The Mortal Sin: of Time Travel

Article by Marc Aupiais

In the end, any moral analysis of time travel must conclude: it is extra-ordinarily selfish: it is based on pride and self assurance: it aims to avoid consequences we incur in life: it aims to destroy our accountability to choices and thus the concept of choice itself.

Where every choice can be reversed: no choice is made: without permanent consequences: people only do what is most advantageous; a culture of selfish self enrichment emerges from time travel.

Further, the possibility of ruining someone else's life, causing them to never exist perhaps, a grey soul, if even possible.

Even where it is only to observe: the Butterfly Effect, and Quantum mechanics warn of an effect. Shrodenger's cat! Time travel in its essence cannot escape changing the state of life.

Make no mistake! I love Time Travel shows and filmography. But fact is: time travel is an attempt to be God! To distrust God's Fate! God's truth! His Intent! His Ways in Our Life!

Life is consequences! God allowed evil, because without consequences: there is no choice! Choice was important enough: to Create Heaven! To Create Hell!

Nigeria Bombing Update

Note by Marc Aupiais

The death count is now 16, more in the range of more professional bomb-makers than previously appeared.
An Islamist terror tactics group, the Associated Press: says claimed responsibility.

My analysis saying it was likely a state actor or state connected actor stands.

There are always claims of responsibility- as verifiable each as one next. Yes, it may be an identifiable terrorist group bombing Nigeria for taking the side of the West at the UN, but the Islamist groups would likely bomb any group but Nigeria's UN, given the Nigerian government is the only to endorse Islamist enemies of an enemy of Islamists: Gaddafi.

The explanation by the American media- motive wise makes no sense.

I still think it was a state actor. The size of the bomb was bigger that I thought, which makes it harder to identify who made the attack. None the less, the motives seem to benefit states more than terror ideologies.

The Attack in Nigeria

Note Analytical by Marc Aupiais

My internet is down, so I cannot fact check, beyond what I knew to be fact two days ago: I have fact checked all I mention: but there may be new facts. [Note Facts Verified since Publication]

... But if I remember correctly Nigeria is the only country in the African theatre to endorse the Rebels in Libya as legitimate. The only nation to oppose the Republic of South Africa, which has gathered the entirety of the African Continent and the Arab League against the NATO overthrow of the sovereign Libyan state.

South Africa originally voted pro 1973 sc resolution. It thought the goal was to protect civilians- not provide cover for one side against another in a civil war. A civil war not between good and bad, but between two grey peoples.

The UN, largely funded by the United States of America- often also pursues its interests.

There is a reason why South African Gift of the Givers, and French MSF can get into Somalia where the UN cannot. The UN has been used against democracy in Somalia and other nations.

The Vatican supported South Africa, Germany, Russia, India, China, Brazil, the Arab League, and The African Union: in their opposition to the NATO invasion and bombing of Libya.

Vatican sources on the ground have been telling Vatican official news service Agenzia Fides: that civilians are being bombed by NATO, even seemingly more often than military targets, and that both sides have been shooting bystanders on the spot. This and the fact that it is against a Ius Cogents to accept a nation created by illegitimate means such as an illegal war, are some reasons why the very astute South African Public International Law team and our government have consistently opposed the NATO effort, and enforced a uniform shield: that Libya under the Rebels is not a legitimate nation.

The bombing of the UN in Nigeria is certainly political: I would think: if I am correct in remembering that it is Nigeria alone and against all other nations on the Continent- who recognised the Libyan rebels. And therefore: that a state actor: an ally of Gaddafi or Libya's fallen Regime, in terrible death throws of revenge; bombed the UN building.

Al Qaeda would have used twin bombings. This was a single car bomb, seemingly not a suicide attack. This is military style attack; against a political target. A clear statement of hatred, wrath, and warning in terror tactics. It killed just 7 people... It was clearly a small bomb and a small military style attack.

It is unlikely South Africa would be the state actor: in that case the bombing would be larger.

South African Coup D'etat efforts around the continent would indicate this is not the same style. It seems more the Arabic intelligence world's style of attack. It may be Libya intelligence, or allies or rogue troops.

All evidence would suggest that Libya is the cause of the issue! All I have said is fact checked!

However my information except on the bombing is two days old. My information on the bombing is from a Scripturelink.net journalist, the Associated Press, and the French Government's propaganda wing: France 24/AFP.

