Vigil Ante acts only serve to create more violence. There is a reason why there are juries and judges, and jails: a man should not just be killed at his neighbour's discretion! Due Process / procedural fairness is a must, or innocent men are killed. And since when does he have a right to administer his own judge and jury death penalty!
