UN HRC declares internet access, freedom online: human rights!

(SACNS)

UN HRC declares internet access, freedom online: human rights! One must remember that the Human Rights council is controversial, often focused more on political horseplay, media relations, and punishing enemies, than Human Rights.

The Declaration by the agenda driven group, certainly isn't like a binding vote... and that is probably why, the many members who have no intention to grant such a right, voted to declare these not real 'human rights', something only named such by them. China's stipulation, mentioned by Mashable, certainly shows: how unenforceable these words truly are, especially for a socio-economic right such as internet access: which cannot be granted all at once, or easily defined or enforced!
Mashable originally shared this post:
Is Internet access and online freedom of expression a basic human right? The United Nations’ Human Rights Council unanimously backed that notion in a resolution passed Thursday.

The resolution says that all people should be allowed to connect to and express themselves freely on the Internet. All 47 members of the Human Rights Council, including notoriously censorship-prone countries such as China and Cuba, signed the resolution.

Religion is important. Real religion. Be it Catholic or another mainstream world religion. I hope she finds solace in something.

In the eyes of the Catholic Church, she was never married to Tom cruise, due to her marrying in a Scientology ceremony, to my knowledge... so that won't stand in her way... and if she signed a letter renouncing Catholicism, which most don't, there's still Tom's two previous marriages, so still, not married in the eyes of the Church.

Rupert Murdoch: Mitt Romney is needed: to save America from Obama 'socialism'!

(SACNS)

NewsCorp Head, Rupert Murdoch, who in 2008, supported Barack Obama, has made a clear about turn.

Unrelated... except in the lone rider style: A motorcyclist: Picture by Marc Evan Aupiais!

The Australian born man, who gave up his Southern Hemisphere citizenship by birth, on immigrating to the United States, had already asked his friends on Twitter to read the Declaration of Independence:

Rupert Murdoch, had just been criticizing Mitt Romney's caretaker image, noting he saw Hispanics voting Obama, as a bad thing, for America:

Commenting on Mitt Romney's religion, after attacking Tom Cruise as belonging to a 'creepy' maybe 'evil' group of people, Rupert Murdoch, the Fox News and Wall Street Journal etc Tycoon, said he certainly doesn't fear Mormons, or indirectly, a Mormon holding 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW Washington, DC 20500!

How are candidates doing?

'The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows Mitt Romney attracting 46% of the vote, while President Obama earns 44%. Four percent (4%) prefer some other candidate, and five percent (5%) are undecided.

Matchup results are updated daily at 9:30 a.m. Eastern (sign up for free daily e-mail update). See tracking history.

While the Supreme Court declared that the president’s health care law is constitutional, they were unable to make it popular. Fifty-two percent (52%) still favor repeal of the law.  That’s little changed from a week ago and little changed since the law was passed more than two years ago. However, while most voters still hope for repeal, the belief that it will happen has fallen sharply.  Just 39% now believe repeal is even somewhat likely, down from 61% last week.

Ratings for the Supreme Court have slipped since the health care ruling.  A week ago, 36% said the high court was doing a good or an excellent job. That’s down to 33% today. The big change is a rise in negative perceptions. Today, 28% say the court is doing a poor job. That’s up 11 points over the past week.

A growing number (56%) now believe the Justices pursue their own agenda rather than ruling on an impartial basis. Also, the number who see the Court as too liberal is up while the number who see it as too conservative is down. The Court’s ratings are slipping at a time when just 22% believe the government has the consent of the governed.

Political analyst Michael Barone writes that even though the health care law survived, the political playing field has changed. “It's not a winning issue for the incumbent.” '

ahh! Making the world a better place;)!~ 'New app 'counts down' the days, minutes and seconds until women become infertile' - Daily Mail!

Of course, it sounds highly inaccurate, as every woman is different, but no doubt the stress of being told, 'You are infertile' will be enough... to make you so;)!~

Infertility can often be avoided by modern computerized techniques, which look into a woman's temperature, and some physical signs, to see when she is most likely to conceive. Often the sympto-thermal method, even without computer help, is more effective and cheaper as an alternative to controversial IVF, among other methods. Postponing of child-birth can significantly reduce the chances of having a child, but often women do have children in later life, even naturally. Many other methods of determining fertility, than time are applicable in infertility debates.
Daily Mail originally shared this post:

10 Dead, 40 Wounded, in Attack on Catholic, Christian Churches in Kenya, near Somalia

(SACNS)

The Kenyan town of Garissa, was decimated this Sunday Morning, by simultaneous attacks on two of it's Christian churches, media reports. Assailants wearing face coverings to protect their identity, launched grenade attacks, and conducted firearms fire upon those attending Christian services, in the town, near bordering Somalia.

This is what regional police chief, for the border area, Philip Ndolo informed the media, as noted by Reuters, The Associated Press, and the BBC, in varying degrees.

This attack, follows Friday's kidnapping of four aid workers, killing of a bus driver, by the Dadaab refugee camp, and a night club being attacked last Sunday, in Mombasa, Reuters reports.

Kenya sent members of their armed forces into neighboring failed state, Somalia, in October, Reuters reports. Their stated aim was to crush Al Qaeda affiliated al Shabaab.

Apple Computers: Google Plus Users #BoycottApple over Galaxy Nexus ban, 'Slave Labour' claims!

(SACNS)

*Slave Labour accusations
* Patent wars versus innovation
* Anti-Christian actions alleged
* Data spying, corporate espionage allowed for 3rd party apps, PC World doesn't think IO6 will end this.

This morning, when I logged into Google Plus, I noticed something up... #BoycottApple was trending.

Why people want to Boycott Apple, the maker of the IPhone, IPad, Mac, IOS, IOS6, etc?

Why? mostly over their having a US judge ban Samsung Galaxy tab, and in another more recent instance, having a US judge ban the Samsung Galaxy Nexus sales in the USA, and people want to boycott Apple, partly over recent allegations, of 'slave labour' conditions facing those making Apple products

Apple's political campaigning, and moving to ban apps from their istore, which criticize political views, which Apple agrees with, have also caused some to dislike their products, for instance, the Manhattan Declaration App, was banned, seemingly for opposing abortion, and saying marriage is between one man and one woman. An app which believed homosexual lifestyle to be a choice, was also banned

Apple has also donated considerable money to changing the definition of Marriage legally in the United States, from one man and one woman, to 'homosexual marriage'.

Apple's storing of private voice Data, taken from Siri usage, Spy Planes saga, and consistent allowing of 3rd party applications to steal private data, even (in the case of LinkedIn) corporate secrets, a practice IO6, despite Apple claims, PC World says: will not address, only protecting Apple legally speaking, according to PC world, is another reason some are disquieted.

It is uncertain what effect any aim at boycotting will have. It is possible, that the Trend, much like a strike, in a main street, may suggest to Apple, it is time to change some of their practices, or it may cause a boycott, or else, have no effect, or some unexpected effect.