Activist Human Rights Watch in 'malicious' report: attempts to destroy private enterprise, South African Wine, Fruit Export?

Article by Marc Aupiais

Human Rights Watch Purposely defames South African farmers- Agri SA Argues

c.f. [23rd August 2011] Agri SA: HRW farm report 'malicious’ - IOL Business Day
http://www.iol.co.za/business/business-news/agri-sa-hrw-farm-report-malicious-1.1123485

In a report based on interviews with 260 people, of whom 161 were reportedly in no way directly involved in farming, and where those interviewed were often listed as procured by Trade Unions, Human Rights Watch has alleged that South African farm workers have their human rights abused. This despite farms involved being certified for good labour practices by GlobalGap and by Ethical Trade of the international retailers. The 260 interviews were supposed to represent 121,000 farm workers.

South African Wine is a major export, as with Fruit exports to Europe. The report, heavily assisted by Trade Unions, as demonstrated by Agri SA, interestingly comes, just as those Trade Unions, through Cosatu, have called for nationalization of Agriculture. Many South Africans have left the country to farm elsewhere, as farm owners are murdered when they held out against government attempts to take the land in the past according to popular investigative journalism service Carte Blanche.

While USA government controversially Promotes sterilizing college students as a need, their vice president endorses one child policy in China

Article by Marc Aupiais

USA Vice President endorsed Chinese One Child Policy, as USA promotes free sterilization as a good for college students

USA Vice President Joseph Biden as representative of the United States has endorsed the Bare Branches prone One Child Policy in China, as USA itself suggests sterilization of college students

One Child policy a good thing, but with some drawbacks - the USA Vice President claims, while explaining his take on US debt to Chinese college students

Through its representative, Vice President Joseph Biden, Obama's Democrat USA calls Communist China's one child policy and its horrific results understandable, while noting its cost in social security? Susan B Anthony List and one republican opposition politician were both forthright enough to slam the move by the Obama administration. China's policy has created an imbalance between male and female populations, a disaster for the elderly, and the possibility of social instability through the direct creation of bare branches, a tinder for revolutions.

c.f. [August 23, 2011] Fox news ; Biden Says He's Not 'Second-Guessing' China's One-Child Rule

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2011/08/23/biden-says-hes-not-second-guessing-chinas-one-child-rule/

Through Obamacare, the HHS of USA recently asked to rush policy through forcing insurance companies to cover sterilisation, to insure college students had access

c.f. [1st August 2011] HHS: No “Delay” in Contraceptives, Sterilization for College Students - Cardinal Newman Society, which quotes the submission the HHS made to not wait for public comment due to "adverse" side effects of not sterilizing college girls.

Interestingly, Obama's administration recently bent the rules about public comment, to enable universal and enforceable coverage on permanent female sterilization, and contraception in So Called Obamacare. Obamacare is the nickname for the current Insurance Law Regime in America regulating insurance companies, and enforcing universal healthcare insurance as something every citizen must buy from birth to death.

This achieved by citing what Health and Human Services department under Obama Democrat Party administration's curator: Secretary Kathleen Sebelius: labelled as an urgent need for permanent sterilization among college and university students, who it says would be denied "health" benefits if the policy were delayed. Her department's alleged concern was to prevent unwanted pregnancies. This was something slammed by the USCCB, which says pregnant women are not diseased or ill, but healthy. Kathleen Sebelius: according to the health and Human Services website is well known for this quote:

"Prevention isn’t as exciting as a life-saving surgery after a heart attack. It doesn’t create headlines like a massive food recall. Success often doesn’t show up until many years later. And even then it’s hard to see. But the potential benefits are huge - Secretary Kathleen Sebelius"

HHS USA Secretary of the HHS Biography
www.hhs.gov/secretary/about/biography/index.html

Sebelius, according to ~SACNS Archives, supported, and threw a party in honour of an abortionist who performed late term abortions when on trial for reportedly doing so even when flouting legal restrictions. The party was for the abortionist and his staff. Late term abortions are classified as those abortions where the child would survive if it were born.

Massive Municipal Strike; Malema Corruption Evidence? Whites to be taxed for skin colour? And Friction amidst ANC Allies over anti-USA Botswana coup d'état call

(Social Justice South Africa: Social Justice; Family; Life news Service of the ~SACNS)

Article by Marc Aupiais c.f. Google Plus account of Marc Aupiais, where this opinionated post originally appeared!

