South Sudan; North Africa: Ugandan "Lord's Resistance Army": accused of attacking Sudanese villagers

(Social Justice South Africa; c.f. Reuters (Secular; British; Independent) 08 / Jan / 2009 ; BBC World News (Secular; British; Government) 01 / Jan / 2009 )

Article by Marc Aupiais

Western Equatoria, a region in southern Sudan, has accused the Ugandan LRA (Lord's Resistance Army): of killing 38 Sudanese villagers (accusations are by the governor of the area: Jemma Nunu Kumba). The LRA has recently been pushed back from positions in the Congo. Caritas Internationalis: a humanitarian grouping: claims that about 400 people were killed in LRA raids over the Christmas period, including many in a Catholic Church.

Accusations of dismemberment, the bashing of a baby against a tree, and throwing a man in a fire, are just some of these surfacing from South Sudanese authorities. Ugandan, Congolese (DRC), and southern Sudanese troops were involved in recent offensives against the LRA. After a brief silent period in December, ending with offenses against the Ugandan Rebels: who have displaced about 2 million Ugandan civilians, and whose leaders are wanted in the Hague (International Criminal Court) for war crimes: The LRA, has since been accused of a spate of brutal, even primitive massacres of civilians.

Many of their outposts in the DRC, have been irradiated in bombings, but their leadership(including:their elusive commander: Joseph Kony), which is wanted for trial in the International Criminal Court(ICC): have yet to be caught.

Recently, the BBC, reported of fears that the LRA, were heading towards CAR, after the recent offenses against them in a national park (Garamba).

Spain a battle-ground? Spanish Catholic Church facing the socialist secularist government: born of an Al Qaeda Attack

(Social Justice South Africa; c.f. New York Times (Secular; American; At times highly antagonistic) 05 Jan 2008)

Article by Marc Aupiais

The Al Qaeda train bombings created a new era in Spanish politics, and social life. A radical socialist government: has emerged: which legalized gay marriage, is radically for abortion and euthanasia: both defined as Genocide in article 2 of the United Nations declaration. Socialist, and Secularist: note, not secular: but secularist: the Spanish government: has enforced what affectively is a ban on religious ideas, symbols, and mentality: in the public realm. Crucifixes were removed from schools: via a lawsuit; a Nativity scene was removed from the State Attorneys' offices; and many a case has emerged.

Including the targeting of a judge: who saw a lesbian couple as unfit parents: in accordance with Psychological studies.

The New York Times: calls Spain: the battleground for Europe: where religion and Secularism: are fighting what they see as a final battle. Only about 30% of Spanish people attend mass regularly: as compared with Johannesburg's, about 1%, and less than 10% of Catholics: this is actually large. Unlike many other countries: Spain, like America: was bitten by a vampirous Al Qaeda: and in turn: became something else entirely.

While we don't endorse the New York Times: their articles are often very well written. We have provided a link. Please be weary, not all their articles are acceptable to our service.

There are still large Catholic Nations in Europe, other than Spain: but the Spanish secularism; is the most rabid, and dangerous in Europe: whereby: a victory for religious freedom in Spain: against the radical socialist, secularist Spanish socialist left party: could be duplicated elsewhere in Europe.

South Africa: COSATU's ANC allies obey their "Kingmakers": and blame the violence on Israel

(Scriptrelink Voter's Guide; c.f. IOL (Secular; Independent; South African) 04/01/2009)

Article by Marc Aupiais

Whenever leaders of the socialist affiliated COSATU trade union: noted for their statements against the ten commandments, and calls for genocide inside South Africa: by their leader: whenever these make statements: usually, the ANC, like a puppet, or lapdog, follows suite. South Africa: has called for Israel to withdraw without any conditions whatsoever, further, it has blamed the violence, squarely on Israeli soldiers: ignoring the originally hundreds of rockets daily: before the counter-offensive, and dozens currently: being launched at Israeli civilians, by Hamas: a group which took the Gaza strip from the Palestinian government: by force alone, and has repeatedly called for these terror attacks to continue, also saying they will bomb Israel with suicide bombers.

