I think that under his father... North Korea would have launched the Earth Observation Satellite, from which to hover over the earth ominously ... just too bad... ;)!~ lols!
Now if they could just get Israel's help, or outsource to India;)!
They should do what everyone else does and use a BMW jet engine, and hire out the old South African nuclear scientists. Lols!