Today in the Communist Dictatorship column :

Summary:
Zuma King Maker Over-steps the very small Line, President asks if the man who got him into power along with leftest allies runs this countrya truly good question, considering !
Government Workers STRIKE for a further 18% increase in already huge salaries, on tomorrow the day of the Assumption of Mary into heaven
Sunday Times: finally links Malema to alleged Government Tender Fraud in Limpopo?
Desmond Tutu calls for already legally discriminated against "Whites"/Europeans/Caucasians to be further taxed as revenge for Apartheid: SAPA Reports

*START*>

Zuma King Maker Over-steps the very small Line, President asks if the man who got him into power along with leftest allies runs this countrya truly good question, considering !

Mr Malema, who's called for nationalisation of Industry (Banks, Mines, etc), has apparently been upsetting Mr Zuma (President). But this time over his comments that there is a need for "Regime Change" to be imposed on neighbouring Botswana for its support of the American government.

The ANC NEC, changed a meeting with the Youth League at the last minute, sending go fetch boy, Communist Party Leader Montashe to inform Malema the meeting was cancelled. As the one man to oppose nationalisation of what COSATU says the ANC has agreed for "General Industry", Mr Montashe is allegedly out of favour in certain circles. Malema didn't believe he had been so affronted as to see the meeting post-poned as its agenda changed from inducting the Youth League Leaders, to possible disciplinary action for endangering South African ties with neighbouring Botswana with what sounds iconically like a call for coup d'état in the country.

And as Montashe was sent to tell the Youth League of the cancellation, caused by his reported pressure to have them called into account, they decided allegedly not to believe him.

As Malema unceremoniously bust into the ANC NEC meeting where high level issues were being discussed, where Mr Zuma (President) set a new president: apparently asking with furore if the Youth League ran the country.

There were four people at the meeting, three NEC members confirmed the events where Zuma lost his temper. As there were seemingly two Youth League members there also. Two of the members of the Youth League confirmed the event.

Source on the specific events of the said meeting:

President Zuma fumes at Malema ... - Times LIVE http://www.timeslive.co.za/politics/2011/08/14/president-zuma-fumes-at-malema-... lets hope Mr Zuma gains courage: as so far his King Makers have called for overthrowing Botsawna, communism?

Government Workers STRIKE for a further 18% increase in already huge salaries, on tomorrow the day of the Assumption of Mary into heaven

If the perils of Cosatu's claims the ANC NEC will introduce general Nationalisation of Industry are anything to go by, their strike actions to further bleed the government dry will be even worse in future. Municipal strikes often turn out quite similar to London Riots, as Unions, allied with the ANC, answer to no one. I've driven through streets impacted by strikes, it is a scary sign in Braamfontein during Municipal strikes.

The Government workers now take up a huge portion of budget, stopping building of schools, new roads, just to afford paying salaries ever higher than in the private sector. A situation resulting in job losses everywhere.

Sunday Times: finally links Malema to alleged Government Tender Fraud in Limpopo?

According to the Sunday Times, which claims to have positive proof: Steve Bosch is alleged to have paid 1.2 Million of his company's " Sizani Build It" money from its Standard Bank account into Malema's account, and his architect's account in his name. The Sunday Times, which revealed similar facts by then National Prosecuting Authority Vusi Picoli against then Deputy President Zuma and Shabir Shake (released from jail controversially on death leave but yet to die years later) who was convicted: has a tendency to aim at Government corruption by the ANC. Steve Bosch got Tens of Millions in Tender money in Limpopo, for his company. Malema recently called for the nationalisation of all South African banks.

Desmond Tutu calls for already legally discriminated against "Whites"/Europeans/Caucasians to be further taxed as revenge for Apartheid: SAPA Reports

Sapa reports on comments by the former Anglican Archbishop and gay activist Desmond Tutu, to make whites, who he sees as rightly having felt guilt for Apartheid to pay extra taxes. With the Help of Nelson Mandela's cabinet, and policy decisions, and others: Whites are already barred from many top jobs even when there are not black South Africans to fill them, from money for charitable causes (such as when an orphan is white), and from certain degrees of ownership of companies. Whites are also unlikely to get educational scholarships, and unions, allied with the Ruling ANC: often bar the appointment of whites, either in low paying jobs, or in positions such as principle of a government school.

At least 6 00 000 of the minority population are already impoverished.

