US Rapper R-Kelly, alleged to have scammed +-50, wanted for Questioning by South African Police Service (SAPS)

United States Raper, R Kelly (Robert Kelly), currently in South Africa (SA / ZA), has seemingly been accused of performing, or being involved in a scam on at least about 50 people, allegedly mostly pensioners. The scam allegedly involved promotion of an R Kelly concert in the Republic of South Africa (RSA / ZAR).
