the members of the Youth League confirmed the event.

If the perils of Cosatu's claims the ANC NEC will introduce general Nationalisation of Industry are anything to go by, their strike actions to further bleed the government dry will be even worse in future. Municipal strikes often turn out quite similar to London Riots, as Unions, allied with the ANC, answer to no one. I've driven through streets impacted by strikes, it is a scary sign in Braamfontein during Municipal strikes.

The Government workers now take up a huge portion of budget, stopping building of schools, new roads, just to afford paying salaries ever higher than in the private sector. A situation resulting in job losses everywhere.

According to the Sunday Times, which claims to have positive proof: Steve Bosch is alleged to have paid 1.2 Million of his company's " Sizani Build It" money from its Standard Bank account into Malema's account, and his architect's account in his name. The Sunday Times, which revealed similar facts by then National Prosecuting Authority Vusi Picoli against then Deputy President Zuma and Shabir Shake (released from jail controversially on death leave but yet to die years later) who was convicted: has a tendency to aim at Government corruption by the ANC. Steve Bosch got Tens of Millions in Tender money in Limpopo, for his company. Malema recently called for the nationalisation of all South African banks.

Desmond Tutu calls for already legally discriminated against "Whites"/Europeans/Caucasians to be further taxed as revenge for Apartheid: SAPA Reports

Sapa reports on comments by the former Anglican Archbishop and gay activist Desmond Tutu, to make whites, who he sees as rightly having felt guilt for Apartheid to pay extra taxes. With the Help of Nelson Mandela's cabinet, and policy decisions, and others: Whites are already barred from many top jobs even when there are not black South Africans to fill them, from money for charitable causes (such as when an orphan is white), and from certain degrees of ownership of companies. Whites are also unlikely to get educational scholarships, and unions, allied with the Ruling ANC: often bar the appointment of whites, either in low paying jobs, or in positions such as principle of a government school.

At least 6 00 000 of the minority population are already impoverished.

With the collapse of the British Family, and thus the rise of gangs; the laws protecting Youth, and thus the encouraged misdeeds, there are many causes for the British Chaos, but none more terrifying than the demographic Cause predicted to the EU Parliament to cause disaster in 2009



It is normal in a society, with a decreasing birthrate, to have xenophobia, as is seen in Europe, it is a psychological response. In a welfare state which claims it cares, but begins to drop that care, it is normal, as with Jewish prisoners in Concentration Camps, surviving: to feel entitled to what is not the belongings of the now or then disadvantaged. What is also normal, is economic collapse when birthrates reverse, and riots and protests as social welfare is no longer affordable as  population aging population dynamics interlace. 




With a reduction in respect for woman, and their necessity in marriage, also, one may presume the same elements of that disastrous Bare Branches phenomena in the Far East, resulting in most of the uprisings in India and China, could well be simulated by the lack of duty to girlfriends, or potential wives, among the mostly male rioters.





British Riots, largely influences include those by media... coverage of issues, including disastrous endorsements of Arab Spring (Which won't in fact bring better quality of living if examples such as the Ending of Apartheid are any clues)

Not to mention separatist riots in NI. called wooing rituals by some media. simply put. its a game in a society where laws are not ruled by morals, and law enforcement and government have little authority,and no deep moral authority in the relativism they pursue.

What isn't being mentioned by those covering the global economic crises, and the revolutionary activities in Europe is why the social systems such as USA Social Security, so apparently viable, e.g. retirement funds, in the past, are now something so dangerous:

Further a massive amount of people in jail are hyperactive as per population, something I read in Lancet, can be linked to chemicals in food in much of the Western World.

What really needs cutting is USA medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security in General. And, for America's safe, needs also is: to stop attacking accountants such as Standard and Poor's, as Barack Obama instists on doing, for downgrading them from AAA to AA+ for the first time since the 19 teens. Obama-care "Individual Mandate" - "Unconstitutional"- claims court

The 11th Circuit Court has ruled USA Universal Health Insurance Scheme nicknamed "Obama-Care" by Opponents "Unconstitutional" in re individual mandate to buy health insurance!

According to the court forcing citizens to buy an expensive product such as health insurance from birth to death, is beyond the commercial areas power of the federal congress. Reportedly two of the three judge panel support the US president's party, or are affiliated with it, another possible blow for the US President.

The HHS, under Obama has recently used the legislation to define pregnancy as an illness of sorts, according to the USCCB, the Catholic hierarchy in the United States of America. The new regulations, as applied by Obama's representative mandate coverage of expensive sterilisation, artificial chemical contraceptive, and abortion pills.

Recent studies have linked some of these "preventative measures" to serious diseases and to later infertility where unintended.

Obama-Care "Unconstitutional" US Court

The 11th Circuit court, with two judges reportedly Democrats, and a third judge, ruled the "Individual mandate" to buy health insurance was unconstitutional as it reportedly "exceeds Congress's enumerated commerce power".

The Barack Obama government has used the controversial law to aid his campaign ally Planned Parenthood, his HHS department forcing insurers to cover sterilisation of people, artificial contraception, and proven abortificant pills. Pregnancy being considered an illness under the rules. Catholic bishops opposed the system while supporting healthcare expansion, stating that it would introduce universal abortion coverage, and that pregnancy was not an illness. The USCCB is sure to welcome this small victory.

The debate will likely go to the Supreme Court.