I am white.

For source on Tutu's words and far right Afrikaans Party's response this is our source:

Just another day in what was once paradise for many more people than now: as ironically the average standard of living for all South Africans was higher under Apartheid, when half the world abandoned us under sanctions. Or perhaps Iconically. Not Ironically! Iconic of a nation where the pendulum swings from one dangerously out of sync state to another, perhaps even more dangerous for its seamless apparent powers and its deals with Unions, and others!

BIKE uses brainwaves to change gears : Toyota makes it so beware

When Toyota mats in cars made them go in uncontrolled acceleration, Toyota clearly got an idea, use a technique used by psychologists (I helped install one) called bio-feedback to control bikes and make them shift gears by brainwaves: you know: alpha, Beta , etc!

Did I mention Beta as in Test:

Not for the market,

Perhaps because of that uncontrolled acceleration issue?

See their promoting Toyota uncontrolled I mean mindwave accelleration as a good thing video on that wave at IT peoples MAshable.com site!

The Disasters: Rioting, economic fails in Britain: will spread throughout Western World- Governments', KPMG Studies Suggest

(SW2SNews: See What We See News)

Article by Marc Aupiais

With the collapse of the British Family, and thus the rise of gangs; the laws protecting Youth, and thus the encouraged misdeeds, there are many causes for the British Chaos, but none more terrifying than the demographic Cause predicted to the EU Parliament to cause disaster in 2009

It is normal in a society, with a decreasing birthrate, to have xenophobia, as is seen in Europe, it is a psychological response. In a welfare state which claims it cares, but begins to drop that care, it is normal, as with Jewish prisoners in Concentration Camps, surviving: to feel entitled to what is not the belongings of the now or then disadvantaged. What is also normal, is economic collapse when birthrates reverse, and riots and protests as social welfare is no longer affordable as  population aging population dynamics interlace.

With a reduction in respect for woman, and their necessity in marriage, also, one may presume the same elements of that disastrous Bare Branches phenomena in the Far East, resulting in most of the uprisings in India and China, could well be simulated by the lack of duty to girlfriends, or potential wives, among the mostly male rioters.

British Riots, largely influences include those by media... coverage of issues, including disastrous endorsements of Arab Spring (Which won't in fact bring better quality of living if examples such as the Ending of Apartheid are any clues)

Recently SACNS Marc Aupiais reported:
Associated Press say tech savvy rioters who use bbm to co-ordinate, and avoid police, unsurprisingly avoided London resulting in quiet. They spread to other cities. is what we call vulnerable house rule.anyway. they just said quiet night. spread to other cities.

British Youth Riots! Vatican Radio, following subsidiarity reporting, which I. Highly value! Says of London Riots:

The riots which surprising in their nature, form, timing: were hardly out of Character for Modern British Youth! Violence has normative mainstay in most British lives at that age. It is a norm. Not an exception to be affected by violence. The issue started after a peaceful protest. Rioters abused sentiments. London had huge policing over night- and like all criminals they switched to softer looter targets!

This! Vatican Radio in particular emphasizes, has been kindled for years.. Into Today!

London RIOTS, what are the Causes?

who else rates London Riots is due to Video Games. Role playing. Mtv. Rapper USA Culture. Union Riots recently on fees. UK not using rubber bullets. lack of laws protecting AGAINST immature youth. And global recession. and Arab Spring Uprisings being played along with how they were achieved. All giving people with bbm and able to teamwork from games. ability and resources and want to cause chaos and anarchy. to get free stuff. e.g. wii cotrollers. while making burning cars, murder seem cool. as usa media says. Not to mention separatist riots in NI. called wooing rituals by some media. simply put. its a game in a society where laws are not ruled by morals, and law enforcement and government have little authority, and no deep moral authority in the relativism they pursue.

Demographics: low birthrates, high family breakdown -cause for concern in Public Order

What isn't being mentioned by those covering the global economic crises, and the revolutionary activities in Europe is why the social systems such as USA Social Security, so apparently viable, e.g. retirement funds, in the past, are now something so dangerous:

I personally attribute much of the modern crime issues to the Bare branches theories involving Indian and Chinese revolutions, as interestingly elaborated by the Washington Post http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A24761-2004Jul2.htmlwith of course some variation i.e. marriage is not encouraged anymore, nor responsibility to their possible wife and children.