This despite thirty rockets launched by Terrorist group Hamas, into Israel, today: one hitting a childcare facility. South Africa's government has refused to act on Zimbabwe for 7 years, causing thousands, if not millions of deaths, yet the communist affiliated South African government, which itself has not objected much at all: to calls for genocide, and voter intimidation, by the Ruling ANC's members, nor has seen fit to prevent massive human rights abuses in Zimbabwe: has suddenly decided, that Israel, has no right to a peace deal, which will insure its safety, against Hamas, a group: which took the Gaza strip by force recently, and which is causing problems in the Palestinian government: with terror tactics, and forced empowerment: similar to that used for years, by Hezbolla, on Lebanon.

This is not to say, that Israel, is not causing huge collateral damage, it is not to justify their war: but it is simply another example of South Africa's version of democracy, which affords dictators, and War criminals, Terrorists, and human rights abusers: certain treatment, and other nations, a different sort of treatment.

What is sorely missing from this condemnation, is any call for Hamas to withdraw from dozens of missile strikes aimed at Israeli civilians: it is this sort of illogical: partisan diplomacy: which has allowed the Middle East situation, like the Zimbabwean one: to continue. It is simply more evidence of the double standards, by which the South African government views the world. We have yet to see the ANC condemn their followers for violent act, or statement after violent act or statement, nor have we yet to see very many of their politicians adequately punished for breaking the laws of South Africa.

While South Africa has seen fit to ask the United Nations (UN), to condemn Israeli violence: it must be noted, the press report we have read, not once mentions the fact, that this new violence was solely launched by the hundreds of rockets launched into Israel daily at the time. While we do not agree with Israeli methods, we certainly cannot possibly see: how it is that South Africa could possibly purely blame this on the Jewish nation.

If there is to be peace in the Middle East, partisan interference, by countries, like South Africa: must start to lose its power. This entire situation must be treated, by the United Nations: as exactly what it is: a war, between a political movement, which took power by force, and which has been launching missiles at another nation: from the area it has ceased, purposely firing from highly populated areas: with no regard for life: against civilians; and a nation, ruled by a government: which had advanced more than most: towards peace in this situation.

If Israel must withdraw: then the International Community, must ensure the safety of her free citizens. International troops must be deployed: to treat violations of the peace, in the same manner: as they have in any other warring region. As it is, unfair statements: will do nothing but continue to isolate Israel: meaning that they will feel they have to sort this situation out alone: and ignore the International Community.

So far, we have not seen a statement capable of ensuring Israel: that it is worth listening to. If this situation is to be resolved: both sides must be forced to halt attacks: shouting against Israel: while ignoring the consistent breaches of International Law: by their opponents, is hardly of benefit to the situation: South Africa's own "Quiet Diplomacy" with Zimbabwe: is based on some vague principle, of being "Neutral", even as the MDC, has periodically accused it of being utterly partisan.

Eurasia, Middle East, Iraq: Al Qaeda threatens to slit the throats of all Christians remaining in Iraq, as situation for Christians worsens despite claims of improvement in security

(Social Justice South Africa; c.f. EWTN Global News 19/11/08)

Article by Marc Aupiais

A group affiliated with Al Qaeda in Iraq threaten to commit genocide against Christians in Iraq: already suffering sporadic murders, rape, theft, pillaging, burning of houses, and violence and threats. A mass exodus of Christians from Mosul was sited in the threats: as all Christians were called to join Catholics who have already been leaving Iraq.

Violence against Christians has not been wiped out: but still is and will probably remain systematically, successfully, and viably continued, as American occupiers continue to claim improvements: generally among non-Christians. The situation among Iraqi followers of Christian beliefs: has only increased since the overthrowing of what was seen as dictatorship: under Saddam Hussein. What Barak Hussein Obama will do about this is crucial when he assumes his responsibilities: an unwarranted, politically motivated withdrawal of troops, will only further destroy an already persecuted Christian population.