And as Breastfed children develop fewer behavioral issueshttp://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-13336986 plenty of psychological studies also show children without care from a parent, eg children in group care at a creche' are much more likely to enter crime later in life, and to have less empathy (Never mind the constant barrage from television and in Britain the lack of laws protecting against violent youths, something other nations follow also). Further a massive amount of people in jail are hyperactive as per population, something I read in Lancet, can be linked to chemicals in food in much of the Western World.

Also Important is the fact that due to abortion, and contraceptives (which make fish half male half female down wind from sewerage plants, them or plastics: I wonder if this has anything to do with "homosexuality" and its increase) the global population is aging:http://www.kpmg.com/AU/en/IssuesAndInsights/ArticlesPublications/Pages/Rising-to-the-challenge-global-demographic-change-public-sector.aspx
due to lower birthrates, a problem South Africa and the West is under together. KPMG's source of this is the governments themselves, I recommend the read!

And the political willpower to do away with increasingly unsustainable debt and programs reliant on debt is fading fast, as voters agehttp://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/43929476/ns/business-stocks_and_economy/ do note that the bloomberg article is biased towards left wing ideology, tax raising on the rich will do next to nothing proportionally. What really needs cutting is USA medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security in General. And, for America's safe, needs also is: to stop attacking accountants such as Standard and Poor's, as Barack Obama instists on doing, for downgrading them from AAA to AA+ for the first time since the 19 teens. One of the biggest problems from this issue, which I reported in November 2009, is that the EU has already been hit by the Aging Population problem, exasperated byt Xenophobia over immigrants and their low skill levels, lack of the local culture, the European Parliament was warned of potential collapse in 2009 to start 2010:

Obama-care "Individual Mandate" - "Unconstitutional"- claims court

Article note by Marc Aupiais

The 11th Circuit Court has ruled USA Universal Health Insurance Scheme nicknamed "Obama-Care" by Opponents "Unconstitutional" in re individual mandate to buy health insurance!

According to the court forcing citizens to buy an expensive product such as health insurance from birth to death, is beyond the commercial areas power of the federal congress. Reportedly two of the three judge panel support the US president's party, or are affiliated with it, another possible blow for the US President.

The HHS, under Obama has recently used the legislation to define pregnancy as an illness of sorts, according to the USCCB, the Catholic hierarchy in the United States of America. The new regulations, as applied by Obama's representative mandate coverage of expensive sterilisation, artificial chemical contraceptive, and abortion pills.

Recent studies have linked some of these "preventative measures" to serious diseases and to later infertility where unintended.

Obama-Care "Unconstitutional" US Court

Note by Marc Aupiais

The 11th Circuit court, with two judges reportedly Democrats, and a third judge, ruled the "Individual mandate" to buy health insurance was unconstitutional as it reportedly "exceeds Congress's enumerated commerce power".

The Barack Obama government has used the controversial law to aid his campaign ally Planned Parenthood, his HHS department forcing insurers to cover sterilisation of people, artificial contraception, and proven abortificant pills. Pregnancy being considered an illness under the rules. Catholic bishops opposed the system while supporting healthcare expansion, stating that it would introduce universal abortion coverage, and that pregnancy was not an illness. The USCCB is sure to welcome this small victory.

The debate will likely go to the Supreme Court.

Marc Aupiais' Summary

My greatest skill is in presenting myself and in presenting my views. In high school, all the children said I should go into law. In first year, I was instantly electable, often unanimously: to positions of authority, this continued in later years. I am told I come across as intelligent, presentable, and knowledgeable on subjects I speak of. I've been told that I take questioning well, and am at ease during a crisis.

I have a fascination with language, and have extensively investigated my own home language of English. I love to read, especially older books, and enjoy reading non-English works also. Law absolutely fascinates me, as do most of the workings of the world.

I have extensively investigated, where I can: the world's cultures, legal systems, morals, courtesy, language systems and intricacies, and religions: for the purposes of my own interests. In my spare time I have also written a number of novels, and edit a network of on-line informative services, which have had an unexpected proportion of success.

I consider myself a global citizen and a South African patriot, and have many connections in different countries across the world, who have aided me in better understanding other points of view.

I like to argue a controversial matter, and do not fear debate, nor do I easily fall into fear, when faced with a predicament.

I believe success requires more than hard work, it requires intelligence, perseverance, and where necessary, the assistance of those better versed in a matter than I am, which advice I am not afraid to seek out to better my argument, and where necessary: myself.

I especially have a passion for evidence law, and criminal law.

Specialties: web design, debate, negotiations, convincing hostile parties, law, branding and identity, economics, politics, political watching, geopolitics, defence monitoring, fact verification

SACNS News

Educational Institution; 1-10 employees; Media Production industry
September 2007Present (6 years 9 months) Worldwide
The SACNS News Service has a global audience. Many other news services rely on it, and many journalists the world over take into account what appears on it. I am proud to have founded and to edit this exceptional entity.

'Accuracy without Harm... Truth intrepidly told... A striking spotlight on the beautiful and terrible events of humankind.'

It is something we hold ourselves to.

http://sacns.scripturelink.net/

The first article of the actual SACNS (15 September 2008) service began long after my first work on the larger network which eventually coalesced under it (In 2007 I began publishing the first research articles). A scholarly tradition from the earlier sites, of research, expertise, and critiques remains.

Les News (A French language international news service based in Paris)

December 2013Present (6 months) Paris Area, France
Les News was founded 17 July 2009. With 280 k followers on Twitter including from the French political class, Les News has a reputation for breaking news fast. It first came to fame reporting on the Columbine massacre when others had yet to report on it globally.

What I report on is global, and very few of the many stories published with me in the via line are on South Africa, with most being about Europe or America. Much of the news I provide for Les News gets at least dozens of Retweets, with some getting in excess of 100. I am one of about 30 journalists of Les News globally.

Temporary Class Representative for all learners at the day school plenary class.

LEAD: Legal Education and Development (Auckland Park) [Law Society Day School]

January 2014January 2014 (1 month) Auckland Park, Johannesburg
The lecturer for criminal court practice asked if we had a class representative. While the students at the school said I was the class representative for all the students in the day school: I stated that I had not been elected as such in any official capacity. The lecturer asked if students wanted a class representative, most shouted they wanted me to be so. One student said they would like their friend to be representative instead, so I requested we have a vote in case there be any dispute or hard feelings. The lecturer put one of the students, a man named Brendan in charge of the election, and three candidates including myself were nominated and seconded. One candidate got 6 votes (10 % of the students), and another got about 10 votes, however, the plurality of students by show of hands, again decided that I should be class representative, confirming the vote by voice earlier.
When I brought the first major student issue to the attention of the director, she stated that the LEAD program did not have student representatives elected by majority, but rather selected from among the group leaders from groups which were to be created for groupwork. The group I was in chose another student as their group leader, and the group leaders and LEAD staff chose a class representative from among these in accordance with their procedures and informed us of those they had selected to fill class representative and deputy class representative from among these group leaders.
My role thus had ceased to exist.

Class Representative elected unanimously by Students for Contract Law Class

University of the Witwatersrand

Educational Institution; 1001-5000 employees; Higher Education industry
July 2010November 2010 (5 months)
During the currency of my 2nd year 2nd Semester at the University of the Witwatersrand, the Contract Law lecturer asked for the election of a class representative to represent our class's concerns as she succeeded our first semester contract law lecturer, half way through the year. I was readily elected. I interfaced regularly with the lecturer and my suggestions were generally followed, and the class concerns were relayed.

Deputy Chair of the Executive Committee on Campus (elected unopposed and in first year)

Democratic Alliance Students Organization (DASO) at the University of the Witwatersrand

June 2009March 2010 (10 months) Empire and Yale Road, Johannesburg
When I accepted the position, I was informed that I was the first ever First Year student ever to be elected to the position. As my grandfather was a politician for the Progressive Party, in Welkom, who campaigned on the platform that Apartheid was damaging the economy, I thought it interesting to join the student body of the Democratic Alliance, into which this party was later amalgamated. I spent half a year on the executive of DASO, a time in which I thoroughly utilised my political techniques, knowledge, and expertise to help insure we were optimally productive, and to prevent very present special interests of outside forces from crushing our mandate. I subsequently chose to resign at a bi-election after the already tenuous working of the executive collapsed due to differences between the then president and chairperson, whereby I was promoted from third to second in charge, and it appeared the committee had become defunct given we did not have the numbers in the executive to proceed normally. My resignation was almost immediately after registration for 2010, where I determined not to sign up for DASO but to become politically unaffiliated, given the DA's union with the Independent Democrats and my uncertainty as to the future direction of the party. I remain politically unaffiliated but involved in my community, which I think is possibly for me, a beneficial position, given the fast moving, often changing political climate in South African politics. When I do vote I vote on the merits of a candidate in a particular political contest and not due to any loyalty to one or other party. I pride myself in my respect for the views of people who either support the various parties as well as those who support none, or who vote based on a particular candidate or other, and I believe our diversity as a nation, and our ability to vote for the party of our choice are vital institutions of a democracy, despite my unaffiliated, but politically involved status.