India- Agenzia Fides- Indian Hindu Fundamentalists reappropriate Christian lands- having driven thousands into jungles, killed many,

(Social Justice South Africa; c.f. Agenzia Fides 21/10/08)

Article by Marc Aupiais

Having chased them from their homes by a calculated Genocide- in which Christian sources allege government negligence- Hindu Fundamentalists are moving into homes once belonging to Christians.

The lower levels in refugee camps, according to Agenzia Fides- cannot be attributed to a drop of violence- but to Christians migrating away from the violence. Over 50 000 people are facing obsticles, while hiding in Indian jungles, despite dangers faced from nature, and constant threat of annihilation from Hindu extremist, or else in government sponsored refugee camps- into which some attacks have been picked up as succeding by international press agencies.

India recently made headlines for a mission into space- it cost 60 million Euros.

The lives cost of Christians within the country due to inadequate actions from a government which either can't or wont secure the security of Christian citizens- has been far greater than sending an object into space to analize resources on the moon.

Social Justice South Africa- Northern Ireland- British Culture of Death- attempting to force abortion regulations on Northern Ireland

(Social Justice South Africa; c.f. Catholic Culture 17/10/08; Irish Bishops Conference 17/10/08)

Article by Marc Aupiais

The new British suggested amendments to the already controversial Embryology bill, are such, which aims at legalizing abortion until the moment of birth- has also the aim at doing the same, as is now common practice in pro-abortion Britain- to the Northern Irish citizens. Since England conquered Ireland, and has refused a withdrawal from Northern Ireland, despite years of Irish Opposition to the occupational force, there has been some degree of hostility between the Catholic Irish, and Protestant descendants of British Citizens- perhaps this latest development gives further light as to why politics and Catholicism must not be separated completely.

The problem with labeling conflicts as purely religious- lies in the fact that religion and culture saturate every aspect of culture. The Irish Bishops appose the bill- being contemplated in the British parliament- and possibly to be enforced against the Irish.

Due to the Genocide definition of the UN, and the views of the Catholic church- Catholic Irish will once again be upset with a British decision. While this bill is to be apposed- the Irish Bishops are wisely doing so with a pro-life rally, and with prayer- the only people to die from this open attempt to interfere with Irish Democracy- may well be the unborn children whose parents decide to kill them. These same Bishops apposed the efforts of the IRA, showing that their opposition to one form of killing, is not hypocrisy- as they also appose other forms of intentionally killing persons not found guilty of any crime.

Genocide, according to the United Nations is:

"Article 2

In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

(a) Killing members of the group;

(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;

(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;

(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group."
(Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide

Approved and proposed for signature and ratification or accession by
General Assembly resolution 260 A (III) of 9 December 1948

entry into force 12 January 1951, in accordance with article XIII)
http://www.unhchr.ch/html/menu3/b/p_genoci.htm

The Catholic church excommunicates all who make efforts to support abortion- Canon law does not make distinctions as to amount.

Retraction:

Retraction of incorrect detail:

The Embryology was only hoped by pro-abortion advocates to include
these regulations, we made a error in our report by saying the bill
would include them- this was incorrect, on the discussion of the bill-
in order to pass it- the British did not permit the pro-abortion, or
pro-life parties to discuss amendments such as those mentioned
previously, we give our readers apologies for the error. Here is the updated version of the article! We have since remove this from the article, and offer our sincere apologies for this error, which somehow worked it's way into this specific article, while we ourselves picked up the error, if you ever see a detail in our articles which appears suspect, or even a spelling mistake, please research it, and inform us, our first aim is for truth, we unlike other organizations put truth beyond any cover-up of bad sources, or information. We not only apologize for the error, but will try our hardest to prevent any such slip of the pen from ever occurring again via extensive editing, yours sincerely,Marc Aupiais!