Class Representative elected unanimously by Students for Global English Literature and Film Class

University of the Witwatersrand

Educational Institution; 1001-5000 employees; Higher Education industry
February 2009November 2009 (10 months)
The University of the Witwatersrand desired to have a class representative to interface with on matters of concern and asked students to elect one. I was elected unanimously by several hundred students present. I was elected to this esteemed position by students in the First Year Global English Literature and Film class. My task was as liaison between the students and the applicable department of the university's staff. I furthermore was tasked by the university with the responsibility to remain aware of any changes in venue and of the curriculum and any matters which might arise which could be of concern, or affect the welfare of the students enrolled in the course, I would then be required to assist the other students with these and other matters of concern. I fulfilled my duties to the best of my ability, and believe I was effective as Class Representative.

Leader

St John's Northriding YCK

June 2007June 2009 (2 years 1 month) Northriding, Johannesburg
As a requirement of confirmation into the Catholic Church, I was required to serve my community in some way or other. I originally intended to attend YCK (Young Christian Kids) as an assistant to the leaders for such purpose, however when my required time was finished I was approached by Amanda, the person in charge, to continue, and to be brought on formally as a leader as I was seen as very effective in leadership. Others who had assisted for confirmation purposes were not asked to stay on. I thought it over and decided to continue on as a leader, a position which entailed planning, catering, day to day running, and involvement in the planning meetings to insure we remained on track and were prepared and organised for a particular year.

I assisted in insuring the weekly smooth running of the YCK, which included providing games and entertainment for children, and conflict prevention management so as to prevent fighting and bullying when problems emerged.

The YCK further involved discussions on the importance of family, good behaviour, good life choices, and involved discussions of the basics the Catholic religion to which I belong, and the meaning of religious holy days such as Christmas.

Student Key Holder

De la Salle Holy Cross College

February 1998November 1998 (10 months) Victory Park
I was appointed to this position by the Grade 2 teacher, as students sometimes left their possessions in class accidentally, and the teacher did not desire to leave the door unlocked. The Grade 2 teacher requested that I keep the classroom key during break time in case there was some student emergency. This is a role I held for most of my Grade 2 year of schooling, until the end of the year. This was one of my first positions of responsibility. I was 7-8 years of age.

Marc Aupiais' Education

LEAD: Legal Education and Development (Auckland Park) [Law Society Day School]

I enrolled in the 6 Months day course (January to June 2014), Practical Legal Training, Bar Exams contents, ethics, day to day, court process, trial advocacy, etc

20142014 (expected)
The Legal Education and Development school was established by the Law Society of South Africa, with the statutory function of substituting one year of article clerkship with six months of consistent examination and training in the practical aspects of a legal career. In a sense it is a respected trade school set up for statutory purposes of insuring lawyers are well trained in the day to day matters in running a practice and in managing and arguing a case. I was accepted to the 6 month day school course at LEAD.

It allows 6 months intensive training, as a substitute, in order to take a year off of clerkship under the requirements to become an attorney, and also can provide experience should an individual desire to be admitted to pupillage to become an advocate, and this course also qualifies a person to write the Law Society board exams after completing it.
Activities and Societies: Labour Law

University of the Witwatersrand

LLB 4 year, Law, English

20092013
Grade: I qualified for my degree in 2013, and have graduated Bachelor of Laws LLB.
My grandparents on my mother's side, my mother, and sister attended Wits. I determined also to attend this esteemed educational institution.

I was accepted to the most difficult law degree, the LLB or Legum Baccalaureus.

In first year I was unanimously elected class representative in Global English Literature and Film by several hundred students. I was also the first ever First year to be elected to the executive of a specific political party on campus. In subsequent years I was continually elected to positions of responsibility and leadership.

While I did engage in sports: tennis and Kayaking among others, I preferred to do so outside of campus. I have a K1 River Kayak, and also joined a tennis club outside of university.

I consistently spent much of my free time bettering myself and my general and specific knowledge outside of university, including by means of on-line learning via coursera, and I additionally edited and reported for SACNS as a journalist.

It involved training in being a good South African citizen, bible study, ethics classes, classes referencing South African law. and the study of Catholic social doctrine and morality, as well as classes on marriage, and on being respectful to your partner and yourself and considerate in a romantic relationship. Community service and attendance of a camp which entailed prayer, confession, meditation, study of the Mass (Catholic church service), etc. were also mandatory.

Trinity House High School

Matric, IEB Curriculum

20042008
Grade: Passed with university exemption.
As I had attended Trinity House School, I continued onto Trinity House High School.

Like the junior school it had a very high academic standard even for a private school. Dress was formal and always strictly enforced upon students, and the school was very disciplined.

I did well academically, despite the high standard demanded of students.

When we as a class read Shakespeare, I impressed my fellow students with my public speaking skills, and also gained a reputation for being able to do group-work report-back as well as ordinary speeches off the cuff, and in what I was told was an impressive manner. My ability to argue a point and detailed knowledge of history caused other students at this school to suggest that I go into law as my career.
Activities and Societies: Chess club, Field Hockey

Trinity House School

Primary education / Junior School, IEB Curriculum

20012003
Trinity House School had a very high academic standard even for a private school. Dress was formal and enforced. Students underwent regular and extensive academic testing to insure they were up to standard for examinations. In English class reading fiction books was encouraged as a necessity. Zulu and Afrikaans were studied from Grade 1 at a high standard.

I received +-90% in Zulu in my final year at Trinity House school, and also succeeded in passing Afrikaans at the higher level demanded by this school. I played Cricket at Trinity House School.
Activities and Societies: cricket

De la Salle Holy Cross College

Primary education, general

19972000
Having attended De La Salle Holy Cross College for Grade 0, I began my academic career in Grade 1 in this long established learning institution. It focussed on English language ability, especially speech giving ability, on mathematics, computer science, and on history.

In art class, we were taught the history of art, and the meaning of paintings and symbols. We copied the Old Masters, sculpted, painted, did cross-hatch, worked with wire, and created organic art via a small enclosed tree atrium. We also had a field trip to an art museum.

South Africa becoming a communist dictatorship?

Note by Marc Aupiais

[See Sources and visual representation Diagram at ~SACNS: Image Works+]

Cosatu says ANC NEC uniformly support nationalisation of banks, mines, textiles, and "General Production" in South Africa- reports pro-ANC Mail and Guardian paper, quoting a Cosatu economist!

Coastu says any report to the ANC by an inquiry- which does not advocate Nationalising, will be REJECTED by the ANC, which rules South Africa with just below 66 % of seats in parliament.

The South African constitution, while allowing discrimination against white South Africans, which is also enshrined in BEE laws, and extends to preventing charities which help both black and white orphans from being funded, does allow a right to land.

The Chamber of Mines, speaking to Carte Blanche, said they would take the matter right to the Constitutional Court. Government regulations also plan to change the nature. And status of this court, to hear more cases, and opposition has accused the government of appointing loyalist judges.

Malema, who has spearheaded calls for nationalisation, papers claim, has cannibalised government tenders for self-enrichment, via a trust fund. His Youth League recently called for the over-throwing of Botswana's government before claiming they never really meant for a "coup", all over Botswana's ties to the United States.

While attacking their ally Jacob Zuma for "lack of leadership", the ANCYL, a powerful player in government, and run by Julius Malema, did not mention that South African troops, routinely train ON SOUTH AFRICAN soil with American troops, and in our seas with their ships- pointing either to lack of political literacy or another reason for wanting to have Botswana over-ruled. South Africa, has bailed out nearby dictatorship Swaziland, which Mail and Guardian claims is close-knit with the president, despite human rights abuses.

The ANC, has condemned the ANCYL for calling for an alleged "coup" in Botswana, saying it over-reached. In today's Mail and Guardian, the ANCYL fired back, claiming that their calls against USA ally Botswana for change of Regime, were mandated by a progressive/leftest Youth alliance of which it appears to be a member.

Former ANCYL heads include Nelson Mandela.

Ironically, the South African Communist Party, a part of the ANC, as much as Cosatu is; but less powerful- has slammed the slated move to take away private property- saying that it is motivated by personal corruption, not the good of the people.
